Abstract

AbstractSpeech is a process for someone to deliver message with specific intent and purpose to the interlocutor. Speech and its events are interrelated; both of events those exist in one process, known as the process of communication. Sambas Malay Folklore Collection was the data that provided in this study. Based on the data analysis, the results of this study as follows: (1) acting speech acts illocution as an assertive, directive, expressive, commissive, and declaration. (2) the meaning contained in every act of speech of illusion of assertive, directive, expressive, commissive, and declaration form and (3) lesson plan implementation. The result of analysis of Sambas Malay Folklore concluded, there were twenty-seven assertion of acute illusory acts, thirty data of the directive speech act, six data of not expressive, six data of the commissive speech acts, one data of the act of speech declaration and seventy acts of assertive illusion, directive, expressive, commissive, and declarative of meaning in every form of speech, and its lesson plan implementation of Sambas Malay Folklore as the learning material in the curriculum of 2013.Keywords: Discourse of Illocution, Meaning, Malay Sambas Folklore.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran guru dalam mengatasiperilaku bullying di SDN Beji 02 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kualitatif. Uji kredibilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi. Padatriangulasi pengecekan data dari berbagai sumber dengan berbagai cara, dan berbagai waktu. Triangulasiyang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu triangulasi sumber. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Sumber penelitian dari hasil wawancara kepada KepalaSekolah, Guru, dan Siswa SDN Beji 02. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui adanya bullying verbal danbullying fisik di SDN beji 02. Untuk mengatasinya ada tiga peran yang dilakukan oleh guru, yang pertamaguru sebagai penasihat, dalam perannya sebagai penasihat guru selalu memberikan nasihat-nasihat kepadasiswa salah satu nasihat yang di berikan adalah pemahaman tentang bullying. Peran yang kedua adalahsebagai teladan, dalam perannya sebagai teladan dalam mengatasi bullying guru memberikan contoh kepadasiswa untuk memiliki sikap saling menghargai, hal tersebut dapat mencegah siswa dari perilaku bullyingdan peran guru yang terakhir adalah sebagai fasilitator, dalam mengatasi bullying guru sebagai fasilitatormemberikan pengawasan kepada siswa secara langsung dan melalui cctv untuk memantau siswa secaratidak langsung. Pengawasan dapat mencegah masalah terjadinya bullying.Kata kunci: peran guru, bullying

Abstract

Management Accounting Information System (MAIS) is an application used to connect, control, evaluate, and monitor employees in doing their work based on the standard and reach the work performance’s target. MAIS is a tool to identify, measure, collect, process, and interpret a company's information. It is also used as a medium to spread information and help the manager in the decision-making process. This study aims to know the effect of the business environment and organizational culture in hotels in Surabaya on the management accounting information system. Also, to analyse the moderation influence of gender, age, and job period in the business environment and organizational culture. The research results showed a positive influence between the business environment and organizational culture on MAIS and no influence on gender, age, and job period. The application of MAIS will be more effective if the environment and corporate culture are enhanced.

Abstract

AbstractMarine ecosystem development is a national agenda for implementing sustainable development goals. Utilization of mangrove forest areas into tourist areas. The use of mangrove forests as tourism in Tanjung Rejo Village reflects the development of sustainable marine ecosystems. This qualitative descriptive research aims to involve residents in managing mangrove forests in Tanjung Rejo Village. Research collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using interactive qualitative data analysis techniques to then draw conclusions deductively. Since 2022 Tanjung Rejo Village has become a Mangrove Tourism Village. The potential of mangroves is utilized to become various mangrove tour packages. The potential of mangroves is utilized to become various mangrove tour packages. Mangrove tourism is able to support mangrove ecosystems by involving village communities through creative economic groups of residents who are regularly fostered by multi-stakeholder partners. Awareness of maintaining the quality of marine ecosystems through mangroves, along with increasing the added value of mangroves economically and socially for village communities. Achieving a balance of environmental, economic and social development is the main emphasis point in achieving sustainable mangrove ecosystem development. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif interaktif untuk kemudian dilakukan penarikan simpulan secara deduktif. Sejak 2022 Desa Tanjung Rejo menjadi Desa Wisata Mangrove. Potensi mangrove dimanfaatkan menjadi berbagai paket wisata mangrove. Wisata Mangrove mampu ekosistem mangrove dengan pelibatan masyarakat desa melalui kelompok-kelompok ekonomi kreatif warga yang secara berkala dibina oleh mitra multipihak. Kesadaran menjaga kualitas ekosistem laut melalui mangrove, seiring dengan peningkatan nilai tambah mangrove secara ekonomi dan sosial bagi masyarakat desa. Pencapaian kesimbangan pembangunan lingkungan, ekonomi dan sosial menjadi titik tekan utama pencapaian pembangunan ekosistem mangrove yang berkelanjutan. Pengelolaan hutan mangrove menunjukan budaya partisipatif warga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti melalui angket, dan tes. Data tersebut diambil dari penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas IV SDIT Atssurayya Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intrapersonal terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa sekolah dasar di SDIT Atssurayya Bekasi. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Atssurayya Bekasi dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 750 siswa dan 51 tenaga pendidik serta beberapa staf dan karyawan. Penelitian di sekolah ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen yang dimana peneliti melakukan penelitian didua kelas yaitu, kelas eskperimen dan kelas kontrol dan kegiatan penelitian dimulai dari bulan Agustus sampai September 2021 dengan mendapatkan hasil penelitian, data-data yang dibutuhkan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh skor rata-rata postest kelas eksperimen 25, lebih tinggi dari skor rata-rata postest kelas control. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa α = 0,05 diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,400 > 2,093), hal ini menunjukkan maka ???????? ditolak dan ????1diterima. Dapat disumpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan intrapersonal terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV SDIT Atssurayya Bekasi sebesar 8,5% dan 91,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Creative thinking is one of the 21st century skills that students need to master in order to be able to face various personal and social problems in their lives. Creative thinking skills can be improved through the RADEC learning model. This study aims to determine the application of the RADEC learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills. The method used is pre-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted on grade V students of SD Negeri Kutabima 04, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency. The sample used in the study amounted to 22 students, namely 13 males and 9 females. The instruments used were tests about creative thinking skills and observation sheets. The creative thinking ability test is carried out in two stages, namely the pretest and posttest stages. From the research, it was obtained that the average score of students' creative thinking ability in the pretest was 72 while the average posttest score was 88. The results of the study show that there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest. It can be interpreted that there is an increase in students' creative thinking skills before and after treatment using the RADEC learning model.
