Abstract: Forward the retreat of an educational institution is very influential on the leader figure. In the principal education institution has an important role to advance the school in the lead. Basically education consists of several components that affect each other and related to each other. Of these components, the teacher who plays an important role and is the key to the success of education. For that the competence of a teacher should be improved. With the principal component of teachers and principals that play an important role for the advancement of education, the authors are interested to explore the leadership of principals in improving teacher competence, with the focus of research: 1) How the principal’s efforts in improving teacher competence, 3) the principal’s efforts in improving teacher competence ?. From the research results can be concluded, that 1) Efforts principals in improving teacher competence. 2) Factors that support the principal’s efforts in improving teacher competence. 3) Principal inhibiting factors in improving teacher competence. Abstrak: Maju mundurnya suatu lembaga pendidikan sangat berpengaruh pada sosok pemimpin. Dalam lembaga pendidikan kepala sekolah mempunyai peran penting untuk memajukan sekolah yang di pimpinnya. Pada dasarnya pendidikan terdiri dari beberapa komponen yang saling berpengaruh dan berkaitan antara yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Dari komponen tersebut, gurulah yang memegang peran penting dan merupakan kunci pokok bagi keberhasilan pendidikan. Untuk itu kompetensi seorang guru harus di tingkatkan. Dengan adanya komponen kepala sekolah dan guru yang sangat berperan penting untuk kemajuan pendidikan, maka penulis tertarik untuk mendalami tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru, dengan fokus penelitian: 1) Bagaimana upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru?, 3) Apa faktor penghambat usaha kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru?. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa 1) Upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. 2) Faktor yang mendukung usaha kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. 3) Faktor penghambat usaha kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru.

Penelitian ini berlokasi di SDN Betet 1 Kota Kediri tepatnya berada di Jln. Lapangan 07 Kel. Betet Kec. Pesantren. Peneliti menentukan SDN Betet 1 Kota Kediri sebagai tempat penelitian ini, karena SDN Betet 1 merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki siswa ABK dengan jumlah murid paling banyak se-Jawa Timur dan sekolah ini baru saja mendapatkan kunjungan dari Komisi-2 DPR RI sehingga menarik untuk diteliti program pembelajaran individual yang diterapkan di sekolah tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba mengungkap tentang penerapan Program Pembelajaran Individual (PPI) untuk siswa Tunagrahita kelas inklusi SDN Betet 1 Kota Kediri, sehingga peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Implementasi program pembelajaran individual siswa tunagrahita di SDN Betet 1 Kota Kediri memiliki 3 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi.

This study develops innovative learning media to introduce Hijaiyah letters to visually impaired students, addressing the lack of practical tools. The research aims to design and assess the feasibility of flashcards and a Braille board as instructional media. The study employs Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection methods include validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that: (1) The Braille Hijaiyah flashcards are designed using small impraboard cards, while the Braille board is made from plywood, with raised Braille text created using thumbtacks to suit students' needs. (2) Feasibility tests by media and subject matter experts confirm its high validity. The media expert's validation score is 3.8, and the subject matter expert's score is 3.87, both categorized as highly feasible. In conclusion, the Hijaiyah flashcard and Braille board learning media are highly valid and ready for use without revisions, offering an effective solution for visually impaired students to recognize Hijaiyah letters.

This research is motivated by the lack of utilization of learning media in mathematics subjects. The purpose of the research is to know the development, feasibility and influence of the use of interactive learning multimedia GERBANG (geometry build space) in increasing student learning motivation. The development research uses the APPED development model consisting of five systematic and logical stages, namely analysis, planning, production, evaluation, and dissemination. The results of the development research show that the interactive learning multimedia GERBANG (geometry builds space) gets a qualification assessment Very Feasible based on the validation of experts, namely media experts and material experts with the results of the percentage of feasibility of 87.5% by media experts and material experts of 85%. Based on the results of the user test at the pretest stage obtained an average value of 51, 32, while at the postest stage obtained an average value of 69.19. Thus, the use of interactive learning multimedia GERBANG (geometry build space) has an effect in increasing the motivation to learn.

This community service program aims to encourage the legality and sustainability of MSMEs in Blimbing Village through the issuance of Business Identification Numbers (NIB). Business legality is an important factor in the development of MSMEs because it can increase market access, make it easier to apply for financing, and provide legal certainty for business actors. Many MSMEs in Blimbing Village have not been officially registered and have difficulty obtaining business legality. Therefore, this activity is carried out by providing assistance to MSMEs in the NIB application process via the Online Single Submission (OSS) platform. Methods for implementing activities include socialization, training, and direct assistance to business actors. The results of this activity show that MSMEs in Blimbing Village increasingly understand the importance of business legality and have successfully applied for an NIB for their business. With the NIB, it is hoped that MSMEs can develop further, gain consumer trust and be competitive in the wider market.
