Abstract

This research has the following objectives: (1) to describe the form of humanistic education contained in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata (2) to know and describe the relevance of humanistic education in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa in Indonesian literature learning at SMA Negeri 1 Muaradua. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. Data collection techniques in this study by means of direct observation and external documentation. The results of the research prove that the value of humanistic education in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa consists of material values, vitality, spirituality, respect for other people's opinions, cooperation, willingness to sacrifice, caring for others, helping to help, and solidarity. The novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata can be implemented in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Muaradua.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the Two Stay Two Stray learning techniques in Indonesian at school. This research is a quasi-experimental research. Data collection techniques in this study used test and documentation techniques. The test instrument is given to students with the aim of knowing or measuring knowledge and assessing students' understanding of learning Bahasa Indonesia using the Two Stay Two Stray technique. The analysis technique was carried out in the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

The Islamic Community Guidance at the Ministry of Religion is tasked with providing services, technical guidance, data and information management, as well as planning and reporting in the field of Islamic religious affairs and sharia development, building religious affairs offices and sakinah families, as well as Islamic religious information. dissatisfied with BIMAS services because registering for services alone can take a long time because it is still done manually, BIMAS data archiving is still archived in the ledger and BIMAS information giving must call or send messages to participants one by one. These constraints are deemed less effective in the implementation of BIMAS services. The method used is the Prototype method by using system development tools such as DFD and ERD. In designing the BIMAS information system, it aims to facilitate the community in providing services such as technical guidance services, marriage guidance and MTQ competitions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pengecer dan petani terhadap aplikasi I-PUBERS sebagai media komunikasi dalam penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi Urea dan Phonska di Kecamatan Makarti Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa I-PUBERS memudahkan distribusi, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mendukung digitalisasi. Namun, kendala teknis seperti akses internet dan keterbatasan teknologi bagi petani lansia masih ditemukan. Aplikasi ini efektif, namun perlu ditunjang sosialisasi dan infrastruktur yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Inventory management is a critical component of the retail industry, particularly in the context of perishable products. The objective of this study is to propose a conceptual framework for the selection of inventory control strategies, with the aim of enhancing cost efficiency for perishable products with limited lifetime. In this study, we first analyze the inventory control of perishable products according to sales levels data using the ABC classification method. Subsequently, demand patterns are identified to determine the inventory method to be used. This study identifies the potential of the Periodic Review System to determine the optimal order quantity, thereby enhancing cost efficiency. This study utilizes the fruit retail sector as a case study to implement the proposed conceptual framework. The findings indicate that the Periodic Review System has the potential to minimize total inventory expenses in comparison with the existing conventional method.

Abstract

Pengguna internet di Indonesia selalu meningkat, terlebih lagi selama masa pandemi COVID-19, di mana rutinitas pekerjaan dan pembelajaran banyak dilakukan secara dalam jaringan. Akses ke berbagai konten digital semakin tinggi sementara tidak semuanya mengandung muatan positif. Dengan demikian, literasi digital menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Tujuan dari kegiatan literasi digital ini adalah sebagai upaya nyata untuk memperkuat ketahanan sosial budaya masyarakat, terutama ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Lorong Mari, Kelurahan Talang Bubuk, Palembang. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan sosial dengan metode Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang mengedepankan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat.  Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Talang Bubuk cenderung rendah sehingga memang diperlukan pelatihan literasi.Simpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil evaluasi adalah, pertama, ketahanan sosial budaya seolah terabaikan dalam konteks atau situasi saat ini. Kedua, literasi digital diperlukan sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan ketahanan sosial budaya di tengah masyarakat, utamanya di masa pandemi. Ketiga, literasi merupakan aktivitas yang membutuhkan proses berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan masyarakat serta pemangku kepentingan lain. Keempat, perlu adanya instrumen pengukuran literasi digital yang valid dan reliabel sebagai standar acuan umum. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan kegiatan literasi lanjutan secara berkala dengan tujuan mendirikan Kampung Literasi.

Abstract

Heart failure is a serious and pressing health problem that affects millions of people worldwide. Several factors influence the occurrence of heart failure, such as age, type of pain, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and other risk factors associated with heart disease. With current technological developments, data mining and machine learning can be used to predict patient health conditions. Therefore, the problem of this research is how to implement data mining techniques for identifying heart disease. The goal of the study is to identify heart disease and prevent heart failure. This study utilises the K-Nearest Neighbour (k-NN) algorithm to estimate the likelihood of patients experiencing heart failure based on available data features. The data used is taken from the kaggle.com site, which includes information from patients diagnosed with heart failure and those who do not suffer from heart failure. The analysis process involves data processing steps, such as normalisation, feature grouping, and selecting the optimal K parameter for the k-NN algorithm. Evaluation is carried out by calculating the accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score values. Testing is carried out on a dataset with 299 patient data, which is divided into training data and test data with a ratio of 80:20. The results of this study indicate that the k-NN algorithm has an accuracy of 87% in predicting kidney failure. This result indicates that the k-Nearest Neighbour algorithm can effectively predict heart failure.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology is widely considered a catalyst for transforming the role of libraries in the digital era. This study aims to examine and analyze the application of AI technology in the library context and provide strategic recommendations for the development of AI-based library services that can optimally improve the library visitor experience. The study used a systematic literature review approach. From the results of the search and selection of articles through Google Scholar, there were 36 articles that met the criteria for further analysis. The results show that there are seven themes that can be raised as a basis for effective AI implementation in improving library services and user experience, namely: Library transformation, the role and benefits of AI technology in library services, the implementation of AI in various aspects of library services, the use of AI to personalize library services, the impact of AI on library operational efficiency, AI-based collaboration and knowledge sharing models between libraries, and challenges in implementing AI in libraries. Based on the results of the synthesis, it can be reported that AI is able to transform libraries through cataloging automation, service personalization, 24/7 interactive chatbots, and intelligent recommendation systems that improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction (smart search). AI can help librarians analyze visit data to understand user interest trends. The potential of AI creates a more engaging, efficient and meaningful visiting experience, although the implementation of AI in libraries faces challenges related to data privacy, infrastructure, and the readiness of library human resources.
