Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and working capital turnover on liquidity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data is used from 12 sample companies with financial data from 2013-2018. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression equations, test (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study note that cash turnover has a positive effect on liquidity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, accounts receivable turnover and working capital turnover negatively affect liquidity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis test results simultaneously cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and capital turnover have a significant effect on liquidity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The t-test results of cash turnover have a significant effect on liquidity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Then accounts receivable turnover has no significant effect on liquidity on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while working capital turnover has a significant effect on liquidity on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.556450, stating the percentage contribution of cash turnover, accounts receivable and working capital in the regression model of 55.6%.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia telah membawa dampaknya bagi pengguna internet di Kota Langsa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan aktivitas jual beli secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dari Push, Pull dan Mooring terhadap Switching behavior pengguna e-commerce diKota Langsa.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang tinggal di Kota Langsa yang mengguna layanan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling convienience sampling dan sampel penelitian adalah 100 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Push, Pull dan Mooring berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Switching Intention. Switching intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap switching behavior. Push,Pull dan mooring berpengaruh signifikan terhadap switching behavior. Tetapi mooring effect tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam memoderasi push dan pull effect dengan switching intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Rumah Makan Ayam Penyet Cabe Ijo Kota Langsa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang melakukan keputusan pembelian pada Rumah Makan Ayam Penyet Cabe ijo Kota Langsa. Sampel penelitian diambil 10% dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi penelitian sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS dilakukan uji t, uji F dan uji Koefisien Determinasi. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis secara parsial dilakukan uji t untuk masing – masing variabel, dimana variabel harga diperoleh t sig < 5% sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel kualitas produk diperoleh t sig < 5% sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan variabel kualitas pelayanan diperoleh t sig < 5% sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. dan untuk membuktikan hipotesis secara simultan dilakukan uji F, sehingga diperoleh F Sig < 5% sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Rumah Makan Ayam Penyet Cabe Ijo Kota Langsa. Uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 52,8% harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi keputusan Pembelian pada Ruma Makan Ayam Penyet Cabe Ijo Kota Langsa.

Abstract

The ever-developing information technology requires that every element of society and companies must innovate and adapt. These developments are also used by banking companies and in this research Islamic banks. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of customers as customers of banks using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model approach. Methods of data analysis using quantitative data with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show an indirect relationship to a significant proposition, among which a significant indirect effect is Interest in using Mobile Banking (BI) affects Bank Customer Satisfaction (CS) through the Use of Mobile Banking (AU) positively and significantly. Abstract

In managing an organization or company, good governance or managerial is needed. Basic knowledge of management needs to be understood and applied well by managers so that it will be very helpful in carrying out their duties in an effort to achieve organizational goals. The study entitled The Role of Managers in Improving the Quality of Employee Work at the Bulog Langsa Branch Office. The objectives of the study are a) to find out how the role of managers is in improving the quality of work of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office. b) to find out what efforts are made by managers to improve the quality of work of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office. The research methodology is qualitative where the role of the researcher is as a key instrument in collecting data and interpreting data. The results of the study are the implementation of performance management at the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office, basically using public service performance management that has been implemented by the Bulog Public Company, Jakarta Head Office. However, to carry out the performance of employees of the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office, it is necessary to implement work planning, division of work into sub-sections, and strategies used by the Bulog Public Company, Langsa Branch Office in an effort to achieve employee performance.

Abstract

Treatment adherence is a key factor in managing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus . yet patient adherence remains low in various regions. including Langsa City. This study aimed to determine the extent to which social support and health technology use contribute to patient adherence to treatment. A quantitative approach with an analytic survey method was employed. A sample of 200 T2DM patients was obtained through area sampling from five sub-districts in Langsa City. Research instruments included a structured questionnaire based on the Social Support Questionnaire (SSQ). health technology use indicators. and a modified Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. with classical assumption tests to validate the model. Results revealed that social support significantly influenced treatment adherence (40.3%). while technology use contributed 27.1%. These findings suggest that interventions integrating social and digital components could enhance patient adherence. In conclusion, social support and technology use are critical predictors of improved treatment adherence in diabetes patients. Strengthening family-based and technology-driven interventions in healthcare services is recommended

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase consumer awareness of environmentally friendly products through green marketing education in East Aceh. This activity was motivated by the problem of accumulated and underutilized palm frond waste, as well as low public awareness of choosing environmentally friendly products, coupled with limited production, packaging, and digital promotion skills among local business actors. The program was carried out using a participatory approach through the stages of preparation, socialization, training, digital marketing implementation, and evaluation. The results showed significant improvements: green marketing knowledge increased from 38% to 88%, skills in processing palm waste into environmentally friendly products from 30% to 85%, packaging and digital promotion skills increased by more than 50%, and consumer awareness of choosing environmentally friendly products from 35% to 84%. This proves that green marketing education is effective in increasing consumer understanding, skills, and awareness, while helping to reduce waste, open new economic opportunities, and support sustainable development.

Abstract

Business activities are hard work to improve people's lives. Basically, the diverse needs of the community encourage people with various business activities which are then expected to be able to meet these needs. For economic livelihoods, people need to identify potential and opportunities in the surrounding environment that will be used as business opportunities. The research method used is field research or using a qualitative approach. The results of the study are: a) The economic growth of business actors in Sungai Pauh Pusaka Village, West Langsa District, Langsa City with the many developments of business actors emerging in the village has an impact on the economic growth of the community, considering that the activities of micro, small and medium enterprises can change the economy for a community, but in 2020 economic growth experienced a decline of 87% caused by Covid-19, b) The main problem faced by business actors in Sungai Pauh Pusaka Village is the problem of decreasing turnover of their merchandise, this is caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic which has not ended.
