Abstract

This study aims to determine the extracurricular activities that are found in SD Negeri 9 Mendo Barat in shaping the character and interests of students.. This research method uses descriptive-qualitative, data collection used are interviews, observation, documentation, and sources analyzed using inductive data analysis techniques. The results showed that extracurricular activities made a positive contribution to the formation of character in students' discipline in SD Negeri 9 Mendo Barat. High school students following extracurricular activities at school have better discipline and shape the personal character of students more than other students. Attitudes in the form of discipline, following the flag ceremony, coming on time, neatly dressed according to school rules, obeying the teacher, keeping clean, not playing truant, not getting involved in a fight, not smoking, respecting the elders not making a fuss during learning or hours take a break, obey the schedule of school activities. extracurricular which is much in the interest of scouts

Abstract

The implementation of learning in elementary schools is very limited to learning media and more teacher-centred learning. This study aims to develop multimedia learning using articulated storylines that are feasible and effective for fourth-grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). This research development stage refers to the Alessi & Trollip development model, which is divided into four stages, namely: (1) planning; (2) design; (3) product development, and (4) evaluation. Determination of the feasibility level based on the validation test of media and material experts and testing to 6 students through a questionnaire. Determination of the level of effectiveness based on pre-test and post-test data to 30 students. The results showed that the average feasibility level of the assessment percentage by the media expert validator was 82.5% with the "Very Good" category. Expert assessment of the material is 71%, with the category "Very Good". The responses of 6 students get an average final score in the percentage of 71.33% in the "Very Good" category. Based on the pre-test and post-test mean, there is an increase in the mean score of 14.9. The mean value obtained is then converted to the calculation of the gain score to determine the level of product effectiveness. Overall, in calculating the gain score, the mean value was 0.62 for 30 students in the "Medium" category. It can be concluded that integrative thematic multimedia learning on sub-themes of animal and plant diversity for fourth-grade elementary school is feasible and effective to use.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze at teachers' self-regulation as a factor that determines their cognitive abilities in technology-based mathematics learning media. Self-regulation is a process where individuals consistently organize and manage their thoughts, emotions, behavior and environment to achieve academic goals. This study used a explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this research was a observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaire. The research subjects used were 10 STKIP MBB elementary school teachers consisting of grade 1 to 6 teachers and major teachers. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple linear regression. The results of the research reveal that Teacher Self-Regulation is a Determinant of Cognitive Ability in Technology-Based Mathematics Learning Media. The simple linear regression equation for the hypothesized self-regulation variable as a determinant of teacher cognitive abilities is: Ŷ = -27.664 + 0.938(85). The positive sign (+) indicates that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable goes in one direction, which means that every increase or decrease in one variable will be followed by an increase or decrease in another variable, so that the higher the self-regulation, the higher the determinant teacher's cognitive abilities in learning media and vice versa

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendesripsikan penguatan disiplin siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 03 Pangkalpinang dan mendeskripsikan persepsi setelah dilaksanakan disiplin siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 03 Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitataif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu triangulasi data (observasi, partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi). Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa di kelas IV SD Negeri Pangkalpinang Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi penguatan disiplin siswa yang dilakukan melalui empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan berupa fenomena nyata dalam  rancangan membuat kesepakatan bersama dengan siswa mengenai disiplin kelas, tahap pelaksanaan berupa  aksi dalam mengimplementasikan disiplin siswa dikelas sesuai dengan norma yang telah disepakati, tahap hasil pengamatan dengan pengamatan selama pelaksanaan dari awal sampai akhir penegakan disiplin kelas, dan tahap refleksi dengan menilai bagaimana ciri khas guru dalam mengkoordinir kelas dan timbal baliknya terhadap siswa. Dan kendala yang ditemukan berupa bentuk implementasi kedisiplinan siswa terhadap penguatan dari guru dan tanggung jawab orang tua dalam menyetujui segala peraturan.

Abstract

Minat untuk membaca adalah salah satu elemen krusial dalam memperbaiki mutu pembelajaran, terutama dalam pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang mengharuskan kemampuan untuk memahami, menganalisis, dan memproses informasi dari teks yang dibaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antara minat membaca dan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada anak-anak di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional untuk mengukur sejauh mana dan bagaimana hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Peserta dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 28 siswa di SDN 33 Pangkalpinang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner tentang minat membaca yang mencakup lima indikator utama, yakni frekuensi membaca, ketertarikan terhadap bacaan, pemahaman terhadap isi bacaan, ketersediaan bahan bacaan, dan kebiasaan membaca di rumah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik korelasi product moment untuk mengamati hubungan antara minat membaca dan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat minat membaca siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 76%, sedangkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata 77%. Analisis korelasional memperlihatkan adanya hubungan positif antara minat membaca dan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia, yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi minat membaca siswa maka semakin baik pula prestasi belajar yang mereka capai.
