Abstract

This study aims to elaborate the history, characteristic, and dynamics of Radical Islam group in Indonesia. Post New Order era has opened political opportunity for radical Islam group to colour the Islamic and political dynamics in Indonesia. This study concluded that radicalism teaching was not something new in Islamic history. Radical Islam group could flourish due to the political openness milieu post New Order Era as well as the infiltration of radical Islam teaching rooted in Middle East into Indonesian Islam. To anticipate the strengthening of Radical Islam group influence in Indonesia, the collaboration between the state and the populace are highly needed.

Abstract

This study aimed at comprehending Hadiths of ‘command to fight non-Muslims’. Understanding the hadith of the Prophet  PBUH by using macro and micro approaches can avoid radicalism, intolerance, and even acts of terrorism. This research employed a qualitative descriptive by using the thematic analysis method. The researchers found that, in microanalysis studies of the hadith, there were 62 riwayahs with various lafaz variants, recorded in 8 kutub al-hadis (canonical and non canonical hadiths). The Hadiths’ command to fight non-Muslims' status was authentic both from the aspect of sanad and matn. Meanwhile, the macro analysis study of the hadith concluded that the practice of the hadith command to fight Non-Muslims must be understood in certain circumstances, not the generality lafaz of hadith. Textually, the hadith ‘command to fight non-Muslims’ can be applied if; 1) non-Muslims fought openly against Islam such as in the case of the Khaibar war, or 2) they refused the invitation of monotheism from the Prophet PBUH, such us what happened to the Bani Thaqif. After they were repulsed in the battle of Hunain, they fled to the Bani Taif area. Bani Tsaqif was besieged for 40 days, some of them surrendered and pledged to Islam. But if non-Muslims did not attack Muslims, or they made agreements in one country (mu'ahad), or they had the status of conquest and control of Muslims (dhimmi), then, their blood, soul, family, and property must be protected. The position of both non-Muslims and Muslims in the country was the same, they were citizens and the government must protect them.الملخصتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف فهم الأحاديث حول "أمر محاربة غير المسلمين" عبر السياق الكلي والجزئي. في محاولة فهم الأحاديث النبوية عبر السياق الكلي والجزئي يمكنها أن تجنب فهم التطرف والتعصب وحتى أعمال الإرهاب. هذا البحث نوعي ووصفي باستخدام منهج التحليل الموضوعي. وجد هذا البحث أن الدراسة للأحاديث النبوية حول "أمر محاربة غير المسلمين" عبر السياق الجزئي ثَم اثنان وستون حديثا بألفاظ مختلفة مسجلة في ثماني كتب الأحاديث. الأحاديث حول "أمر محاربة غير المسلمين" صحيحة سندا ومتنا. أمر محاربة غير المسلمين يجب أن تُفهم من نواحٍ معينة، دون فهمها من حيث معاني ألفاظها العامة. يمكن تطبيق أحاديث "أمر محاربة غير المسلمين" نصيًا إذا؛ 1) قاتل غير المسلمين علنًا ضد الإسلام كما حدث في حرب خيبر، أو 2) كانوا مترددين في تلبية نداء التوحيد من النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، مثل ما حدث لبني ثقيف وذلك بعد صدهم في غزوة حنين حيث أنهم فروا إلى منطقة بني الطائف. كان بنو ثقيف محاصرين لمدة 40 يوما بعضهم استسلم وتعهد بالإسلام. ومع ذلك، إذا كان غير المسلمين لم يبدأوا في القتال، أو التزموا بالمعاهدة تحت مظلة الدولة الإسلامية، أو كانوا ذميون تحت سيطرة الدولة، فدمائهم وأرواحهم وأهاليهم وأموالهم محمية من قبل المسلمين. فإن وضعهم في نظر الإسلام كمسلمين أنفسهم، فهم يتمتعون بمكانة المواطنين الذين يجب حمايتهم.

Abstract

Akademi digital lansia (ADL) merupakan salah satu program dari Tular Nalar yang dilaksanakan oleh MAFINDO. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini memberikan pelatihan literasi digital kepada warga lansia yang memiliki rentan usia dari 50 – 70 tahun agar mereka memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengengola aplikasi daring yang mereka miliki, terutama dalam menghindari penipuan-penipuan dari berbagai pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Dalam pelatihan ini mereka diberikan pengetahuan berkenaan dengan algoritma dalam pencaharian youtube dan keterampilan melakukan verifikasi berita serta website yang berbahaya untuk melakukan pencurian data pribadi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa melalui akademi digital lansia dapat memberikan mereka pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mencegah berbagai kejahatan di dunia digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the contribution of digital Professional Learning Community (PLC) activity stages to the components of teacher learning performance in Senior High Schools (SMA) in DKI Jakarta. The three aspects of performance studied include: teacher learning performance (jargu), peer learning (jarse), and professional development (karpro). This study used a quantitative method with multiple regression design, involving 133 teachers from seven schools in five areas of Jakarta. The analysis showed that the implementation stage of digital PLC contributed the most to teachers' learning performance by 58.7%, while evaluation affected professional development by 58.2%, and planning contributed to peer learning by 40.6%. Overall, the regression model shows that all the variables of the digital PLC activity stages simultaneously have a significant positive effect on improving teacher learning performance, with a coefficient of determination of 79.2%. These findings highlight the importance of school support in facilitating digital PLC activities to improve teaching quality and teacher professionalism.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran An pada anak sekolah dasar yang terpapar pornografi serta mengetahui perbedaan perilaku seksual anak sekolah dasar sebelum dan setelah terpapar pornografi. Metode pengambilan  data penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan dari  paparan pornografi pada anak-anak sekolah dasar dapat mempercepat munculnya perilaku seksual meskipun mereka belum memiliki pemahaman yang matang tentang seksualitas. Anak-anak yang terpapar sering meniru perilaku seperti berciuman atau masturbasi tanpa memahami secara benar hubungan seksual, yang mengarah pada pemahaman yang keliru tentang seksualitas serta adanya perbedaan yang mencolok antara perilaku anak sebelum dan setelah terpapar pornografi.

Abstract

This study approach is qualitative. The study used a Phenomenology approach. The primary data source of this study was KH. Hafidzul Hakim Noer as the main informant and the ustad and administrators of the Islamic boarding school and the male and female students as additional informants. The secondary data sources of this study were the Islamic boarding school Work Program and the kaleidoscope documentation of the transformative journey of the Islamic boarding school. Data collection methods were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis included data reduction, presentation, and verification, and drawing conclusions.The findings indicate that the Kiai’s transformative leadership in the Salaf Education system at the Nurul Qadim Islamic Boarding School in Probolinggo Regency 1) involves all components of the management. Kiai never forces administrators beyond the capabilities. Kiai invites everyone to fight for common goals based on the capabilities of each boarding school personnels. Kiai provides examples and directions based on a concept of 3 components. Ta`rif, Ta`lif and Taklif. 2) In the implementation of transformative leadership, the kiai becomes a charismatic figure and acts transformatively in preparing plans and determining all decisions for the success and sustainability of Education at the Islamic boarding school. This is also supported by adequate human resource synergy in innovating to advance the Islamic boarding school
