This condition can lead to increased cases of teenage pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and psychosocial problems. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to provide integrated reproductive education to female students at SMKN 1 Takalar as a preventive effort against risky sexual behaviour. The methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, and role-play simulations using age-appropriate audiovisual media. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test assessments to measure improvements in knowledge and attitude changes. The results showed a significant increase in the participants’ understanding of reproductive health, moral responsibility, and the importance of maintaining healthy sexual behaviour consistent with cultural and religious values. Quality of life aspects include physical health, psychological well-being, independence, social relationships, relationships with the environment, and spiritual well-being. A good quality of life is characterized by optimal functional condition in the elderly when spiritual aspects are met. This is expected to improve the quality of life of the elderly, enabling them to enjoy their old age with meaning and happiness. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the spiritual level of the elderly and the quality of life of the elderly in the Samata Community Health Center (Puskesmas) work area.
