Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming the learning difficulties of students at SD Negeri 20 Bantan Tengah. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming learning difficulties. The theory used in this study is the role of teachers and the learning difficulties of learners. While the method used in this study is quality with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The result obtained from this study is that the teacher has played his role well with the teacher required to be a facilitator and make his students like his own children. By approaching with their students, teachers can be role models for their students. To carry out its role as a teacher, teachers take a personal approach, use learning methods and media and provide guidance to students who have learning difficulties. The supporting factor of the role of this teacher is a complete school environment with decent and adequate facilities. While the inhibiting factor is the students themselves or the students themselves and the parents of these students

Abstract

In the current digital era, technological advancements play a crucial role in addressing the challenges faced by society, particularly for Generation Z, who prioritize convenience and speed in communication. Social media platforms, especially TikTok, have become effective tools for promoting and preserving local cultures, including the Mask Dance from Cirebon. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of TikTok as a means of preserving the Topeng Mask Dance among Generation Z. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection methods such as documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis is performed through content analysis, examining Generation Z's responses to the Topeng Mask Dance on TikTok. The findings indicate that TikTok is highly effective in increasing the visibility and recognition of the Topeng Mask Dance among Generation Z. The interactions reveal positive engagement from users who show a high level of interest in informative content. This research recommends collaborating with dance experts to develop creative ideas through digital platforms to ensure the continued preservation of cultural heritage. Therefore, TikTok serves not only as a source of entertainment but also as a vital tool for preserving and introducing local culture to the younger generation, thereby strengthening national identity amid globalization.

Abstract

Aspek rasionalitas filsafat Aristoteles mencapai puncaknya pada Ibnu Rusyd. Ibnu Rusyd membidas balik kritik Al-Ghazali, dan mencoba mensucikan filsafat. Beliau diakui sebagai murid Aristoteles termurni di antara para filosof muslim. Kontribusi utamanya Ibnu Rusyd terhadap filsafat Islam adalah, pertama, tesisnya tentang ragam jalur untuk mencapai kebenaran yang sama. Semua jalur yang dipakai sama-sama bisa diterima, dan didasarkan pada teori makna (the theory of meaning) yang sangat rasional dan kaya pemikiran. Kedua, Ibnu Rusyd berusaha memadukan antara filsafat dan agama setelah Al-Kindi, filosof pertama yang memadukan keduanya.Ibnu Rusyd menyerukan untuk mengikuti garis-garis pemikiran rasionalisme dan pembelaannya yang sangat heroik terhadap argumen kausalitas, sebagai jalan perjuangan demi “pembalikkan” atas situasi saat itu. Dan proyek besar Ibnu Rusyd adalah merekonstruksi dimensi rasionalitas dalam agama dan filsafat atas dasar prinsip burhani. Dia melakukan dua langkah untuk meloloskan proyeknya

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tradisi ruwahan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kecamatan Bantan, Kabupaten Bengkalis, khususnya di Desa Bantan Tengah, Bantan Air, dan Teluk Papal. Tradisi ini dilaksanakan setiap tahun di bulan Ruwah atau Sya’ban menjelang Ramadhan dan mengandung nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggali nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dan proses pelaksanaan tradisi ruwahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi ruwahan merupakan kebiasaan masyarakat untuk mengingat dan mendoakan leluhur yang telah meninggal. Proses tradisi meliputi persiapan, membaca tahlil, doa bersama, dan diakhiri dengan makan bersama. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam tradisi ini mencakup keimanan, dzikrulmaut (mengingat kematian), doa, sedekah, syukur, silaturahmi, kebersamaan, dan tolong-menolong.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP rimbo bujang. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 33 orang (sampling jenuh). Hasil penelitian diperolah secara parsial dan simultan variabel konflik peran ganda dan kecerdasan emosional   berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai puskesmas rantau panjang. Hendaknya perusahaan memberikan hadiah atau kompensasi berupa insentif atau penghargaan agar karyawan termotivasi terus menurus dalam mengerjakan tugas lebih memperhatikan ketekunan dan keuletan karyawan. Selain itu perlu juga ditingkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan serta memberikan pelatihan setiap beberapa bulan sekali agar kinerja pegawai semakin meningkat.

Abstract

abstrak—CERDIG (Cerita Rakyat Digital) merupakan inovasi media pembelajaran berupa gambar atau video Cerita Rakyat yang ditayangkan saat pembelajaran cerita fiksi. Pemanfaatan CERDIG (Cerita Rakyat Digital) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan kreatif serta meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penggunaan cerita rakyat dalam pembelajaran merupakan salah satu cara melestarikan budaya daerah kepada generasi mendatang. Anak -anak akan merasa memiliki berbagai budaya lokal yang ada dengan mengintegrasikan cerita rakyat  dalam tiap bacaan. Pembelajaran cerita fiksi menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Pembelajaran kooperatif dinilai baik dilakukan dalam pembelajaran Fiksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi Pustaka (Library Reaserch). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Cerita Rakyat Digital (CERDIG) Pada Pembelajaran Cerita Fiksi Siswa Kelas 5 dapat direlisasikan di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Dengan menggunakan CERDIG pada pembelajaran cerita fiksi bukan hanya meningkatkan pembelajaran secara efektif, namun mengenalkan budaya dan nilai-nilai budaya Indonesia kepada peserta didik.Kata kunci—cerita fiksi, cerita rakyat digital  Abstract—CERDIG (Digital Folk Stories) is an innovative learning media in the form of pictures or videos of folk stories that are shown when learning fictional stories. The use of CERDIG (Digital Folklore) is one effort that can be made to make learning more fun and creative and increase students interest in learning. Using folklore in teaching is one way to preserve regional culture for future generations. Children will feel like they have a variety of local cultures, by integrating folklore in each reading. Fiction story learning uses cooperative learning strategies. Cooperative learning is considered good in learning fiction. The research method used in this research in library research. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that Digital Folklore (CERDIG) in class 5 students fiction story learning can be realized in the classroom using cooperative learning strategies. Using CERDIG in learning fiction stories not only improves learning effectively but introduces Indonesian culture and cultural values to students.Keywords— fiction story, digital folklore
