Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the relationship of_LDR, ROA, NPL, CAR towards credit supply of BEI-listed banking sector within the period of 4 years, which is during 2016-2019. The method utilized for this research is descriptive quantitative. There are 45 companies at the banking sector listed by BEI, however only 26 companies fulfill the criteria according to the sampling purposive technique; in which we will consider as the sample of this research.The data processing involves the usage of Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS analysis is conducted by using the software SmartPLS 3.0. The result of data processing shows partially that variable LDR, ROA and NPL has positive relationship towards credit supply of the banking sector. On the other hand, variable CAR shows a partial negative relationship towards credit supply of the banking sector. Simultaneously, all four variables has a significant relationship towards the credit supply. It is signified by the amount of R2 which is 13,5%, and the rest of 86,5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research tested the effect of compensation, supervision and work discipline on employee performance at PT Jaya Mandiri Bangunan. The performance of PT Jaya Mandiri Bangunan's employees has decreased due to unsatisfactory compensation, oversight that is still not optimal and work discipline that has not been good. The population and sample in this study amounted to 68 employees of PT Jaya Mandiri Bangunan. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of calculation of hypothesis testing indicate that partially compensation, supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Mandiri Bangunan. Simultaneously compensation, supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Mandiri Bangunan.

Abstract

Industri karpet di Indonesia berkembang pesat dan menghadapi persaingan ketat, termasuk PT. Syam Sukses Sakato di Medan. Penelitian ini meneliti faktor desain produk, kustomisasi, dan pengaruh sosial terhadap minat beli konsumen karpet PT. Syam Sukses Sakato. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen karpet PT. Syam Sukses Sakato dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain produk tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Meskipun desain produk memiliki peran penting dalam menarik perhatian konsumen, faktor lain seperti harga dan kualitas produk lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Sebaliknya, kustomisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Konsumen lebih tertarik pada produk yang dapat disesuaikan dengan preferensi pribadi mereka. Pengaruh sosial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian konsumen cenderung lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu daripada faktor sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Financial Inclusion, Innovation, Fintech, Perceived Benefit, and Perceived Risk on the Financial Performance of UMKM in Medan City. The research method used is associative research (relationship analysis). The population in this study consists of UMKM owners in Medan City. The sampling technique applied is Accidental Sampling, with a total of 100 respondents, excluding 30 respondents used for validity testing. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression.The results of the F-test show that the F-calculated value (18.617) is greater than the F-table value (2.31) with a significance level of < 0.05, indicating that Financial Inclusion, Innovation, Fintech, Perceived Benefit, and Perceived Risk simultaneously have a significant influence on the Financial Performance of UMKM in Medan City. The t-test results reveal that Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant effect, Innovation has a negative and significant effect, Fintech has a positive and significant effect, Perceived Benefit has a positive and significant effect, and Perceived Risk has no effect on the Financial Performance of UMKM in Medan City. The coefficient of determination analysis shows an Adjusted R² value of 0.471, indicating that 47.1% of the variation in Financial Performance is explained by Financial Inclusion, Innovation, Fintech, Perceived Benefit, and Perceived Risk variables, while the remaining 52.9% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the internal factor (cash flow) and external factor (leverage) affect firm value through profitability as a moderating variable in technology sector companies 2018-2021. The method used in this research was a deductive approach, quantitative types, and descriptive characteristics. The number of technology sector companies listed on the IDX is 27 companies which the amount of sample that is selected by using purposive sampling technique is 5 companies. The SmartPLS 3.0 application was used in this study to make it easier for researchers to analyze data. The conclusion obtained show that internal (cash flow) and external (leverage) factors do not affect firm value through profitability as a moderating variable. However, researchers can prove that external factor (leverage) can affect profitability which is evidenced by the p-values in the hypothesis test, namely 0,010<0,05 which indicates that external factor (leverage) have a significant effect on profitability.Keywords: Internal Factor (Cash Flow), External Factor (Leverage), Profitability, and Firm Value.

Abstract

This study tries to investigate how capital affects financial performance. Effectiveness of assets, firm size, and organizational structure. The study's data source was the annual financial reports of the food and beverage companies that were traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2018 and 2022. There are a total of 26 companies in the example strategy. The original analytical strategy included both statistical testing with panel data regression techniques and hypothesis testing with F and T tests, followed by traditional assumption tests. The study's findings indicate that the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) would significantly impact the financial performance of the food and beverage sector from 2018 to 2022 if structural, organizational, and operational efficiency are all enhanced. Partially, financial performance is completely unaffected by the DER variable. Even if it isn't particularly significant, the SIZE variable is linked to financial performance. The TATO variable is pertinent to Financial Performance but not very significant. Financial performance is negatively impacted by the CRR variable, although not significantly. The study's coefficient of determination is 0.429382; this means that while other factors may account for the remaining 58% of the variance in Financial Performance, the independent variables DER, SIZE, TATO, and CRR may explain 42% of it.

Abstract

Perbankan berperan penting dalam perekonomian, di mana nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh kinerja keberlanjutan dan kinerja keuangan. Tujuannya penelitian ini yakni menganalisa pengaruhnya CSP, CFP, dan ESG secara parcial maupun simultan pada nilai perusahaan perbankan yang ada di BEI periode 2019– 2023. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yakni PLS dengan memakai 80 sampel keuangan pada sektor perbankan. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan CSP ada pengaruhnya signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, diperlihatkan oleh besarnya T-statistik 2,417 dan P-value besarnya 0,007. CFP ada pengaruhnya signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, dengan besarnya T-statistik 2,001 dan P-value besarnya 0,009. Selain itu, ESG turut memberi pengaruhnya signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, dibuktikan dengan besarnya T-statistik 2,881 dan P-value besarnya 0,006.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Corporate Sustainability Performance (CSP), Corporate Financial Performance (CFP), dan Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) ada pengaruhnya signifikan pada nilai perusahaan pada sektor perbankan yang ada di BEI periodenya 2019–2023.Ketiga variable tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkannya nilai perusahaan, sehingga penting bagi perbankan untuk mengintegrasikan aspek keberlanjutan, keuangan, dan tata kelola dalam strategi bisnisnya.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, serta leverage pada pertumbuhan laba bank yang ada di Indonesia dalam 2018-2023. Alat ukur yang digunakan ialah ROA untuk profitabilitas, CR untuk likuiditas, serta DER untuk leverage. Data dikutip dari laporan keuangan bank di Bursa Efek Indonesia serta dianalisis dengan metode regresi data panel menggunakan model CEM. Hasil yang di dapat secara keseluruhan, ketiga faktor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara terpisah, profitabilitas dan leverage memiliki pengaruh negatif, sedangkan likuiditas memberi pengaruh positif. Model ini mampu menjelaskan sekitar 84,56% variasi pertumbuhan laba dan kestabilan keuangan tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Digitalisasi di dalam sektor dimana hasil dari pertumbuhan yang sangat cepat dalam teknologi dan sistem informasi saat ini, salah satunya adalah e-commerce. Perkembangan teknologi memudahkan kita untuk tidak perlu menghabiskan waktu berbelanja langsung ke toko untuk membeli barang. E-commerce adalah cara untuk menjual barang yang diperlukan melalui toko online. Pelanggan yang menggunakan e-commerce dapat mengakses produk selama 24/7.  Karena e-commerce dapat diakses kapan saja, waktu dan jarak bukanlah kendala lagi. Ketika mahasiswa berada dalam tahap yang sangat krusial dalam kehidupan mereka, mereka perlu memiliki sumber daya finansial sendiri dan mulai mengambil keputusan keuangan yang bijaksana.  Mahasiswa tidak dapat mengendalikan kebutuhan dan keinginan yang tak terbatas berdampak pada manajemen keuangan, sehingga mereka tidak menerapkan konsep perilaku manajemen keuangan, yang menyebabkan gaya hidup konsumtif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh Belanja Online Terhadap Manajemen Keuangan Mahasiswa, 2) Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Terhadap Manajemen Keuangan Mahasiswa, 3) Pengaruh Sikap Keuangan Terhadap Manajemen Keuangan Mahasiswa, 4) Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Manajemen Keuangan Mahasiswa. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Prima Indonesia Program Studi Ilmu Hukum yang lahir pada tahun 1997 sampai dengan 2001 atau biasa di sebut dengan Gen Z. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan membuktikan bahwa Belanja Online, Gaya Hidup, Sikap Keuangan, dan Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Manajemen Keuangan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia.

Abstract

People's Business Credit (KUR) for MSMEs is distributed through two banking systems: conventional and sharia. The basic comparison between the two is in their operational principles. Conventional banks have an interest system, while Islamic banks have a profit sharing principle. This study is targeted at comparing People's Business Credit (KUR) financing at conventional banks and sharia banks for Medan city MSMEs. This study takes a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews at the KUR section of BTN bank KCP Setiabudi and the KUR section of BSI bank KC Gajah Mada. The results of the study are (1) there is an impact of BTN bank and BSI bank KUR financing on MSMEs (2) there is a significant comparison between conventional bank KUR financing and sharia bank financing (3) there is a significant comparison between conventional bank MSMEs and sharia bank MSMEs.
