Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman terhadap konsep ekonomi kreatif. Ekonomi kreatif diharapkan dapat menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia dimasa depan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 98 mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket melalui google form yang sebelumnya telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Instrumen dibuat dengan menggunakan Skala Guttman dan Skala Likert. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yang hasilnya kemudian dikategorisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep ekonomi kreatif pada mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar tergolong kategori sedang. Dapat dikatakan pencapaian pemahaman konsep ekonomi kreatif belum maksimal, maka diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam rangka menggerakkan minat berwirausaha yang kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the contribution of the implementation of tri dharma of UIN Alauddin Makassar in the context of strengthening the MSMEs sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique employed was a qualitative method using an analytical instrument of Likert scale, categorization with three criteria, tracing and analyzing documents of the implementation of researches and services carried out by UIN Alauddin Makassar. In this study, the sample was MSMEs in collaboration with UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research findings indicated that MSMEs were facing a decline in revenue and required support to adapt to the pandemic situations. Meanwhile, the form of empowering MSMEs through implementing research results and community services carried out by the academic communities of UIN Alauddin Makassar was still very few or in the adequate category. The implementation of tri dharma ended with the preparation of outputs, but the outcomes were still few. The implementation of the tri dharma of higher education, namely education, research, and community service, must develop MSMEs and be directed to be more responsive to the needs of contemporary society

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how consumers' perceptions of purchasing decisions at Grand Residence Makale Housing, Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research and data collection techniques carried out in this research are field research and library research. The data collection procedure was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The percentage of the highest average perception per indicator is 68.4% of all indicators that the Makale Grand Residence housing does have a good or positive perception Keywords: Perception, Consumer, Purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis sejauh mana literasi keuangan (X1) dan inklusi keuangan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan financial technology (fintech) (Y) pada dosen di Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang peneliti gunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan financial technology (fintech) pada dosen di Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo. Adapun literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan financial technology (fintech) pada dosen di Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo sedangkan inklusi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan financial technology (fintech) pada dosen di Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate lecturers’ and employee’ competencies of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty at UIN Alauddin Makassar and assess the training program needs for 2023–2024. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with survey techniques. The population was the lecturers and employees of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar, consisting of 113 lecturers and 35 employees. The instruments used were Likert scale questionnaires and documentation from the Quality Assurance Commission of Tarbiyah dan Teacher Training Faculty. The results of the study indicated that various training programs were attended by lecturers and employees held by UIN Alauddin Makassar and other agencies. The training needs for lecturers are adjusted to the competencies that must be possessed, namely pedagogical, professional, and social, as well as the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education. Employee training should focus on increasing knowledge and skills according to job descriptions. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah dosen dan pegawai Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar yang terdiri dari 113 dosen dan 35 pegawai. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket skala Likert dan dokumentasi dari Komite Penjaminan Mutu (KPM) Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa berbagai program pelatihan diikuti oleh dosen dan pegawai yang diadakan oleh UIN Alauddin Makassar dan instansi lainnya. Kebutuhan pelatihan bagi dosen disesuaikan dengan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki yaitu pedagogik, profesional, dan sosial, serta pelaksanaan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Pelatihan karyawan harus fokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sesuai dengan deskripsi pekerjaan.

Abstract

In the midst of the dynamics of the country's development, the Human Development Index (HDI) is an important indicator for measuring the success and quality of people's lives. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of government spending in the education and health sectors on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Bandung City in 2013-2022. In this research, the method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it shows that the Bandung city government's partial expenditure on the education sector and government expenditure on the health sector have a positive and significant effect on HDI. Then, simultaneously or concurrently, government spending on education and health has a significant effect on the HDI in the Bandung City sector in the 2013-2022 period. Budget allocation policies, especially in the Education and Health sectors, have increased which has resulted in the human development index in the city of Bandung also increasing every year. Government budget allocations in education aim to increase access to knowledge and skills, while spending on health aims to provide access to health services to improve community welfare. Both contribute to increasing the human development index in Bandung City.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the leadership of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education based on local wisdom in MAN Kepulauan Selayar. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The method of data collection was conducted by interviewing the principal, teachers, and education staff at MAN Selayar Islands and conducting observations and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through four stages: data reduction, data presentation, comparative analysis, and concluding. The results showed that there were efforts made by the head of Madrasah to improve the quality of education at MAN Kepulauan Selayar, namely: 1) Fostering extracurricular activities as a forum for channeling talents and interests of students; 2) the formation of a work team; 3) perform supervision; 4) establish and maintain communication with various parties. This research has implications for the importance of the role of leaders in managing change to create superior quality.

Abstract

This research aims to explore school-based management systems to improve the quality of education through school independence. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of qualitative descriptive research; the objects of this research are the head of the Madrasah, the school committee, class teachers, one community figure, and two parents (stakeholders). The results of the research show that the successful implementation of school-based management at MTsN 1 Makassar City has been carried out by the work program planned and prepared by the Madrasah so that it can be seen from the orientation towards the effectiveness of the learning process reflected in the teacher's appreciation of curriculum development and its implications, teacher creativity in application. Learning models and learning technology and through school independence. The findings of this research also have implications for the relevance of the school-based management model in the educational context in Indonesia, especially in the madrasa environment. The success of MTsN 1 Makassar City in implementing this model can be an inspiration and example for other madrasas to improve the quality of education and school management.
