Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of firm size, financial leverage, profitability, diversification of market risk and stock returns. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study is the consumption sector of manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the observation period from 2007-2016. The sample technique using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the size of the firm had a negative and insignificant effect, while financial leverage, profitability, and diversification had a positive and not significant effect on stock returns and firm size had a negative and significant influence, financial leverage and profitability had a positive and significant relationship, diversification has a positive and not significant effect on market risk and market risk has a positive and significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Parents often choose products without harmful chemicals, synthetic perfumes, and dyes to protect their child's skin. Buds skincare is 95% organic, free of chemicals and artificial perfumes, and eco-certified. This study aims to determine how cognitive, emotional, and conative factors affect the sale of Organic Buds. This study includes all Buds Organics customers with more than three purchases. This study uses non-probability purposive sampling. According to the researcher's criteria, respondents must have used Tunas Organic products and bought them at least three times. In this study, samples were taken of 96 respondents who had used Organic Tunas products at least three times. The data analysis of this study evaluates the hypothesis. This research uses PLS software. The relationship between the conative and attitude components more strongly influences consumers' purchasing choices, according to this study. Attitudes affect purchase choice by 60.8%, so that customers who know the benefits of organic buds and want to buy them again are more likely to buy them.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting research is to see the relationship between gender diversity (in the form of female leadership) on financial performance, the influence of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) on financial performance, as well as the effect of gender diversity on financial performance through environmental, social, and governance (ESG). . Stakeholder theory argues that companies should be accountable not only to their stakeholders (such as customers or employees), but also to their secondary stakeholders (such as social communities, local authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, non-governmental organizations. This research is a literature review which was carried out from various journal sources. The research results from the literature review conducted, show that there is a 75% link between gender diversity, ESG and the company's financial performance.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri pariwisata di Indonesia telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap ekonomi. Namun, peningkatan aktivitas pariwisata juga berdampak negatif pada lingkungan dan sosial. Penelitian ini menelaah praktik pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pemangku kepentingan untuk mengadopsi Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) di sektor pariwisata. Menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan terhadap niat berperilaku. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner di Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung, dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM melalui SmartPLS 4. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap niat berperilaku, diikuti oleh norma subjektif dan sikap. Pengetahuan secara signifikan memengaruhi sikap terhadap SSCM. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi efek moderasi dari kategori pelaku pariwisata. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya intervensi serta pendidikan untuk mendorong adopsi SSCM, dan berkontribusi pada literatur pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan fokus pada aspek perilaku serta memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pelaku industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Minat Beli Konsumen Melalui Video UGC (User Generated Content) dan E-Wom (Electronic Word Of Mouth) Pada Aplikasi Tiktok (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Dan Bisnis Diniyyah Lampung). Video UGC (User Generated Content) merupakan bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang mengandung e-Wom (Electronic Word Of Mouth). UGC adalah alat pemasaran yang berisi ulasan dari orang lain yang telah membeli suatu produk dengan dijadikan sebuah konten. E-wom merupakan metode penyebaran informasi promosi produk yang dilakukan melalui mulut ke mulut menggunakan internet. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden dengan kriteria memiliki aplikasi Tiktok serta pernah melihat video content produk yang ada di Tiktok. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google Form dengan alat analisis yang menggunakan program SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan UGC tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli, e-Wom memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli, UGC dan e-Wom memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

This research originates from the increasing competition in e-commerce, which is becoming more complex as the digital marketplace grows. The main objective of this study is to explore the key elements of a customer-oriented competitive strategy and analyze its impact on marketing performance. Case studies were conducted on two leading platforms, Shopee and TikTok Shop, using the Customer Focus Theory Analysis method. This approach enables an in-depth investigation of consumer preferences, needs, and behaviors, as well as how these factors influence competitive strategies and marketing performance. The research findings are expected to provide a holistic understanding of the application of customer focus concepts in competitive strategies and offer practical guidance for e-commerce practitioners to enhance their competitiveness.

Abstract

Penjualan smartphone OPPO di Toko Smartphone Hafiz Phone Cell mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2023. Persaingan ketat di industri smartphone, dengan bermunculannya merek- merek baru dan beragam pilihan produk, membuat konsumen kebingungan dalam memilih. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya memahami keinginan konsumen secara mendalam dalam menentukan pilihan pembelian smartphonePenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis secara statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Metode kuantitatif memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengukur dan menganalisis hubungan antara variable penelitian berupa brand equity, harga, dan kualitas produk dengan keputusan pembelian smartphone OPPO Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis secara statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan (Dianti, 2017). Metode kuantitatif memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengukur dan menganalisis hubungan antara variable penelitian berupa brand equity, harga, dan kualitas produk dengan keputusan pembelian smartphone OPPO dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand equity, harga, dan kualitas produk memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Oppo di Hafiz Phone Cell. Brand equity yang kuat meningkatkan loyalitas dan preferensi konsumen, harga yang kompetitif mempengaruhi persepsi nilai produk, dan kualitas produk yang baik memenuhi harapan konsumen
