Abstract

Economic development that is carried out by activating Village-Owned Enterprises is explained in the Regulation of the Minister of Villages (Permendesa), Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Establishment, Management and Management and Amendment of Village-Owned Enterprises or so-called BUMDES. The purpose of establishing BUMDES in article 3 states that: (a) improving the village economy; (b) optimizing village assets to be useful for village welfare; (c) increasing community efforts in managing the economic potential of the village; (d) developing inter-village business cooperation plans and / or with third parties; (e) create market opportunities and networks that support citizens' general service needs; (f) open employment; (g) improving the welfare of the community through improving public services, growth and equitable distribution of the village economy; and (h) increase the income of the village community and the original income of the village. The existence of Village-Owned Enterprises as organizations that are business is a strategic step to build the community's economy. This strategic step must certainly be supported by village funds and management training and business communication that can encourage the achievement of the establishment of BUM Desa. Training on business communication management and community culture in the economic empowerment of the Ponggang Serangpanjang Subang village community aims to provide understanding and skills in improving the empowerment of rural communities through the development of tourism and MSMEs through the Village Owned Enterprises. The method used is in the form of business communication management training, with presentation techniques and training simulations for preparing proposals and business letters to the management and members of UMKM through the Ponggang Village Owned Enterprises. The output produced by the management and members can implement the principles of effective business communication management and can build village income sources by managing and creating jobs through tourism development, waste management, processing of agricultural products, plantations and fisheries. Keywords: Strategy, Communication, Business, Empowerment, Society Abstrak Pembangunan ekonomi yang dijalankan dengan mengaktipkan Badan Usaha Milik Desa dijelaskan dalam Peraturan Menteri Desa (Permendesa), Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 tentang Pendirian, Pengurusan dan Pengelolaan dan Perubahan Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau yang disebut dengan BUMDES. Tujuan pendirian BUMDES dalam pasal 3 disebutkan bahwa: (a) meningkatkan perekonomian desa; (b) mengoptimalkan asset desa agar bermanfaat untuk kesejahteraan desa; (c) meningkatkan usaha masyarakat dalam pengelolaan potensi ekonomi desa; (d) mengembangkan rencana kerja sama usaha antar desa dan atau / dengan pihak ketiga; (e) menciptakan peluang dan jaringan pasar yang mendukung kebutuhan layanan umum warga; (f) membuka lapangan kerja; (g) meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui perbaikan pelayanan umum, pertumbuhan dan pemerataan ekonomi desa; dan (h) meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa dan pendapatan asli desa. Keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa sebagai organisasi yang sifatnya bisnis merupakan langkah strategis untuk membangun perekonomian masyarakat. Langkah strategis ini tentunya harus ditunjang dengan dana desa dan pelatihan manajemen serta komunikasi bisnis yang dapat mendorong tercapainya tujuan berdirinya BUM Desa. Pelatihan manajemen komunikasi bisnis dan budaya masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa Ponggang Serangpanjang Subang bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui pembangunan parawisata dan UMKM melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa.Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan manajemen komunikasi bisnis, dengan teknik presentasi dan simulasi pelatihan pembuatan proposal dan surat-surat bisnis kepada pengurus dan anggota UMKM melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa Ponggang.Luaran yang dihasilkan pengurus dan anggota dapat menjalankan prinsip-prinsip manajemen komunikasi bisnis efektif dan dapat membangun sumber pendapatan desa dengan mengelola dan menciptakan lapangan kerja melalui pembangunan pariwisata, pengolahan limbah, pengolahan hasil pertanian, perkebunan dan perikanan. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the communication management of foreign experts working in Indonesia in interactions with Indonesian local workers. Included in the study material in this study are local workers who work in foreign companies, where most of the workers are foreigners, so these local workers, even though they work in their own country, they will still experience a culture shock at the foreign company. With Michael Kaye's communication management theory approach, the research problem can be formulated, how the attitude of foreign experts in seeing Indonesia's local communication culture system influences the formation of self-concepts and communication competencies in interactions with local Indonesian workers. This study uses a qualitative method, with a phenomenological approach that seeks to uncover the meaning of communication management by foreign experts. By interviewing foreign expert informants from various countries. This study found that foreign experts carried out empathy, acculturation, ethnocentrism and Dynamics Stress-Adaptation-Growth. towards local culture, thus affecting interpersonal sensitivity. and social competence in interactions with local workers. Ekspertariat who work in Indonesia, especially Jakarta deal with differences in the work and circumstances around them make adjustments to empathize, acculturation, and reduce ethnocentrism of their culture. Adjustment steps can be described using the Kim model, namely Dynamics Stress-Adaptation-Growth. This process will proceed when challenged to face a new cultural environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication of lecturers and students in learning activities through varied lectures. This study uses a qualitative research method, with a lecturer analysis unit of the Faculty of Communication Sciences. The results showed that learning communication was established when lecturers transfer knowledge to students in the classroom learning through lectures, ideally lectures run normally in class, lecturers deliver lecture material through lectures running smoothly and safely, orderly all students seriously listening to learning material until completion of lectures. , but in reality, in the first hour only the situation in the lecture was supportive, but in the next hour the lecture atmosphere was often not conducive. One student's lack of focus is caused by lecturers' lectures that are monotonous and less varied, this is the reason for the shift of student attention. By knowing the weaknesses of this lecture method, then the lecturer can explore the unique and specific things he has, to present lectures that are more varied both in terms of style, appearance, voice intonation, learning media to be explored deeper, so as to produce varied lectures that attract students, and ultimately results in optimal learning quality.

Abstract

One of the activities of the youth organization is to provide businesses with residents who have less or no income. This activity is called Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP). The purpose of forming UEP by members of the youth organization cannot be separated from the desire to make the community prosperous. In this case in the economic or material field. At UED, residents will be guided in carrying out various activities that can support their economic activities. Creating jobs with various businesses. In this UEP, the skills of the members are adjusted, so the expertise they have will be used as a business in a productive economic life. Related to the Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP) formed by members of the youth organization, it should also be noted that UEP inevitably has to adapt to the era of information technology. In the current era of information technology, there is a flood of information, as a result of which people become increasingly critical thinking and skeptical of the superior quality, benefits, of the products they are going to buy. This problem encourages marketing practitioners to take advantage of the power of public relations in their marketing techniques, which in many circumstances are indeed an essential element of any marketing activity.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus pandemi Covid-19 sangat berpengaruh diberbagai aspek baik pendidikan, maupun ekonomi. Banyak perusahaan yang melakukan pengurangan karyawan atau bahkan PHK (Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja), kondisi seperti inilah yang memicu sebagian orang menjadi bertindak kriminal yaitu seperti mencuri demi menafkahi diri sendiri atau keluarganya. Situasi serba darurat seperti sekarang ini telah menyebabkan banyak perubahan kehidupan. Orang-orang yang tidak kuat untuk bertahan hidup dapat melakukan dengan cara cara yang tidak halal akan melakukan jalan pintas yang tentunya melanggar hukum negara, hal inilah yang menimbulkan kasus kriminalitas. Tujuan peneliti melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan di lingkungan Desa Kalisuren ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan serta bagaimana cara mengatasi kejahatan kriminal terutama di masa Pandemi Covid-19 yang semata-mata tidak hanya berkaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas layanan kepada masyarakat, akan tetapi juga diharapkan mampu memberikan dukungan yang positif bagi masyarakat untuk terus bertahan terutama pada aspek perekonomian dan mengembangkan usaha yang telah dimiliki. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan aplikasi komunikasi antar pribadi, peneliti berharap mampu meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi anggota perangkat Desa Kalisuren, Bhabinsa, dan Bhabinkantibmas dalam menyampaikan informasi-informasi terutama terkait keamanan selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 di desa Kalisuren

Abstract

Abstract  - This study aims to determine how much the relationship between organizational communication climate and communication satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara. The definition of a civil society organization is the police, namely the application of a command  communication pattern that has become accustomed to being applied among security forces, and then also applied at PT. Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara. Even though PT. Insurance Bhakti Bhayangkara itself is one of the private companies (civil), so the right communication to use is a communication pattern that is supposed to be for civilians, not a command communication pattern, because the command communication pattern is more appropriate for security forces. In this command communication pattern, the communication flow tends to be dominated in the form of vertical communication, namely communication from top to bottom (Top Down Communication), when compared with from the bottom up (Up Down Communication). As one example of this command communication pattern, if the leader gives instructions to his subordinates, his subordinates must respond by saying "Ready", "Ready to Implement", or "Ready And", without being given the opportunity to reveal reasons for unpreparedness, if the subordinate was apparently not ready to carry out these instructions. Researchers conduct research using data and information collection through primary data and secondary data. The method used in this study is paradigmatic, with the quantitative approach following the positivism paradigm. The collected data is then processed and distributed in the form of a quantitative frequency distribution table using a statistical formula, namely the product moment correlation developed by Karl Pearson. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cultural communication of sedekah bumi (earth alms) ritual in Ponggang Village community in preserving cultural values and ancestral heritage during pandemic. The theory used is Schutz's theory of communicative action that the idea of contextualization with communicative action can be developed by describing three elements of theory, namely an Action in the form of Social action, oriented to the participants present, from mediated action, which expands action into a secondary manipulator. Then, Transcendence about widely ignored categorical differences and Objectivation which deals textual differences. The method used is a descriptive qualitative narrative from direct observations, interviews, and involvement in cultural rituals by mingling with the community before and after the ritual procession. The results of the research show the Earth Alms Ritual is a communicative action through traditional meetings, preparation with mutual assistance costs, facilities and infrastructure with the active participation of traditional leaders and indigenous peoples through the division of tasks as a form of social interaction. Communicative actions are reflected through cultural meanings in various symbols or communication symbols integrated into the meaning of agricultural products, exchange of taste, intention, slaughtering goats, suro porridge, and ritual processions meaning religious values building a fertile natural environment. The pandemic atmosphere reflects the community's life to carry out ritual communicative actions to become a cultural horizon in maintaining the health and welfare of the community. Recommendations, integration of knowledge on preserving ritual culture as part of individual and community introspection actions in preventing Covid-19.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the village can accelerate the community's welfare. However, until now it is still rare to use digital-based media, especially in public services. Therefore, there is a need for a socialization program, website-based digital infrastructure, and training on the operation of digital platforms in public services. The implementation method starts from the preparation stage, identifying the scope of public services, making website designs, uploading on the internet digital platform, website socialization, and training. The result of the activity is the availability of the Ponggang Village Website page using the Google Site as a public service facility. The Ponggang Village government apparatus is aware of the importance of using digital platforms in service to the community. Operating a digital platform in the form of a website, it shows that village apartments can be practiced well. These results show that the village government and the people of Ponggang Village have a high awareness of using digital platforms to support activities, especially in public services.
