Abstract

Humans will always find and find good signs in the form of language, symbols, human behavior, and so on. All visible signs do not appear even without cause. It's just that it has some hidden purpose. Exploration of the study of the Koran is gradually increasing. Which is focused on Signifier and Signifie in Qs. Al-Ḍuhā, Syntagmatics, and Paradigmatics in Qs. Ad Dhuha This study is of a qualitative type that will trace the meaning in the verses in Qs. Al-Ḍuhā which has been mentioned in the Koran in the context of its meaning and mention. Every verse in Qs. Al-Ḍuhā gathered and began to look for the sign elements contained in the verse, and look for Significant and Sinifie in Qs. Al-Ḍuhā then looked for Synagmatics and Paradigmatics in Qs. Ad Dhuha The results of the research in this article indicate if the semiotic approach in Qs. Al-Ḍuhā has meaning as an effort in studying and interpreting the Koran by looking at the signs contained in this surah. Existing signs in Qs. Al-Ḍuhā is not only clearly seen, but explicitly contained in each of his words. The purpose of this study, is expected for mankind, especially in the field of academics, who is always eager to study the Koran. Ferdinand de Saussure's linguistic semiotics found that the meaning of the verses in Qs. Al-Ḍuhā can be examined with Signifier and Signifie and syntagmatic and paradigmatic.

Abstract

Thibbun Nabawi is a transformation between past and present due to viralization.  Thibbun Nabawi has been known since the time of the Prophet, along with his journey Nabawi experienced changes in marketing and introduction. One of the viral phenomena especially in social media now is #JSR or JurusSehatRasulullah which was pioneered by Zaidul Akbar with a more dynamic nuance, and easily practiced by the wider community. This paper aims to look at the reception of the Koran in the online world, especially JurusSehatRasulullah (#JSR) by Zaidul Akbar, and the #JSR's response and impact to netizens. This research is qualitative by using reception theory and discourse analysis. The results of this study indicate that the JSR in the style of  Zaidul Akbar provides positive results for netizens who practice it. The number of positive testimonials given by netizens. The hashtag #JSR makes it easy for people to access health knowledge taught by the Koran and its sunnah.

Abstract

Abstract The current millennial generation must prefer to take information because acts of radicalism are increasingly accessible on social media. see the number of millennials who have fallen into this act of radicalism. This paper aims to find out what things must be done to anticipate radicalism from social media. The method used in this research is the research method used in this research literature review or library research using descriptive analysis. This method presents a variety of data and facts in a number of literatures, both primary and secondary. This study aims to explore data through reference books, journals, and data on social media. The results of the study show that the way to anticipate the millennial generation against radicalism is; Realize that Islam is harmonious, Recognize the meaning of jihad, There is no guarantee that a suicidal person will go to heaven, Recognize hadith and verses of the Koran wisely on social media.

Abstract

The phenomenon of rejection of Covid-19 corpses is rife at the moment. Prophet Muhammad never refused the corpse who died from a virus or years. The instructions from the Messenger of Allah in the management of the body should follow the ways of burial, because it was feared the stench, and became wild animal food. But some people still refused the burial of Covid-19' corpses because of the pretext of excessive fear with the virus. Whereas in Islam the body must be accepted with pleasure and treated well. However, what happened in some cases, the people were afraid of receiving the corpses. It also happened when they wanted to be buried. Furthermore, some rejected the body and the medical team who wanted to bury it. This paper discusses the phenomenon of the rejection of the corpses of Covid-19 from the perspective of the hadith. The research in this qualitative paper is a type of library research with a hadith contextualization approach. It can be concluded that, first, it is not justified to reject the corpses of Covid-19 because the Messenger of Allah never rejected the body due to the plague and they have the privilege of martyrdom in the afterlife. Second, the solution to the rejection of the body is to continue to administer the body following government protocols and always follow the Shari'a to avoid all martyrdom.

Abstract

Kafir in the Qur'an is not always associated with non-Muslim meanings. The meaning of Kafir in the Khawarij has various meanings. The Khawarij are followers of Ali bin Abi Talib who left the ranks due to disagreements with Ali, who accepted arbitration. Muhammad bin Yûsuf bin Îsâ bin Shâlih Ithfisiy is a khawarij figure who translated infidels in the book Hamyân al-Zâd ilâ Dâr al-Ma'âd. The method used in this research is qualitative and library-based research using the descriptive-analytical method, namely describing the book's object of study and then continuing to analyze the book. The purpose of this writing is to find out how Muhammad bin Yusuf al-Itfisiy views the deception of the meaning of kufr in his book. The results of this study are that Muhammad bin Yûsuf bin Îsâ bin Shâlih Ithfisy is not always kufr as kufr i'tiqad, which makes the perpetrators fight in hell. Muhammad bin Yûsuf bin Îsâ bin Shâlih Ithfisy divided what is meant by kufr as; 1) Lying in the name of Allah, 2) Not making revelation a law, 3) Apostasy, 4) Shirk, 5) Fighting the Believers.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the concept of religious moderation promoted by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia which reaps the pros and cons in the public. One side agrees with the idea of ​​religious moderation because it is considered to be able of suppressing the flow of radical thought. However, on the other hand the rejection of this idea because it is considered a compromise of aqidah with people of different beliefs. This research is a descriptive literature review. The result of this study shows that it is important to present a moderate attitude in religion as promoted by the Ministry of Religion. This is one of the efforts to prevent radicalism and all forms of violence thatmake religion a scapegoat. With this principle, it is hoped that the stability of religious harmony as a whole will be maintained. Because the harmonization of one religion with different religion is what Rasulullah SAW wanted. Tolerance in religious life has actually been exemplified by Rasulullah SAW when migrated from Mecca to Medina by issuing the Medina charter, which stipulates the rules that must be obeyed by all residents of Medina regardless of the ethnicity, race, and religion.

Abstract

Religious rituals no longer only contain religious values, but have also expanded to contain the economic system. Religious rituals are a cultural asset owned by the community. Thus, the attraction of the implementation of the ritual is not only in demand or followed as a place of religious tourism, but can advance the source of community economic prosperity through the fertility of arable land. The type of research in this article is field research using sociological and anthropological approaches. This study uses Anthropological (Cultural and Religious) theory. The results of this study are that the practice of tawassul on blessed rice is carried out in Besilam for the fertility of arable land in terms of the Socio-Religious aspect of talking about social phenomena, and viewing religion as a social phenomenon that has a relationship between religion and society. That is how far religion and religious values play a role in society. With this activity, the people of Besuilam believe that God helps and blesses their agricultural land by making it fertile and prospering the community. Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the status of the legal status that applies to payments through OVO based on the perspective of Ulama Syafi'yah. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, based on normative juridical regarding the laws applicable to OVO, analyzed conceptually using the opinions of Syafi'iyah Scholars. The results show that the payment system of the OVO application tends to use wadi'ah contracts, this can be seen from the elements, namely, contracts, objectives and objects of contracts that are clear and certain. Additionally, the object of the contract in the use of the OVO application has a feature in the form of a stored balance, so that at any time it can be taken back by the account owner without the need for permission from OVO as the application provider, this further strengthens the perception that OVO is oriented in the wadi'ah contract.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis status hukum yang berlaku terhadap pembayaran melalui OVO berdasarkan perspektif Ulama Syafi’yah. Adapun metode penlitian yang digunakan adalah  deskriptif kualitatif, berdasarkan yuridis normatif mengenai hukum yang berlaku pada OVO, dianalisis secara konseptual  menggunakan pendapat dari Ulama Syafi’iyah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembayaran aplikasi OVO cenderung menggunakan akad wadi’ah, hal ini  terlihat dari unsur yaitu kontrak, tujuan dan objek akad yang sudah jelas dan pasti. Selain itu, secara objek akad dalam penggunaan aplikasi OVO terdapat fitur berupa saldo yang tersimpan, sehingga sewaktu-waktu dapat diambil kembali oleh pemilik akun tanpa perlu izin dari pihak OVO selaku penyedia aplikasi, hal ini semakin memperkuat persepsi bahwa OVO berorientasi dalam akad wadi’ah.

Abstract

AbstractThis research focuses on the study of "The Concept of Household Harmony in the al-Quran (Ma'na-Cum-Maghza Interpretation of Term Libas in QS. al-Baqarah: 187)". This research is motivated by many people who do not heed the harmony in their household and many people who interpret the word libas in QS. al-Baqarah: 187 means clothes only. In fact, the meanings contained in the word libas are very diverse which can be a guide in household harmony. Therefore, by using the Ma'na-Cum-Maghza approach, this study aims to explain the meanings contained in the word libas. This study concludes that the significance of this verse is that family harmony can be built through Gotong Royong, Loyalty, and Romance. AbstrakPenelitian ini fokus terhadap kajian “Konsep Keharmonisan Rumah Tangga dalam al-Qur’an (Interpretasi Ma’na-Cum-Maghza atas Term Libas QS. al-Baqarah: 187)”. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya masyarakat yang tidak mengindahkan keharmonisan dalam rumah tangganya dan banyak masyarakat yang memaknai kata libas dalam QS. Al-Baqarah: 187 bermakna pakaian saja. Padahal, makna yang ada dalam kata libas sangat beragam yang dapat menjadi pedoman dalam keharmonisan rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Ma’na-Cum-Maghza penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan makna-makna yang ada dalam kata libas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa signifikansi dalam ayat ini mengandung keharmonisan keluarga dapat di bangun melalui Gotong Royong, Kesetiaan, dan Romantisme. Kata Kunci: Keharmonisan; Libas pada al-Baqarah: 187; Ma’na-Cum-Maghza.
