Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 36 Rantau Bayur menyimak isi wacana narasi melalui penerapan model group investigation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 36 Rantau Bayur sebanyak 20 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tindakan kelas. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik tes dan teknik observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh simpulan bahwa upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 36 Rantau Bayur pada pembelajaran menyimak isi wacana narasi melalui pernerapan model pembelajaran group investigation berhasil setelah dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Berdasarkan jumlah dan persentase siswa yang telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar setelah tindakan siklus III, yaitu 18 orang (90%) menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 36 Rantau Bayur pada pembelajaran menyimak isi wacana narasi melalui penerapan model group investigation sudah mencapai ketuntasan karena siswa yang memperoleh nilai 70─100 mencapai 18 orang atau 90%.Kata kunci: Upaya, Belajar, Model Group Investigation, Wacana Narasi

Abstract

The problem in this study was how to use slang in the campus environment at the University of PGRI Palembang, the purpose of this study was to describe the use of slang in the campus environment at the University of PGRI Palembang. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data source of this research is the students of the Faculty of Engineering Semester II, University of PGRI Palembang. The data collection technique used in this study is the skillful listening technique and note taking technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is the intralingual equivalent technique. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that in the use of slang language for students of the Faculty of Engineering Semester II at the University of PGRI Palembang there were 26 slang words used by the students in their conversation. The use of slang is more dominantly carried out in order to create a relaxed atmosphere and a familiar impression in their association.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah tingkat  keefektifan penggunaan  teknik Prep Technique dalam pemahaman cerpen siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 3 Babat Toman  Kabupaten  Musi Banyuasin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tingkat keefektifan penggunaan teknik Prep Technique dalam pemahaman cerpen siswa IX SMP Negeri 3 Babat Toman  Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik tes yaitu tes objektif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji raliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tes siswa diperoleh bahwa “thitung” lebih besar dari “ttabel” jika thitung ≥ maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima jika thitung  ≥ ttabel maka Ha diterima Ho ditolak berdasarkan perhitungan thitung diatas ternyata thitung = 0,953 ≥  ttabel = 0,268 pada taraf signitifikan 99% berarti keefektifan penggunaan teknik Prep Technique dalam pemahaman cerpen siswa IX SMP Negeri 3 Babat Toman  Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin lebih efektif. Kata kunci: pemahaman cerpen, teknik Prep Technique Abstract The problem in this study is how the effectiveness of the use of the Prep Technique technique in understanding short stories of class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Babat Toman, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effectiveness of the use of the Prep Technique technique in understanding the short stories of IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Babat Toman, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research data was obtained through a test technique that is an objective test. Data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability testing. Based on the results of analysis of student test data obtained that "tcount" is greater than "ttable" if tcount ≥ then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted if tcount ≥ ttable then Ha is accepted Ho is rejected based on the above tcount calculation turns out tcount = 0.953 ≥ ttable = 0.268 at the significance level 99% means the effectiveness of the use of the Prep Technique technique in understanding the short stories of IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Babat Toman, Musi Banyuasin Regency is more effective. Keywords: understanding short stories, Prep Technique techniques

Abstract

This study discusses in depth about the moral values of responsibility in the novel Laskar Pelangi. Furthermore, the proposed related to the socio-cultural background of the authors in the creation of novel Laskar Pelangi effect on moral values. In addition, also discussed the author's view of the world related to the teachings of the value of responsibility. This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis method. The results showed that the value of responsibility based on the novel structure consisting of man's relationship to himself, namely in terms of character and characterization. The characters are displayed Andrea Hirata bring the characters responsible for the thoughts, attitudes, and behavior. From a review of genetic structuralism, the value of responsibility based on social and cultural background, knowledge systems also influence the social and cultural life. Belitung people's livelihood systems are revealed also shape the character responsible. The author's world view of morals includes the value of self-existence, self-esteem, self-confidence, fear, longing, and responsibility.

Abstract

Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah bentuk deiksis dalam tuturan anak usia 3-4 tahun di Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan apa saja jenis-jenis bentuk deiksis serta menentukan deiksis apa saja yang terdapat dalam tuturan yang biasa digunakan terutama deiksis persona, deiksis tempat, deiksis waktu, deiksis wacana dan deiksis sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dan objek penelitian adalah video hasil rekaman tuturan anak usia 3-4 tahun di Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang yang diperoleh peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik cakap semuka, teknik rekam dan teknik catat. Langka-langkah analisis data pada penelitian ini dengan cara analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu deiksis yang ditemukan antara lain, 9 deiksis persona (persona pertama tunggal, persona pertama jamak, persona kedua tunggal, persona ketiga tunggal), 10 deiksis tempat, 10 deiksis waktu (lampau, sekarang, mendatang), 22 deiksis wacana (katafora) dan 13 deiksis sosial. Pada setiap deiksis yang terdapat tentunya memiliki titik pusat yang berbeda dan juga beraneka ragam serta dapat berubah, jika berada pada konteks yang lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan ditemukan adanya deiksis dalam tuturan anak usia 3-4 tahun di Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan, yaitu: 1) mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru Bahasa Indonesia terhadap media pembelajaran menggunakan AppInventor berbasis android pada materi debat kelas X di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang, 2) mendeskripsikan rancangan pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan AppInventor berbasis Android pada materi debat di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang, 3) mndeskripskan validasi pengembangan media pembelajran AppInventor pada materi debat di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode R&D (Reasearch and Develoment) menggunakan model Alessi dan Trollip. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) hasil wawancara terhadap guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang dan hasil kuisioner atau angket berupa google formulir yang diberikan peserta didik bahwa peggunaan media pembelajaran sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran, 2) penelitian media pembelajaran AppInventor berbasis andorid memiliki rancangan dengan menggunakan model Alessi dan Trollip yang meliputi tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan (planning), desain (design), dan pengembangan (development), 3) produk akhir media pembelajaran AppInventor berbasis android  telah memenuhi kriteria “sangat layak” dengan presentase akhir 90% dari ahli media dan ahli materi dengan presentase 99%.

Abstract

The research method applied in this research is descriptive method. The source of the data in this study is the novel They Say I'm Kafir by Muhammad Idris. The approach used in this study is a sociological approach. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation techniques while for data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. Based on the results of writing, it can be seen that in the novel "They Say I Am Kafir" by Muhammad Idris there are social protests which include protests against social groups, protests against culture, protests against social institutions, protests against conflicts, and protests against the state. The protest teaches us to be able to digest before entering what we think is right. The protest against the social group obtained is a protest against the group in KR-9 which uses religion as its reinforcement. However, in reality in KR-9 it misleads religion. The protest against culture that was obtained was that in the KR-9 institution there were people who came from different regions, ethnicities and economic status. As a result of these differences, it often creates increasingly complex problems, such as differentiating the poor from the rich. The protests against social institutions that were obtained were that KR-9 was misguided which stated that there was no need to pray, the important thing was to comply with the KR-9 regulations. The protest against the conflict that is obtained is a protest about disapproval of various opinions according to each individual or certain group, namely KR-9. Protests against the state were found that the country that was most correct was RII/KR-9 not RI/NKRI.

Abstract

Language politeness is essentially our ethics in socialising in society. Politeness rules are generally used in every language act. Theoretically, basically everyone should speak politely. Everyone must maintain ethics in communication so that the purpose of communication can be achieved. In connection with the background discussion of language politeness, it is necessary to analyse the novel Brianna and Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata. The characters and characterizations in this novel are more complex and the dialogues are more frequent so that the maxims in the principles of politeness are more likely to appear. The principles of politeness in speech are: (1) maxim of wisdom, (2) maxim of generosity, (3) maxim of praise, (4) maxim of humility, (5) maxim of agreement, and (6) maxim of sympathy. This research is a literature study using qualitative descriptive method. The primary data is the novel Briana and Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata. The primary data is analysed by using secondary data as supporting data to analyse the novels Briana and Bottomwise according to the research domain of the use of language politeness as required through the supporting references of this research. Abstract

Language is a tool of human communication for both oral and written. In Indonesian learning, there are four skills that are expected to continue to improve in students. These four skills include reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Writing skills are one of the skills that have a high level of difficulty compared to other aspects of skills. One of the writing materials learned by grade VII junior high school students is writing description texts. Teachers need to consider suitable models, methods, media, and approaches in teaching writing this description text. In this study, the author used a contextual approach with direct observation object media when teaching material to write description texts. The results of this study show an increase in the skills of writing description texts for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Abab for the 2023/2024 school year. This is evidenced by obtaining student grades, namely in the first cycle students achieved completeness as many as 12 students out of 26 students or 45%. In cycle II students achieved completeness of 21 students out of 26 students or 81%, an increase of 36%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that a contextual approach with direct observation object media is more suitable to be applied in writing description texts.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the principles of language politeness are found in the speech of PGRI Palembang University students and how the language politeness of PGRI University Palembang students is based on the level of pragmatic parameters. This research aims to find out and describe the principles of language politeness found in the speech of PGRI Palembang University students and to find out and describe how language politeness of PGRI University Palembang students is based on the level of pragmatic parameters. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is the observation and documentation method. The research results that researchers obtained from the speech of PGRI Palembang University students in the campus environment, found that the speech of PGRI Palembang University students in the campus environment contained the principles of language politeness and a language politeness scale based on the level of pragmatic parameters.
