Abstract

This study purpose to determine the significant effect between perceived usefulness towards behavioral intention to use, perceived ease of use towards behavior intention to use, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use simultaneously and together towards behavioral intention to use BRI digital banking at BRILink agents of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Magelang branch office with 121 people as sample. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are obtained the results of the validity test is perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention to use was valid. Reliability test results show reliable, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, normality test passed the test. Conclusion of the study perceived usefulness has effect towards behavioral intention to use BRI Digital Banking, perceived ease of use has effect towards behavior intention to use of BRI digital banking, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use simultaneously and together has effect towards behavior intention to use BRI digital banking.

Abstract

This study discusses the significance of: (1) product quality on Waffellio Franchise customer loyalty in Surakarta, (2) taste towards Waffellio Franchise customer loyalty in Surakarta and (3) price on customer loyalty of Waffellio Franchise in Surakarta. This research is a survey method with Waffelio Franchise customers in Surakarta, with an infinite number of participants, 97 customers have been added in 17 years, and have become waffelio consumers at least ever buying a waffelio product at least 3 (three) times . Data were analyzed using instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that: (1) Positive and significant product quality variables on customer loyalty in Waffelio Franchise in Surakarta (2) Positive and significant taste variables on customer loyalty in Waffelio Franchise in Surakarta (3) Positive and significant price variables on customer loyalty at the Waffelio Franchise in Surakarta.

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the significance between;(1) the competence, (2) the communication, and (3) the emotional intelligence to the performance of lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta. The sample is taken by census. The technique of collecting the data is using questioner through validity and reliability test. The analysis technique uses double regression with classical assumption. The analysis results which could be reported are; from the validity test, the variable instruments are valid. The reliability test is reliable. From the classical assumption, multicollinearity test is no multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity test is no heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation test is no autocorrelation, and normality test is normal. The analysis result shows that: there is a significant effect of competence to the performance of Lecturer, there is a significant effect of communication to the performance of Lecturer, and there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence to the performance of Lecturer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect of leadership, motivation, training, discipline tothe performance of nursing at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency.Data collection in the form of questionnaire answers as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples is 100 employees with sampling methods using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, F test, and test coefficient of determination.The results of regression calculations indicate that the motivation and discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0,05. While the leadership and the training does not have a significant effect on the performance of financial staff at the RSUD Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. This is indicated by a significant probability value > 0,05.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is essentially an individual thing, each person will have a level of satisfaction that is not the same as the value system that applies to him. The more aspects of the job that suit the person's desires, the higher the satisfaction he feels. Vice versa, if the fewer aspects of the job in accordance with the wishes of people, the lower the level of satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of 1) compensation on job satisfaction, 2) leadership on satisfaction, 3) and organizational commitment to job satisfaction. Respondents in this study were all employees of the Transportation Agency of Sragen Regency with 66 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collected through a questionnaire was then tested with validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis analysis uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The analysis shows that (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; and (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The higher compensation, leadership and organizational commitment, the higher the job satisfaction, and vice versa the lower the compensation, leadership and organizational commitment, the lower the job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study entitled aims to explain the effect of price, advertising, brand image, and after sales service on purchasing decisions. In sampling, this study uses a purposive sampling technique, Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires, sending via WA and interviewing 97 people directly in Wuling car users in the Surakarta Region.Data processing and analysis methods use qualitative analysis which includes the interpretation of data obtained in research as well as the results of data processing that have been carried out by providing information and explanations, as well as quantitative analysis which includes validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2).

Abstract

This study analyzed the impact of service quality on loyalty through satisfaction of patients on BPJS in Inpatient Hospital Banyu Bening Boyolali.. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of service quality on patient loyalty, analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction to analyze the effect of patient loyalty, and analyze the impact of service quality on loyalty indirectly through patient satisfaction in patients on inpatient BPJS Hospital Banyu Bening Boyolali.. This type of research used in this study is descriptive and analytical. The samples in this study were 100 patients BPJS users in inpatient wards in hospitals Banyu Bening Boyolali. This study used path analysis techniques. The results of this study that the quality of service has an influence on patient loyalty, service quality has an influence on patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction has an influence on patient loyalty, and service quality has an indirect effect on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction, the significance of the influence of internal marketing on employee engagement, the significance of the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction and the role of employee engagement in mediating the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction on PT employees. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Solo Area. The population of this study is employees of the units of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk under the coordination of the Solo Area. Samples were taken as many as 97 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to research samples. Analysis tool with research instrument test, classic assumption test and path analysis. While for the influence of mediation, testing uses Sobel test. The results of the study show that internal marketing has a significant effect on job satisfaction; internal marketing has a significant effect on employee engagement; employee engagement has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee engagement does not mediate the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction.

Abstract

In this era all development activities are inseparable from the increase in human resources. The government as a public servant must prioritize public services by increasing the human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, communication and compensation on the performance of central employees at the Department of Population and Family Control in the District of Ponorogo. The entire population was the central employees of the Department of Population and Family Planning of the District of Ponorogo totaling 105 people. The research sample of 100% and taken using census techniques to obtain a sample of 105 people. The data analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis, research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classic assumption tests (multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on the performance of central employees, communication has no significant effect on the performance of central employees, and compensation has a significant effect on the performance of central employees in the Population and Family Planning Office of Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

This research is conducted in order to find out the significance of the influence of (1) brand awareness, (2) brand image and (3) media communication towards the purchasing decision of the consumers of English Education IELC in Surakarta and Sukoharjo. The samples were taken employing the purpossive random sampling and accidental sampling methods. The data were collected through questionnaires using validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique employed the double linear regression, t test, F test, R2 test and classic assumption test. The result of the validity test shows that the research instruments are valid. The result of the realibility test was reliable. The results of the classic assumption test shows that the multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and normality test are all passed. The analysis result shows that Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Media communication all significantly influenced the purchase decision.
