Abstract

Asung Kamulyan Farmer Group is one of the farmer groups in Sidomulyo Village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency. Rice harvesting in Sidomulyo Village is done traditionally using a sickle and then threshed using a threshing machine to separate the rice grains from the rice stalks which produces waste called straw. Problems in the production aspect, partners experience difficulties during harvesting activities because the number of available harvesters decreases. The method used is the action research method, namely taking action based on the results of observations and discussions with partners. The results of this activity, from the production aspect, there is an ergonomic rice harvesting machine used by the community which can increase harvesting productivity from 2 m²/minute to 10 m²/minute or an increase of 5 times. In addition, there is an SOP for operation, maintenance, and resolution of other obstacles (troubleshot) as material that can be used to ensure that the use of the technology provided continues to provide benefits. In addition, partners can arrange the rental schedule for ergonomic harvesting machines and their financial management, so that farmer groups have other sources of income from renting and maintaining harvesting machines

Abstract

SMPN 15 Malang adalah sekolah adiwiyata mandiri di kota malang yang berkomitmen untuk menjadi sekolah adiwiyata tingkat ASEAN melalui inovasi lingkungan di bidang pengolahan sampah organik namun pengolahan sampah yang ada belum cukup untuk menjadi pembeda untuk mencapai cita – cita tersebut. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian masyarakai dilaksanakan untuk menguatkan inovasi lingkungan di bidang pengolahan sampah organik dalam kerangka ekonomi sirkular yang juga mengintegraksikan potensi budidaya ikan yang ada di sekolah. Penguatan inovasi dilakukan melalui transfer pengetahuan dan adopsi teknologi yang dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu kegiatan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Keberhasilan kegiatan diukur berdasarkan metode RE-AIM (reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation and maintenance). Sebanyak 62 siswa memberikan respons terhadap sosialisasi program valorisasi sampah organik. Hasil survei terhadap lima indikator evaluasi e-magazine menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa merasakan dampak positif, terutama pada kejelasan bahasa dan kemudahan memahami informasi dalam poster. Desain poster berbasis infografis dengan ilustrasi terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Namun, beberapa umpan balik negatif muncul terkait daya tarik visual dan penempatan informasi. Tingkat respons sebesar 53% menunjukkan efektivitas moderat kegiatan ini, dipengaruhi oleh durasi penyebaran e-magazine yang relatif singkat, yaitu hanya satu minggu. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi warga sekolah serta mendorong inovasi pengelolaan lingkungan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Loss of appetite is a common problem in children. This loss of appetite can lead to health and developmental problems. Loss of appetite is often attributed to internal factors, such as worm infections. Parents often try to increase appetite through vitamins, pharmacological medications, and traditional medicine. However, many children refuse to consume traditional medicines because they have a bitter and unappealing taste. One innovation to encourage children to consume herbal medicine is to process it into candy. This candy is made from spices such as Javanese ginger and roselle. This candy contains curcumin and anthocyanins, which can increase children's appetite. This research aims to develop the best formulation for Javanese ginger herbal candy, using roselle flowers as an additional ingredient, to produce a pink color that children love. The resulting pink color will attract children's attention to consume Javanese ginger candy. This research design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) model with variations in the addition of curcuma extract concentrations (6, 8, 10, 10 g) and rosella extract (2, 3, 4, 5 g). The resulting candy was then tested, including water content testing, flavonoid testing, antioxidant testing, solubility testing, curcumin content testing, and pH testing. The addition of curcuma extract and rosella flower extract had a significant effect on water content, antioxidant activity, pH, and curcumin content. The best treatment was treatment F3 with the addition of 10 g of curcuma extract and 4 g of rosella flower extract. The results of the curcumin content test for herbal candy with curcuma extract and rosella flower extract were classified as very low at 0.0020%. This figure is very small in meeting the curcumin levels in children, so it is not effective in increasing children's appetite.

Abstract

One of the causes of the increasing number of café is the viral 3F phenomenon. This condition increases competition between other cafés. Assessment of customer satisfaction could be an effort to design a marketing strategy to ensure business sustainability. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction and the importance of customer parameters regarding product and service quality, particularly theme café cases. Data was collected by questionnaire using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling. Data was analyzed to assess customer satisfaction using the CSI method, the priority attributes were determined by the PGCV method, and IPA assessed the determination of the most priority attribute. The CSI result showed customer satisfaction on level satisfy. In detail, CSI for product attributes was 72.73% in population A and 73.71% in B. Meanwhile, for service quality, CSI at populations A and B was 77.84% and 78.41%, respectively. A total of 5 of the most priority attributes were to be enhanced based on PGCV and IPA results. For product quality, i.e., conformity between food quality and price (P4), conformity between food price and portion (P5) and conformity between food price and taste (P6). Meanwhile, the most prioritized improvement was the cleanliness and neatness of the café (S4) and order response time (S18).

Abstract

Tenaga yang kompeten di bidang keamanan pangan makin dibutuhkan seiring dengan peningkatan tuntutan jaminan keamanan pangan bagi industri dan bisnis pangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis SKKNI (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia) bidang keamanan pangan, sehingga berkontribusi menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten di bidang tersebut. Model pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Manajemen Kualitas dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten di bidang keamanan pangan, meliputi 3 aspek (pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan) sesuai dengan unit kompetensi pada SKKNI. Hasil pengembangan kemudian dievaluasi berdasarkan hasil uji kompetensi yang diselenggarakan pada tahun 2017 (sebelum pengembangan model pembelajaran) dan 2018 (sesudah pengembangan model pembelajaran). Hasil evaluasi memperlihatkan bahwa jumlah peserta yang tidak lulus uji kompetensi menurun sebesar 14.91%, yaitu 17.39% pada tahun 2017 menjadi 2.48% pada tahun 2018. Penurunan ini memperlihatkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran mata kuliah Manajemen Kualitas mampu berkontribusi pada jumlah kelulusan uji kompetensi bidang keamanan pangan.
