Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of teacher perceptions of principals 'leadership and motivation to propel teachers' performance in learning. This research method is survey research. The subjects of this study were 80 teachers taken randomly at Tambun-Bekasi 2 High School. Data was collected by questionnaire instruments using skla likert. The validity of the data is obtained by validity and reliability, all data has a normal distribution. The results of the study showed that teachers 'perceptions of principals' leadership had a significant influence on teacher performance in learning. Likewise the motivation of teaching gives a significant influence on teacher performance in learning. The coefficient of determination (R)2 is the teacher's perception of the principal's leadership and teaching motivation has a less strong relationship to teacher performance in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning readiness and learning satisfaction on online learning on learning outcomes for the development of social science education. The research method is a survey, with a sample of 80 third semester students of postgraduate social studies study program at Indraprasta University, PGRI Jakarta. Data was collected using a questionnaire sent to students via email. The validity of the data with validity and reliability tests, all data have a normal distribution. Data were analyzed using correlation with the SPSS version 2.0 program. The results of the study indicate that learning readiness has a significant influence on learning outcomes for the development of social science education. Likewise, learning satisfaction in online learning has a significant influence on learning outcomes for the development of social science education. The research findings show that 75.2% of learning readiness and learning satisfaction in online learning have a strong relationship with learning outcomes for the development of social science education. This is because students are ready to take lessons well, as well as easy access to the internal network so that learning outcomes can be achieved well

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara menyebar kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form serta data hasil kuesioner diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil 52 responden. Hasil uji t menunjukan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pendidik  dan kualitas tenaga kependidikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Metode Penelitian yaitu survey, subjek penelitian  sebanyak 80 orang  mahasiswa diambil secara acak di Uiniversitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket menggunakan skla likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pendidik memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap  kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Begitu juga kualitas tenaga kependidikan  memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Koefisien determinasi (R)2 adalah kualitas pendidik dan kualitas tenaga kependidikan mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Writing discussion text is a skill that must be mastered by junior high school students. However, in writing discussion texts the connectedness and linkage of sentences has not received serious attention, especially the use of lexical and grammatical cohesion and coherence. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to find out the inappropriate use of lexical and grammatical cohesion and coherence in the discussion texts of SMP Negeri Jakarta Timur students. This research deals with the object of study of the discussion texts of class IX students of State Middle School in East Jakarta as many as 602 texts. By random sampling, 64 discussion texts were selected and 585 sentences were collected. This is done by analyzing each sentence in the discussion text regarding the inappropriate use of lexical and grammatical cohesion and its coherence. Data were analyzed using a qualitative description method. The instrument used in this study is the human instrument. The results of this study indicate that the use of markers of lexical and grammatical cohesion and coherence is incorrect in 112 sentences or 19.15%. The use of lexical cohesion markers includes the use of repetition of 9 sentences or 1.53%, synonyms of 2 or 0.34%, antonyms of 1 sentence or 0.17%, and collocation of 2 sentences or 0.34%. The use of grammatical cohesion markers includes the use of references in 21 sentences or 3.59%, ellipsis 10 sentences or 1.71%, and conjunctions 33 sentences or 5.64%. The use of coherence markers includes the use of causal relations 6 sentences or 1.03%, affirmative relations 2 sentences or 0.34%, summation relations 5 sentences or 0.85%, conditional relations 2 sentences or 0.34%, relations purpose-conditions 2 sentences or 0.34%, contradictory relations 2 sentences or 0.34%, overgeneralization 2 sentences or 0.34%, and paraphrase relations 10 sentences .or 1.71%. Keywords: Lexical Cohesion, Grammatical Cohesion, Coherence, Discussion Textsi

Abstract

This research aims to get students' perspectives on the independent campus learning policy in strengthening their skills. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative case study method. The process of collecting data used interviews, observations and group discussions. The informant is a postgraduate student at Indraprasta University, Jakarta, in the 2022-2023 academic year. The number of participants was 100 students. Data analysis uses stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the data analysis conclude that from a student perspective, implementing the independent campus learning policy requires adjustments that align with student needs and the global context. By implementing this policy, students become more independent to continue to improve their skills or potential. Apart from that, students can also develop 6C skills that are relevant to the educational needs of the 21st century. The results of this research have implications for the understanding of stakeholders in higher education institutions regarding the importance of understanding student perspectives in implementing independent campus learning curriculum policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh persepsi atas pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik dan minat belajar terhadap kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Santri di PKPPS Minhaajushibirin Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada siswa PKPPS Minhaajushibirin Jakarta Timur dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari persepsi atas pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik terhadap kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Santri dengan nilai Sig. = 0,000 < 0,10 dan T hitung = 1,163 serta Beta sebesar 0,052. Selain itu, minat belajar juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Santri dengan nilai Sig. = 0,000 < 0,10 dan T hitung = 1,163 serta Beta sebesar 0,052. Secara simultan, persepsi atas pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik dan minat belajar bersama-sama menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Santri dengan nilai Sig. = 0,001 < 0,10 dan F Hitung = 7,985. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik persepsi atas pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik maupun minat belajar memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Santri di PKPPS Jakarta Timur. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pihak sekolah terus mendorong implementasi persepsi atas pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik dan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang optimal.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Pendekatan, Pembelajaran Saintifik, Minat Belajar, Berpikir Kritis.
