Abstract

This community service aims to implement Android-based learning by using Flutter to make youth youth organizations RT 01 RW 05 get good results. Lots of teenagers. For this reason, we provide the best solution in utilizing face-to-face meetings which must be carried out effectively, efficiently, and easily accessible to the students who are mentored, especially for Karang Taruna Youth. By utilizing applications that are in accordance with the needs of supervisors and students not closing teaching and learning activities in Flutter based on Android, namely providing an understanding in making android applications, ready or not, the Flutter method needs to be carried out according to their abilities so that the teaching and learning process continues and the foundation needs to prepare children under his guidance to be creative, smart, and innovative..

Abstract

. The longer it goes on, the more changes occur in the rapidly evolving world of technology. Humans today are greatly facilitated by activities that are more practical and require less effort. This development occurs in almost all areas of human life, from children to adults. Digital product development can be one solution to improve community welfare. Digital products themselves can take the form of applications, platforms, or systems that can assist people in various aspects of life, such as education, health, economy, and others. However, not everyone in society necessarily knows and understands digital products themselves. Therefore, training and mentoring are needed to increase the community’s digital capacity and develop it according to their needs. Digital product development can also boost the creative economy and open up business opportunities for the community. Therefore, developing digital products can be a strategy to improve community welfare and reduce social inequality. In achieving the objectives of this activity, the implementing team used a counseling/socialization method in an event. The implementing team, acting as tutors, provided knowledge while also assisting the training participants in mastering the training material. This allowed participants to master the material while simultaneously practicing with instructor guidance. The results of this activity show that the partner group, especially the youth organization members, felt happy and helped because they were able to create whatever they focused on in developing a digital product

Abstract

This study discusses the development and implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting the best teacher at SD Negeri Kebon Manggis 01 using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The main problems identified include teacher performance evaluations that are still largely subjective, the absence of structured competency standards, and limited transparency in the process of determining the best teacher. These conditions may lead to inconsistent evaluation results and dissatisfaction among teachers.AHP was chosen because it is effective for solving multi-criteria decision-making problems by organizing criteria into a hierarchical structure and applying pairwise comparisons. In this study, the evaluation criteria consist of pedagogical competence, professional competence, personal competence, and social competence. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data were then processed to determine the priority weights of each criterion and to calculate the final scores for each teacher candidate.The results indicate that the implementation of AHP produces a more objective and consistent ranking of teachers. The developed DSS also improves the efficiency of data processing and provides recommendations that are fair, transparent, and accountable. Therefore, this system can serve as a strategic solution for schools to enhance teacher performance assessment and improve educational quality in the digital era.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) helpdesk services play a crucial role in supporting organizational operations by handling incidents, service requests, and user complaints. However, manual ticket handling processes often result in delayed responses, inefficient information distribution, and increased administrative workload. This study aims to implement workflow automation using n8n to improve the efficiency of IT helpdesk ticket handling. The Prototype development method was adopted, consisting of requirement analysis, workflow design, prototype implementation, system testing, and evaluation. The proposed system integrates a Laravel-based helpdesk application, MySQL database, REST API, n8n as the workflow automation engine, Telegram Bot for technician notifications, and Gmail SMTP for email services. System functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing on ticket submission, ticket ID generation, database storage, notification delivery, and ticket status updates. The results demonstrate that all system functions operated successfully and automated the ticket management process effectively. The implementation reduced manual administrative tasks, accelerated information delivery, improved real-time ticket monitoring, and enhanced overall operational efficiency. These findings indicate that n8n provides an effective low-code and open-source solution for automating IT helpdesk services and improving organizational service performance.

Abstract

Marketplace is an important intermediary between sellers and buyers in cyberspace. Marketplace sites are third parties in online transactions. Many resellers use the site to make sales transactions. However, when we engage in online sales, there are many factors that must be considered, one of which is replying to customer chat messages. This is very important in the world of sales even required to respond quickly. The problem is that sometimes resellers have activities other than selling online, so sometimes customer messages are late in responding and even unresponsive. This study aims to determine how effective and efficient it is in handling customers using Chat Bot Messenger. The research method used is blackbox to determine the application function is running well and to evaluate the usability of the system using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The test results produce an average value of 81 which means users like the application that is used because it is able to provide convenience during sales transactions.

Abstract

Disiplin siswa adalah aspek penting dalam pendidikan, berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan membentuk karakter siswa. Di MTs Al-Ihsan, penilaian disiplin siswa yang masih manual dan subyektif menimbulkan tantangan dalam memonitor ketidakdisiplinan secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis teknologi yang dapat membantu proses penilaian menjadi lebih efisien, objektif, dan aman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk menilai berbagai kriteria dengan bobot yang berbeda. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan adalah kehadiran, kerapian, kepribadian, dan kedamaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mempermudah proses penilaian ketidakdisiplinan siswa dengan lebih efisien dan objektif. Data ketidakdisiplinan siswa dapat tersimpan dengan aman dan tersusun secara terstruktur.
