Abstract

Company ABC is a trusted agency that collaborates with the Directorate General of Civil Registration and Population Administration (Ditjen Dukcapil) of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. It issues electronic certificates and electronic signatures using facial recognition authentication and compares live videos with Indonesian population data. This task demonstrates that Company ABC is a trusted company in the field of digital security. In order to be recognized and maintain the credibility of the Certificate Policy (CP) and Certification Practice Statement (CPS) from Certification Authorities (CA) in the international community, Company ABC needs to comply with various applicable standards. One of the international standards used is Webtrust for Certification Authorities. This study aims to analyze the capability level of Company ABC as an electronic certification provider in implementing Business Practices Management Webtrust Certification Authorities. The data used in this study consists of Company ABC's Certificate Policy (CP) and Certification Practice Statement (CPS). The analysis is conducted on the implementation of Business Practices Management Webtrust Certification Authorities based on the data of Company ABC's CP and CPS. Gap analysis is conducted to assess the alignment between Company ABC's CP and CPS with the principles of Business Practices Management Webtrust Certification Authorities. The results of the gap analysis indicate that no gaps are identified based on the checklist conducted by the author. This indicates that Company ABC's CP and CPS already comply with the principles set by Business Practices Management Webtrust Certification Authorities. This research significantly contributes to ensuring that Company ABC maintains compliance with international principles in the provision of electronic certification services. The findings of this study can serve as a reference for other electronic certification providers to improve and enhance the quality and security of their electronic certification management systems, particularly in the management of CP and CPS.

Abstract

IT investment is an investment that can be made to increase resources from IT expenses by utilizing these expenditures to achieve the expected value. In measuring IT values in a business context, one methodology that can be used is Val IT. Val IT has three domains, one of which is Investment Management (IM). The results obtained at STMIK Indonesia Padang in developing and evaluating the concept of business case programs are still at level 2 where this means the campus has built a business case but is still unclear. But overall, STMIK Indonesia Padang is at level 3 where this is at the defined level so that STMIK Indonesia Padang is increasingly aware of the importance of managing changes and procedures carried out have been passed, documented and communicated. But at the implementation stage it is still individual.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance of the digital library system at the University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to over 125 respondents, with 117 completing the survey. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software, following the previously outlined SEM analysis stages. Measurement model evaluation included convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) Algorithm. The results revealed that Behavioral Intention* (BI) does not significantly influence Use Behavior (UB). In contrast, Perceived Usefulness (PU) significantly impacts BI. Additionally, Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) significantly affects both PU and BI. The factor Image (IMG) also contributes to PU, while Job Relevance (REL) influences PU moderated by Output Quality (OUT). Result Demonstrability (RES) affects PU, and Computer Self-Efficacy (CSE) impacts PEOU. Factors such as Computer Playfulness (CPLAY), Perceived Enjoyment (JOY), and Objective Usability (OU) also affect PEOU, with their effects moderated by Experience (EXP). This study provides insights into the factors influencing the acceptance of digital library systems and can serve as a foundation for future system improvements.

Abstract

Information technology governance is essential and must be appropriately managed to fulfill company strategy. Determination of the achievement of the capability level in the information technology governance process at the academic administration bureau at the Institut Keguruan dan Teknologi Larantuka (IKTL) as a case study site. This research aims to analyze the implementation of information technology governance and measure the achievement of capability values using COBIT 2019. The findings of the problem were that an evaluation had never been carried out, and lack of knowledge sharing caused a decrease in the quality of governance, so an evaluation was needed. The research stages help administrative staff responsible for developing and implementing knowledge and presenting information. Information technology management is carried out to facilitate the management, monitoring, and evaluation of each business process and information technology to achieve organizational goals. COBIT 2019 is used to assist organizations in managing and optimizing existing information technology by using factor design to determine important process domains according to the existing circumstances at the institution. Then, the level of capability in the selected domain BAI08 will be analyzed. The results of measuring the level of capability reached a value of 2.25 at level 2 of the expected goals. The solution to overcome the gap is to give recommendations for improving the governance of information technology

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi (TI) saat ini, menjadi salah satu aspek penting sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing di era digital saat ini. Salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan dalam menerapkan teknologi informasi adalah efektifitas dan efisiensi proses bisnis perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Random forest sebagai salah satu algoritma dalam machine learning yang mempunyai akurasi tinggi dan mampu mengrangi risiko overfitting dipilih untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan dalam berbgai bidang keilmuan. Melalui metode Systimatic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis 55 artikel terkait yang memberikan gambaran mendalam mengenai penerapan algoritma Random Forest dalam berbagai bidang keilmuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan berbagai tantangan penerapan algoritma random forest dalam berbgai bidang keilmuan, mulai dari optimasi dengan pemilihan berbagai parameter serta mengkombinasikan algoritma random forest dengan algoritma yang lain. Perlakuan tersebut disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan karakteristik data dan objek yang di teliti, dengan harapan diperoleh perhitungan yang paling optimal dan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi pada bidang tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan panduan praktis, akan tetapai memberikan kontribusi pemahaman yang lebih mendalama mengenai peneraan algoritma random forest dalam mengatasi permasalahan dalamberbgai bidang keilmuan
