Abstract

AbstractThe title of this research is "Social Control by Teachers on Students Who Aggression in Haruniya junior high school East Pontianak”. The problem in this study is how social control by teachers on student who aggression in Haruniya junior high school East Pontianak with sub-problem is how social control by teachers to students who aggression through socialization and punishment at Haruniya Junior High School. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection tool uses observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation studies. The results of the study show (1) preventive social control by the teacher on students who behave aggressively through socialization actions have been carried out by the teacher well, it is evident that the teacher always provides motivation, advice, patience, discipline, and reminds about school discipline (2) refresive social control by teachers to students who behave aggressively through punitive actions still not good because some teachers still apply negative penalties such as physical punishment, scolding and yelling at students. But, some teachers apply positive penalties such as doing assignments, writing, compliments and calling parents.Keywords: Social Control, Aggression Behavior, Socialization and Punishment

Abstract

Research in the form of a case study at one of the sharia pawnshops in Aceh Jaya district. In the form of survey research, descriptive and verification research types. It was found that: (1) the human capital factor based on individual capability was achieved at 78.3%. Individual motivation with an achievement level of 82%. The leadership aspect is still low at 74%. The organizational climate aspect is quite good at 82.3%, and the workgroup effectiveness aspect reaches 80.5%. The work productivity level of sharia pawnshops in Aceh Jaya is 80.67%.  (2) Simultaneously, the relationship between human capital and work productivity is 0.898 with a large contribution of human capital from the elements of individual capability, individual motivation, leadership, the organizational climate, and workgroup effectiveness to work productivity, amounting to 80.7%.

Abstract

CV. Arya Duta adalah perusahaan nasional di bidang penerbitan dan percetakan. Perusahaan ini spesialis dalam mencetak buku untuk SD, SMP, dan SMK. Layanan yang ditawarkan mencakup pemesanan praktis, garansi 100%, serta layanan bantuan online melalui fitur live chat. Namun, kelemahan perusahaan ini adalah belum mengetahui nilai produktivitas, karena belum pernah menganalisis produktivitas pada mesin cetak offset Heidelberg SM 102. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh nilai produktivitas mesin cetak offset Heidelberg SM 102. Metode pengukuran produktivitas yang digunakan adalah Objective Matrix (OMAX). Hasil perhitungan nilai produktivitas secara keseluruhan untuk 30 periode adalah 68, 8, 5, 108, 62, 55, 90, 53, 53, 102, 102, 180, 102, 37, 37, 37, 5, 53, 83, 37, 37, 37, 37, -28, -32, -25, -28, -70, 52, dan 52. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rasio 1 dan 6 kurang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas pada mesin cetak offset Heidelberg SM 102 dan perlu diperbaiki karena kinerjanya berada di bawah standar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks produktivitas CV. Arya Duta cenderung mengalami penurunan, walaupun ada beberapa periode mengalami peningkatan indeks produktivitas yang signifikan, sehingga perlunya evaluasi dan perbaikan strategi operasional untuk mencapai stabilitas dan peningkatan produktivitas yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Perilaku bullying di kalangan siswa usia pubertas merupakan masalah serius yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di SMPS Budi Mulia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru PAI, siswa, dan pihak sekolah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memiliki peran strategis dalam mencegah dan mengatasi perilaku bullying melalui pendekatan religius, pembinaan karakter, dan pembelajaran nilai-nilai moral. Guru PAI juga berperan sebagai konselor bagi siswa yang terlibat dalam kasus bullying serta berkolaborasi dengan pihak sekolah dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan kondusif. Implementasi program-program keagamaan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang mendukung pengembangan karakter positif siswa juga terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi insiden bullying. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran guru PAI dalam membentuk perilaku siswa yang berakhlak mulia dan menciptakan budaya sekolah yang harmonis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) planning of student recruitment by non SNMPTN (annual state university entrance test) system at the Teuku Umar University of Meulaboh. 2) The implementation of student recruitment by non-SNMPTN system at the Teuku Umar University of Meulaboh. 3) Supervision of student recruitment by non-SNMPTN system at the Teuku Umar University of Meulaboh. 4) Evaluation of student recruitment by non-SNMPTN system at the Teuku Umar University of Meulaboh. This research is using the descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data collection technique is by observation, interview, and documentation study. The subjects of the research are (1) Rector of Teuku Umar University of Meulaboh, (2) Vice Rector II, (3) Head of Bureau of Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Planning, and Cooperation, (4) Head of Student Affairs Division. The result of the research shows that: 1) Planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of student recruitment by non-SNMPTN system at the Teuku Umar University of Meulaboh surely had several drawbacks in handling information systems.Keywords: recruitment management, prospective students, university entrance test.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v11.i3.202117
