Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction, the significance of the influence of internal marketing on employee engagement, the significance of the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction and the role of employee engagement in mediating the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction on PT employees. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Solo Area. The population of this study is employees of the units of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk under the coordination of the Solo Area. Samples were taken as many as 97 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to research samples. Analysis tool with research instrument test, classic assumption test and path analysis. While for the influence of mediation, testing uses Sobel test. The results of the study show that internal marketing has a significant effect on job satisfaction; internal marketing has a significant effect on employee engagement; employee engagement has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee engagement does not mediate the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is conducted in order to find out the significance of the influence of (1) brand awareness, (2) brand image and (3) media communication towards the purchasing decision of the consumers of English Education IELC in Surakarta and Sukoharjo. The samples were taken employing the purpossive random sampling and accidental sampling methods. The data were collected through questionnaires using validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique employed the double linear regression, t test, F test, R2 test and classic assumption test. The result of the validity test shows that the research instruments are valid. The result of the realibility test was reliable. The results of the classic assumption test shows that the multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and normality test are all passed. The analysis result shows that Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Media communication all significantly influenced the purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect restaurant image and location on customer satisfaction, analyze the significance effect of restaurant image, location and satisfaction on consumer loyalty and analyze the significance effect of restaurant image and location on customer loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variables. This type of research is survey. The population of this research is consumer Go Martabak Kafe in Solo with a sample of 97 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection used a questionnaire and literature. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that the restaurant image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The restaurant image has a significant effect on loyalty consumer. Location has a significant effect on the customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has mediates the effect of restaurant image on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has mediates the effect of location on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect motivation on organizational commitment; (2) significance effect job satisfaction on organizational commitment; (3) significance effect motivation on employee performance (4) significance effect job satisfaction on employee performance; (5) significance effect organizational commitment on employee performance; (6) effect motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment. This study is sensus research, using location in State Treasury Service Office/KPPN Solo Raya, using sample of 109 employees. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) motivation have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (2) job satisfaction have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (3) motivation have a significance effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction have a significance effect on employee performance; (5) organizational commitment have a significance effect on employee performance; (6) effect of motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the significant influence between: (1) Brand Communication to Brand Loyalty, (2) Brand Communication to Brand Trust, (3) Brand Trust to Brand Loyalty, (4) Brand Communication to Brand Loyalty which mediated by Brand Trust in Lombok Kecaria Gandaria Merah consumers at Luwes Kestalan Surakarta. Sample In this study is Lombok Gandaria Merah consumers at Luwes Kestalan Surakarta as many as 100 people taken randomly. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The technical analysis used is linear regression, t test, F test, direct effect test, indirect effect test, coefficient determination test, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of this study are: (1) Brand Communication has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty, (2) Brand Communication has a significant effect on Brand Trust, (3) Brand Trust has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty, (4) Brand Trust significantly mediates the effect of Brand Communication on Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

The main element in determining the success or failure of an organization in carrying out various activities to achieve the objectives of various organizational goals is human resources. The success of an activity in an organization is determined by how humans manage it. Basically the goal of each organization is to achieve success in improving employee performance. The population of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada General Hospital in 2019 was 94 people. Samples taken with census technical as many as 94 people. Conclusions of the research results: (1) The hypothesis states: "There is a significant effect of employee retention on the job satisfaction of the Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital employees' work" proven true; (2) The hypothesis which states: "there is a significant effect of work loyalty on job satisfaction of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" tested for its validity; (3) The hypothesis which states: "there is a significant effect of employee retention on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" tested for its validity; (4) The hypothesis that states: "there is a significant effect of work loyalty on the performance of the employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (5) The hypothesis that states: "there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (6) The hypothesis which states: "job satisfaction mediates the effect of employee retention on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (7) The hypothesis which states: "job satisfaction mediates the effect of work loyalty on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" is verified.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, price perception and promotion program of the loyalty of arbain honey customers in Surakarta. The population of this research is all arbain honey customers in all sub-districts in Surakarta city by using a sample of 100 respondents, which are limited to customers only by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments through testing validity and reliability. Processing data using spss version 21. Regression requirements test using classical assumption test while hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The test results using the t test can be concluded that brand image, product quality, and promotion program partially have a significant effect on the loyalty of arbain honey customers in Surakarta, with the three of p-value < 0.05. But based on the results of the t test also states that the perception of prices does not significantly influence the loyalty of arbain honey customers in Surakarta with a p-value of 0.309 > 0.05. The test results also show that the brand image has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty of arbain honey products in Surakarta with a regression coefficient of 0.320.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the direct effect of compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction, (2) the direct influence between compensation and work motivation and job satisfaction on performance, (3) the indirect effect of work performance and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were all KSP Mekar Surya Karanganyar employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments through testing validity and reliability. Regression requirements test using classical assumption test while hypothesis testing uses alanalysis path, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that (1) compensation and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a value of p value of each < 0.05. (2) Compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance with the value of p value of each < 0.05, but motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance because the p value is 0.109 > 0.05. (3) job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Training and Compensation on Nurse's Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable (Survey on nurses at Dr. Harjono S Hospital, Ponorogo Regency)". The purpose of the study was to analyze the significance of the effect of training and compensation on the performance of nurses with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in nurses at the RSUD Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. The benefits of practical research can be taken into consideration in making management decisions to improve the quality of service in the future and academically can increase knowledge, especially regarding the development of human resource management. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents from a population of 375 nurses with the calculation of the number of respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study found that Training and Compensation had an effect (P < 0.05) on Job Performance and Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has an effect (P < 0.05) on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of the influence of workplace leadership and work discipline compensation on the performance of the Ponorogo district health office employee data collection in the form of questionnaire answers as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples as many as 74 employees with the sampling method using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, the hypothesis test, the F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The regression calculation results show that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the district health office in Ponorogo. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0,05. While compensation and leadership have insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the Ponorogo district health office. This is indicated by the significant probability value > 0,05.
