Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan media powerpoint interaktif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika peserta didik kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas II SD Negeri Pucangan 3. Penelitian dilakukan dengan empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Siklus I dan siklus II dilakukan proses yang sama namun dalam siklus II lebih kepada penyempurnaan pelaksanaan dari siklus I. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini antara lain 1) angket dipakai untuk dapat mengukur seberapa besar motivasi belajar matematika peserta didik, 2) observasi kegiatan pembelajaran matematika di kelas II SD Negeri Pucangan 3, dan 3) dokumentasi berupa modul ajar, nama-nama peserta didik dan foto saat pelaksanaan penelitian. Kemudian data motivasi belajar matematika peserta didik yang diperoleh dianalisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh motivasi belajar matematika peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dapat dilihat dari rata-rata skor pra siklus sebesar 43,86 dengan rentang 0-75 dalam siklus I terjadi perbaikan hasil skor rata-rata menjadi 57,73 dengan rentang 0-75, sedangkan dalam siklus II dilakukan penyempurnaan dari siklus I sehingga terjadi peningkatan hasil skor rata-rata siklus II menjadi 64,69. Jadi penerapan media powerpoint interaktif mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika peserta didik kelas II Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need to enhance learning in the digital era, focusing on developing students' critical thinking, innovation, and creativity through technology-based education. This training addresses several key issues: (1) many teachers at Penggok 3 State Elementary School in Sragen struggle with using digital technology to support learning; (2) the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach is rarely applied; (3) students' interest in Indonesian culture is low; and (4) integrating technology into education is now essential. Teacher training is crucial for developing individual capabilities to create a better learning environment. This training aims to enhance primary school teachers' understanding and application of CRT, enabling them to design student worksheets (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik - LKPD) and educational videos that reflect students' cultural diversity. Additionally, it aims to develop teachers' skills in using the Canva graphic design platform to create engaging, interactive, and culturally relevant LKPD and educational videos. The training on creating LKPD and educational videos with a CRT approach using Canva for teachers at Penggok 3 State Elementary School in Sragen yielded positive outcomes. Over 50% of teachers successfully created LKPD and educational videos using the CRT approach through Canva. Additionally, there was a 14.3% increase in understanding of the CRT approach, based on pre-test and post-test results.

Abstract

For the period of 2016–2023, this study is to ascertain the impact of the following factors on return on assets: firm size, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and current ratio in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. An approach to verification and description is combined with a quantitative methodology in this study. Numerous tests are used in statistical testing, including the traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression test, Pearson correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test with partial and simultaneous tests (t and f tests). The Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing enterprises employs 64 enterprises, whose financial records provide the sample data. In nonprobability sampling, purposeful sampling is used. Version 26.0 of IBM SPSS was the analysis tool used in this investigation . According to study results, return on assets is significantly impacted by the debt to equity ratio, but it is not affected at all by the current ratio, total asset turnover, or business size. Return on assets is significantly impacted by the study's concurrently obtained current ratio, total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, and firm size.
