Abstract

Abstrak: Latar belakang: Mayoritas karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan akan mengikuti pemimpin, mereka cenderung mencontoh pemimpinnya dan menerima perilaku organisasi seperti yang dilakukan pemimpin tersebut. Jika budaya kerja selalu bersahabat, maka karyawan juga akan bersahabat. Sebaliknya, jika budaya kerja kritis, maka karyawan akan kritis. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif adalah suatu metode penelitian yang memanfaatkan data kualitatif dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian: Pimpinan Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP 2 Langsa sudah menerapkan contoh baik kepada bawahannya, indikator yang mendukung untuk kebudayaan klan yaitu: selalu menerapkan suasana kekeluargaan pada seluruh pegawainya. Jika sudah tercipta suasana kekeluargaan semuanya akan mudah untuk bekerja sama dan saling menghormati diantara satu dengan yang lainnya. Kesimpulan: Budaya organisasi yang diterapkan di BSI KCP 2 Langsa memiliki dua tipe kebudayaan. Pertama menerapkan kebudayaan klan. Jika sudah tercipta suasana kekeluargaan semuanya akan mudah untuk bekerja sama dan saling menghormati diantara satu dengan yang lainnya. Kedua menerapkan tipe kebudayaan orientasi tim.

Abstract

Abstrak Belum lama ini, musim hujan membuat pekerjaan karyawan di PT Japfa Comfeed Unit Grati 2 di Plososari Grati Pasuruan tidak normal seperti biasanya,karyawan harus kerja ekstra dua kali lipat. Agar sebelum penjualan ayam sakit itu kembali normal maka apa ada pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Unit Grati 2 di Plososari Grati Pasuruan.Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Unit Grati 2 di Plososari Grati Pasuruan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 60 . Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen berupa uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regrensi berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinan. Hasil penelitian variabel Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifika terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini berarti Motivasi sangat penting terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan untuk variabel Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini berarti variable Kompensasi juga perperan penting terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinan (R2) memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,821 yang menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 821%. Sedangkan variabel lain diluar penelitian sebesar 17,9%, Kata Kunci : Motivasi,Kompensasi,Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The primary aim of this study was to examine the impact of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of Social Studies (IPS) among fifth-grade students at SDN 148 Bonto Bulaeng, Kabupaten Bulukumba. This research adopted a pre-experimental design, specifically a quasi-experimental design, and utilized a quantitative approach. A sample of 12 students was selected for the study. Data collection was conducted through learning outcome tests and observation sheets, while data analysis employed descriptive analysis and T-Test statistical methods. The findings revealed a significant improvement in the students' Social Studies learning outcomes post-implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. Initially, the average pretest score was 59, which increased to an average posttest score of 83. The T-Test analysis further confirmed the positive effect of the Jigsaw model on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.010, which is below the alpha value of 0.05 (0.010 < 0.05). Thus, the study concluded that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model significantly enhances learning outcomes in Social Studies for fifth-grade students, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial literacy in UMKM, with a focus on Cekeremes Mbok Kaseh Production House. The approach used in approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, in which data is collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and direct observation of operational activities. The results showed that the level of financial literacy financial literacy level of UMKM owners is still inadequate. This can be seen from the absence of systematic financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, as well as a lack of understanding of cash flow management and long-term financial planning. Abstract

The study's goal is to create a learning module project (P5) with an ecoprint theme to improve character in the application of independent dimensions and creative dimensions of students. This study uses research and development (R&D) and the 4D model scheme. The development of this 4-D model involved the steps of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Public Middle School 7 Makassar served as the study's site. The results of the study indicated that the assessment of the overall module by material experts obtained a value of 9.8 with an average of 4.9 with the description "Very Good," while the media expert assessed the quality of the module cover design, module content design, and aspects of media effects on learning strategies with a total value of 14.75 with an average of 4.9 and the description "Very Good." Based on the assessment of the material expert validator and the media expert validator, it can be concluded that the learning module project (P5) with an ecoprint theme is feasible to use. The intended final stage is dissemination; however, the researcher did not proceed to this stage. The final stage carried out was the teacher response test, which had previously been carried out on teacher needs testing. In addition, the results of this study also indicated that it made it easier for teachers or facilitators to transfer knowledge through interesting learning in the P5 ecoprint project learning theme.

Abstract

Conflicts in the household occur because of the lack of education of the bride and groom and lack of understanding and knowledge about domestic life. Sufistic values are a way to resolve conflicts in the household. This study aims to find out what Sufistic values are. Second, knowing how the marriage guidance process is at the Office of Religious Affairs in Cidahu District. Third, to find out how Sufistic values are in the marriage guidance process at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cidahu District. The research method used is a qualitative method in which the data source comes from the results of observations and interviews as well as other literature related to the research theme. The results of this study indicate that Sufistic values are attributes that are aimed only at God, their obedience cannot be shaken by anything so that events in the world will not affect them. The marriage guidance process at the Cidahu District Religious Affairs Office has been going well, the extension workers follow the existing regulations, and the participants are enthusiastic in the marriage guidance process. Sufistic values in the marriage guidance process are patience, gratitude, reflection, sincerity, pleasure, and trust.

Abstract

Bali is famous not only for its culture but also for its distinctive traditional cuisine. One of the most popular dishes is ayam betutu, a Balinese dish that is in high demand by tourists. Consumer decisions to buy chicken betutu at Ayam Betutu Khas Gilimanuk restaurant are influenced by various factors, such as affordable prices, distinctive flavours, restaurant identity, packaging, food quality, service, and size variations. This study aims to identify factors that influence purchasing decisions, visitors' perceptions of ayam betutu culinary development strategies, and adaptation strategies in serving the dish. The research method used a sociology of tourism approach with data collection techniques through interviews with visitors, owners, cooks, and waiters. Data were analysed using SWOT analysis method and Likert scale. The results showed that information technology-based promotion strategies, adaptation of forms, ingredients, flavours, and cooking techniques are important steps in developing the attractiveness of ayam betutu as a culinary destination.

Abstract

Reading comprehension is one of the essential basic skills in primary school, although in reality many students still have difficulty understanding the content of texts. This study aims to improve the reading comprehension skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 91/VI Rantau Panjang VI through the Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) strategy. This study employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Sixteen students and one fifth-grade teacher served as subjects in this study. Observations of teacher and student activities, as well as reading comprehension tests, were collected as data for this study and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The results of the study showed an increase in teacher activity from 73.98% in Cycle I to 88.40% in Cycle II, while student activity increased from 73.66% in Cycle I to 88.44% in Cycle II. The mean reading comprehension test scores also increased from 72.50 with a completion rate of 62.5% in Cycle I to 83.69 with a completion rate of 93.8% in Cycle II. These findings prove that the application of the SQ3R strategy is effective in improving primary school students' reading comprehension skills and encouraging their active involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99 Denpasar. The research used in this study is quantitative research. Respondents of this study were consumers who bought at Barokah Catering 99. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that 1) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99, 2) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99, 3) Price and promotion have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99. These results mean that the more competitive the price and the more intense the promotion carried out will be able to increase purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99.

Abstract

Bioetanol merupakan salah satu sumber energi terbarukan yang memiliki potensi besar sebagai pengganti bahan bakar fosil. Proses pemurnian bioetanol, khususnya dari kadar 30% menuju kadar yang lebih tinggi, membutuhkan teknologi pemisahan yang efisien, seperti kondensor. Salah satu parameter penting dalam proses ini adalah tingkat Suhu yang digunakan selama pemisahan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi eksperimen dengan variasi tingkat Suhu pada sistem kondensasi. Parameter utama yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini adalah energi perpindahan panas konveksi pada kondensor dan karakteristik bioetanol yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat Suhu terhadap produksi bioetanol dalam proses pemurnian, khususnya pada penggunaan kondensor. Dengan memahami hubungan antara Suhu dan hasil produksi, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi operasional yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan mutu bioetanol, mengurangi pemborosan energi, dan menekan biaya produksi. Variasi suhu dan waktu pemanasan sangat mempengaruhi hasil akhir karakteristik fisik etanol, sehingga diperlukan optimasi lebih lanjut terhadap parameter operasi pemurnian agar diperoleh etanol dengan kualitas yang sesuai standar nasional.  Nilai viskositas mendekati standar SNI sebesar 1,525 N•s/m². Beberapa pengujian menunjukkan nilai viskositas yang jauh lebih tinggi dari standar, yang mengindikasikan kemungkinan adanya pengotor atau senyawa lain yang belum terpisah sempurna dalam proses pemurnian. Nilai viskositas sangat rendah, yakni 0,474 N•s/m², yang bisa mengindikasikan kehilangan sebagian komponen etanol akibat kondisi proses yang kurang optimal. Seluruh hasil pengujian, densitas menunjukkan nilai yang jauh lebih tinggi dari standar SNI sebesar 0,789 g/cm³, dengan rentang antara 0,933 hingga 0,961 g/cm³. Sementara itu, hasil titik nyala (flash point) menunjukkan nilai mendekati atau bahkan lebih rendah dari standar SNI sebesar 12°C, yakni masing-masing 13°C dan 10,5°C.
