Abstract

Sangiran is the biggest early man site in Indonesia which has an important value such as human evolutions, culture, early fauna, and its environments. The evidence of the living past of early man sees through fossil collection, artifact, and environment. Sangiran collections save in Sangiran Early man Museum, under the management of the Preservation Center of Early Man Site Sangiran. Sangiran site is recognized as a World Cultural Heritage that has a problem in disseminating information about its important value. There are still many people who don't know about the important value of Sangiran.Related to the problem, the writer arranges an application that aims to make it easy for the community in getting information about the collection in the Preservation Center of Early Man Site Sangiran quickly, simple, and informative. This application is designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. In making this application, the writer uses software Construct 2 that is editor of game HTML5 based developed by Scirra Ltd who maximizes the editor's visual function and behavior-based logic system.The result of the research, the writer makes a mobile informative system that is "Application of the Introduction of Fossil and Artefact Collection in the Preservation Center of Early Man Sangiran Site Cluster Krikilan Based on Android". The advantage of this system is it can be an introduction media by the Preservation Center of Early Man Site Sangiran which only used with Android, meanwhile the weakness is it can only be operated on Android, not yet able to ios and desktop.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi, yang ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer dan teknologi komunikasi serta transportasi, membuat setiap pelaku bisnis dituntut memiliki infra struktur teknologi informasi, sebagai tuntutan kemajuan zaman. Di era globalisasi sekarang ini, seluruh sistem pelayanan diotomatisasi dengan peralatan yang bersifat efisien dalam waktu dan tenaga. Hal ini diharapkan akan memuaskan keinginan konsumen dan proses permintaan pasar sehingga menjangkau keseluruh bidang kehidupan. Pada kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini tim bekerjasama dengan mitra ?Yudhi Mebel? yang beralamatkan di Desa Guworejo, Kec. Karangmalang, Kab. Sragen, Jawa Tengah. Yudhi Mebel merupakan Industri Kecl dan Menengah (IKM) yang melakukan produksi dan finishing mebel. Yudhi Mebel menyediakan berbagai macam furniture dan mebel. Saat ini berkembang sangat pesat dengan banyaknya pemesanan produk seperti halnya satu set kursi tamu, meja makan, meja belajar, almari dan masih banyak lagi, sebelumya Yudhi Meubel mengabil produk mentah dari jepara dan selanjutnya di finishing di Yudhi Mebel. Permasalahan yang timbul saat ini adalah: (1) Mebel yang diproduksi belum banyak dikenal di masyarakat, (2) Metode promosi dan pemasarannya masih menggunakan cara tradisional, (3) Pengelolaan keuangan belum menggunakan pembukuan yang baik dan tidak tertib, sehingga sulit untuk mengontrolnya, (4) Variasi produk sedikit, (5), Kurangnya tenaga kerja yang diserap oleh IKM Yudhi Mebel, (6) Kesulitan untuk mendapatkan modal tambahan.Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) di Yudhi Mebel telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah: (1) Pengembangan website promosi secara digital, (2) Pengembangan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis komputer, (3) Pelatihan penggunakan website promosi, (4) Pelatihan penggunakan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis komputer, (5) Pelatihan desain mebel. Saat ini tim melakukan pendampingan dalam menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut. Sedangkan luaran yang dihasilkan adalah publikasi artikel ke jurnal, publikasi ke media cetak dan elektronik, publikasi kegiatan di youtube.

Abstract

Constraints faced in Delivering Emergency Room Patients dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is the absence of an information system that provides information about the availability of patient admission tools in the form of wheelchairs / wheeled beds, patient diagnoses to be handled regarding the disease they suffer from the usual, moderate, severe categories, and information on patient ward rooms (empty / full). This causes if there is a patient who comes for intensive treatment and requires a medium of delivery in the form of a wheelchair / wheeled bed, the officer cannot know quickly because he has to wait for the patient to come, as well as the officers' ignorance quickly about the patient's condition at that time in the form of a diagnosis of common disease, moderate , or severe because from the diagnosis the officer can be careful in delivering the ward room, and another obstacle is the information on the availability of the ward, when the officer brings the patient to the ward room, sometimes all the rooms are full so they are transferred to another room besides the emergency room, even though the distance between the emergency room and other rooms are far enough away to put the patient's health at risk. In overcoming the existing problem the writer makes an information system using data collection methods by observation, interviews, and documentation. While the author's system development method uses the waterfall method, the database uses MySQL, and the Laravel framework. The result of this research is an information system for Emergency Room Patient Delivery dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten based on a website with a MySQL database and the Laravel framework, for testing using the blackbox method with the results of the performance of each button being successful / successful according to its function

Abstract

Abstrak Masyarakat butuh bantuan akademisi untuk membantu masa pemulihan ekonomi dari dampak covid-19 yang melanda pada tiga tahun terakhir ini. Masyarakat butuh bimbingan teknik maupun non teknik dalam mengembangkan usaha yang sedang dirintis. Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta telah membentuk tim Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yang sudah berpengalaman membantu masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Tim telah melakukan observasi ke berbagai daerah dan telah memutuskan memilih mitra sasaran industri rumah tangga kripik buah “KreaChips” yang beralamatkan Jl. Ngargoyoso-Kemuning, Sidomulyo RT.3/RW. 3, Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Industri ini dikembangkan oleh Yayuk Pidiyanto mulai tahun 2020. Awal mulanya Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto kena dampak pengurangan karyawan di Ibukota. Alhasil beliau pulang ke desa. Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto membuka usaha berjualan buah keliling. Banyak dagangan yang tidak laku dan akhirnya busuk. Singkat cerita Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto punya kenalan di Malang untuk belajar membuat kripik buah. Bapak yayuk Pidiyanto juga diberi alat vacuum frying seharga 30 juta untuk digunakan produksi. Dengan modal alat tersebut Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto sangat bersemangat untuk berwirausaha. Awal produksi, Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto memproduksi kripik Nangka. Sekali produksi membutuhkan 10 kg bahan baku Nangka segar, diproses kurang lebih 2,5 jam menghasilkan kripik Nangka kurang lebih 3 kg. Untuk produksinya dibantu oleh 4 tenaga yaitu Sunarti, Simiyati, Waluyo, Agung Listiyanto. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data maka di dapat permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah: kekurangan modal, belum ada mitra/reseller sebagai agen penjualan, belum dilakukan penjualan secara online, kekurangan modal, desain kemasan dan label, kesulitan mencari bahan baku, belum memiliki izin P-IRT. Solusi yang ditangani tim dan mitra adalah: mencari reseller, mitra mahasiswa yang pernah mengikuti Program Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK) untuk mengembangkan wirausahanya, memperbaiki desain kemasan dan label produk, melakukan penjualan secara OnlineShop di Tokopedia. Abstract

Pada era digitalisasi saat ini, penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis web telah menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk media promosi sekolah. Hal ini mendorong SD Negeri Dukuh 02 untuk meningkatkan upaya dalam memperkenalkan profil sekolah kepada masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah website profil sekolah yang informatif dan menarik sebagai media promosi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Website yang dirancang akan menampilkan informasi lengkap mengenai profil sekolah, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, informasi guru, dan informasi pendaftaran. Diharapkan bahwa penggunaan metode Waterfall dalam perancangan website ini akan menghasilkan sebuah website profil sekolah yang berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan SD Negeri Dukuh 02.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, integrasi teknologi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan menjadi semakin penting, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis Android untuk SD Negeri Krajan Surakarta. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan proses peminjaman buku oleh siswa dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan perpustakaan. Fitur-fitur utama dari aplikasi ini meliputi pencarian buku, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku secara digital, serta notifikasi pengingat untuk pengembalian buku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian aplikasi. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis Android dapat meningkatkan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam proses peminjaman buku di SD Negeri Krajan Surakarta. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat mendorong minat baca siswa serta mempermudah guru dan staf perpustakaan dalam mengelola inventaris buku.

Abstract

The adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become an essential transformation in healthcare to enhance service efficiency and data accuracy. However, the successful implementation of EMR significantly depends on user acceptance, particularly among hospital administrative staff. This study aimed to evaluate EMR adoption at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and behavioral intention (BI). A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through structured interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The results showed that 75% of staff acknowledged improved efficiency and accuracy, yet 30% experienced workflow disruptions due to technical issues. Additionally, 60% found the system easy to use after training, but 25% struggled with document uploads. Major challenges included system downtime, connectivity issues, and storage limitations, with 50% of staff reporting these barriers. Training deficiencies were noted by 20% of respondents, highlighting the need for continuous learning initiatives. Management support played a vital role in implementation success, yet ongoing assistance remained necessary. Addressing technical constraints, refining training programs, and strengthening managerial engagement are crucial for optimizing EMR adoption.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the SI-KERIS application at RSUD Dr. R. Soedjono Selong using the PIECES framework, which covers aspects of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation review. The findings indicate that SI-KERIS effectively processes inpatient service indicators such as Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Average Length of Stay (AvLOS), Turn Over Interval (TOI), Bed Turn Over (BTO), Gross Death Rate (GDR), and Net Death Rate (NDR). However, challenges were identified regarding network connectivity, data integration, and the absence of a backup system. These results underscore the need to enhance system interoperability, strengthen data security, and provide user training. The application of the PIECES framework offers strategic insights to identify improvement areas and optimize hospital health information systems

Abstract

Aston Printer Klaten store in 2021 requires an employee payroll system to perform salary calculations. In the current system, data management in terms of salary calculations is still manual and not computerized properly, so the payroll process is often wrong and too late to be given to employees by calculating salaries based on hours of arrival, targets that have been achieved, overtime and permits. The purpose of this system is to make it easier to do payroll, to facilitate the process of calculating payroll for employees. The method used is the waterfall method starting from the work of a system that is carried out sequentially or linearly with needs analysis, system design, program coding, program testing, program implementation. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The final result obtained by the creation of an information system for calculating the salary of the Aston Printer Klaten Shop by applying this Laravel framework, the admin of the Aston Printer Klaten store can report financial reports to the owner. With the results of the system that can be accessed by admin and owner, namely employee data and salary management data.
