Abstract

Septic associated encephalopathy (SAE) is simply define as an encephalopathy incidence that occurs in sepsis patients. Ironically this entity can increases the mortality rate. Importantly, the clinical presentations of this entity is vary ranging from malaise to coma condition. The central nervous system is susceptible to damage that caused by systemic inflammation including sepsis with complex pathophysiologies such as endothelial dysfunction, neurotransmitter imbalance, oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction and apoptosis. In general, current management of SAE is similar with the management of sepsis incidence which includes infections management, maintaining tissue perfusion and symptomatic therapy to treat delirium and convulsions that may occur. Also, several studies continue to be developed including the use of corticosteroids, magnesium, antioxidants, and immunoglobulin. Early identification and appropriate initial handling significantly affect the output of the SAE patients.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pasar modern Yogya Mall Brebes. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pasar modern Yogya Mall Brebes. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pasar modern Yogya Mall Brebes. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pasar modern Yogya Mall Brebes. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Yogya Mall Brebes. Artinya, jika gaya hidup naik maka keputusan pembelian akan naik, sebaliknya jika tingkat gaya hidup turun maka keputusan pembelian pada Yogya Mall Brebes akan turun. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Yogya Mall Brebes. Artinya, apabila kualitas produk naik maka keputusan pembelian akan naik, sebaliknya jika kualitas produk menurun maka keputusan pembelian akan turun. 3) Terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Yogya Mall Brebes. Artinya, apabila kualitas pelayanan naik maka keputusan pembelian akan naik, sebaliknya jika kualitas pelayanan menurun maka keputusan pembelian pada Yogya Mall Brebes akan turun. 4) Gaya hidup, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Yogya Mall Brebes.

Abstract

Intermediate level students at LPBA Nurul Jadid have low speaking skills, because students have difficulty expressing themselves by speaking Arabic both in formal and non-formal situations. When speaking with administrators, upper and intermediate levels, for example, students look nervous, unclear pronunciation, flat intonation and less interactive language. This study aims to describe how the communicative learning approach to improve Arabic speaking skills and its application in LPBA Nurul Jadid women. The communicative learning approach is an approach whose main priority is speaking Arabic or using Arabic as a language of communication in interacting with one another, the nature of language itself is speaking or saying, so the purpose of the communicative learning approach is to provide students with the information, practice, and experience needed for the benefit of communication. With the communicative learning approach, students will be taught little by little a habit in Arabic. In principle, the communicative learning approach is very important for students in improving their maharah kalam because it will train their proficiency in speaking Arabic, this research uses qualitative research methods, data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation, meaning that information from various sources / informants is presented in the form of words and language in a special context that is natural. With this approach, students will be easy to speak Arabic easily and fluently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh metode mendongeng menggunakan boneka jari terhadap perkembangan bicara anak kelompok A, menguji pengaruh metode bercerita menggunakan kartu bergambar terhadap perkembangan bicara anak kelompok A, menguji pengaruh secara bersama metode mendongeng menggunakan boneka jari dan metode bercerita menggunakan kartu bergambar terhadap perkembangan bicara anak kelompok A di TK Tunas Harapan Kombo menggunakan metode pre-experimental design dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi yang digunakan 35 anak dengan sampel 15 anak sebagai sumber data yang dikumpulkan dengan instrumen menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi dengan hasil predikat objektif dalam empat skala mengikat pola likert verifikasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung 3,736 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,145 maka ada pengaruh positif metode mendongeng menggunakan boneka jari terhadap perkembangan bicara anak kelompok A, selanjutnya yang kedua nilai thitung 3,602 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,145 maka ada pengaruh positif metode bercerita menggunakan kartu bergambar terhadap perkembangan bicara anak kelompok A, dan yang ketiga nilai Fhitung 14,944 lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,68 yang berarti ada pengaruh positif metode mendongeng menggunakan boneka jari dan metode bercerita menggunakan kartu bergambar terhadap perkembangan bicara anak kelompok A di TK Tunas Harapan Kombo. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tiga hipotesis tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan bicara pada anak. Diharapkan pada semua pihak yang berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan perkembangan bicara pada anak usia dini dapat diselesaikan dengan menerapkan metode mendongeng menggunakan boneka jari dan metode bercerita menggunakan kartu bergambar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at Madrasah Aliyah to enhance the quality of worship and develop the religious character of students. This study aims to explore the methods and approaches used in PAI teaching, which not only cover cognitive aspects but also affective and spiritual dimensions, ensuring a deeper implementation of Islamic teachings in students' daily lives. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to the development of effective teaching strategies to create students who not only understand Islamic teachings but also practice them well, and to serve as a reference for educators and policymakers in formulating relevant policies for fostering religious character in school environments.

Abstract

Heat shock proteins-90 (HSP-90) is a protein that plays an important role in the life cycle of normal and cancer cells for their self protection from thermal stress, oxidative damage, and cell hypoxia. Inhibition of HSP90 is one way to suppress the growth of cancer cells. In this study, pharmacophore modeling and molecular docking were conducted to identify hit compounds as inhibitors of HSP-90. The pharmacophore feature consists of three hydrogen bond acceptors, one hydrogen bond donor and one hydrophobic feature with Area Under Curve of Receiver Operating Characteristics (AUCROC) is 0.5 and the Goodness of Hit (GH) value is 0.752. Screening in the ZINC database generated 1,500 hit compounds, were subjected to molecular docking to determine their binding energy and interactions with HSP-90. The range of binding energy (E) of all hit compounds is -5.68 to -12.24 kcal/mol and there are four best hit compounds namely lig_543, lig_527, lig_1337 and lig_337, when compared to native ligands (PU2, E=-8.25 kkal/mol) based on the binding energy and orientation, which indicate their potential as new HSP-90 inhibitors.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine whether the development of valid volleyball upper passing learning for Palembang city elementary school students. This is a research and. The development approach that we use is ADDIE. The subjects of this study were Az-Zahrah Islamic Elementary School students represented by class V for field trials or implementation of volleyball top passing learning development products. The trial subjects totaled 25 students. Based on the data that we found through observation activities, that the environment still really needs a lot of games that can be used for physical education learning. While in reality, teachers are still very minimal references to games that can be used for the learning process, especially games that contain elements of special skill motion specifications such as those found in the upper passing technique of volleyball games.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran terdapat komponen-komponen yang terlihat dan dikelompokkan pada guru, materi ajar dan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan pembelajaran passing atas bola voli yang valid untuk siswa SD kota Palembang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development (R&D) atau istilah dalam bahasa Indonesia merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Pendekatan pengembangan yang peneliti gunakan adalah pendekatan ADDIE, dimana pendekatan ADDIE adalah pendekatan yang terdiri dari lima tahapan penelitian diantaranya Anilisis (Analyze), Desain (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Uji Coba Penerapan (Implementation) dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Islam Az-Zahrah yang diwakili oleh kelas V untuk uji coba lapangan atau implementasi produk pengembangan pembelajaran passing atas bola voli. Hasil dari observasi yang peneliti lakukan bahwasannya pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah tersebut masih menggunakan metode konvensional dimana guru hanya menjelaskan kemudian peserta didik diberikan bola untuk melakukan praktik secara mandiri. Adapun subjek uji coba berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Berdasarkan data yang peneliti temukan melaluli kegiatan observasi dilingkungan SD Kota Palembang, peneliti menggali informasi bahwa lingkungan SD Kota Palembang masih sangat membutuhkan banyak permainan-permainan yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran penjas.
