Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of information Service About Tasks of Youth Development toward the understanding of students development tasks in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The method used was descriptive method in the form of survey research. The population in this study was 297 and the sample was 55 students from SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. This research  used quantitative  approach. Data collection technique in the form of questionnaire. While the technique of data analysis used was percentage formula. Based on the results of this study, the influence of information service about task of youth development towards the understanding of students development tasks reached 52% . This showed that the influence of information services on the task of youth development toward the understanding of tasks development was and the service activities have been implemented well too. Keywords: Information Service, Task of Youth Development.

Abstract

Based on the research conducted by Setara Institute in 2017 shows that Yogyakarta is one of the ten intolerant cities in Indonesia. But this reality is inversely proportional to tourism promotion about Yogyakarta which always considered as a tolerant city. Problems regarding intolerance appear as an arena of identity contestation and refer to certain interests. As a result, intolerance arises not only in the form of utterances but also acts of violence, one of the issues that arises is intolerance towards groups of different religions. Among the discourses on intolerance, there are various movements of society that attempts jointly to realize tolerant values in the society. One of them is a women’s movement that known as Srikandi Lintas Iman, namely women are from various faiths (Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism and Confucianism) who take part in voicing peace issues among the diversity of life in Yogyakarta. This study aims to explain the dynamics of the movement and the efforts that made by Srikandi Lintas Iman in voicing peace issues. This research will be conducted by using qualitative method through a phenomenological approach. This research will interview members of Srikandi Lintas Iman consisting of women with various educational, occupational and religious backgrounds.

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) adalah virus RNA yang menyerang sistem imun melalui replikasi di limfosit CD4, menyebabkan AIDS. Penyakit ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global dan nasional, sehingga deteksi laboratorium yang akurat sangat penting untuk diagnosis, terapi, dan pengendalian infeksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan Anti-HIV menggunakan metode Imunokromatografi di Laboratorium Patologi Klinik RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda, mengetahui penerapan pemantapan mutu internal pada pemeriksaan Anti-HIV, mengetahui penerapan Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), dan mengetahui penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) laboratorium. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Laboratorium Patologi Klinik RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda pada tanggal 3 Januari sampai dengan 10 Febuari 2023. Hasil penelitian dari 50 sampel yang dilakukan pemeriksaan Anti-HIV, didapatkan 10 sampel (20%) reaktif yang terdiri dari 4 responden laki laki dan 6 responden perempuan, berada direntang umur 20-40 tahun. Penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pada pemantapan mutu internal pemeriksaan Anti-HIV, Good Laboratory Prictice (GLP) terdiri dari Sumber Daya Manusia, Ruangan, Peralatan, Reagen, Spesimen dan Metode, dan K3 terdiri dari APD, Pengolahan Limbah, APAR dan Spill Kit telah diselenggarakan secara baik sesuai SOP. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 20% responden positif HIV, Penerapan pemantapan mutu internal, Good Laboratory Prictice (GLP), dan K3 laboratorium telah di laksanakan dengan baik sesuai SOP di Laboratorium Patologi Klinik RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda.
