Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) forms of delinquency of class IV students of SD Negeri 0506 Tangga Bosi. (2) factors that cause delinquency of class IV students of SD Negeri 0506 Tangga Bosi.  (3) how the teacher overcomes the delinquency of class IV students of SD Negeri 0506 Tangga Bosi. This research uses a type of qualitative research, namely research that produces data in the form of written or spoken words from the people observed. There are two data sources that researchers use, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are data directly taken from the object of research, namely students and class IV teachers. This primary data source comes from field data obtained from observations and interviews. Secondary data sources are data taken in the form of documents, such as books, books, dictionaries and other literature related to overcoming student delinquency. Researchers checked the validity of the data by triangulating sources and triangulating techniques. The forms of delinquency that exist in class IV of SD Negeri 0506 Tangga Bosi are: 1) being late for school, 2) rarely doing assignments, 3) skipping class, 4) fighting, 5) nosy, 6) ignorant, 7) often disturbing his friend while studying, 8) oversleeping, 9) lazy, 10) cheating. The causative factors that influence student delinquency in class IV SD Negeri 0506 Tangga Bosi are family factors, such as lack of attention and affection from the family with mediocre economic conditions so that the child's wishes are not fulfilled, parents who are broken home so that it causes the child's mentality to be disturbed so that at home only with his grandmother and grandfather. Furthermore, community environmental factors, in this society there is promiscuity and supervision from parents is lacking so that children can freely make friends with anyone without knowing their background and the advancement of technology so that children can just access whatever they want, school environmental factors in the school environment student conditions are also less supportive, for example from their friends when their friends tell them something and the child does not do it, they will be underestimated and can even be antagonized by other friends. Classroom teacher efforts in dealing with student delinquency in class IV SD Negeri 0506 Tangga Bosi namely such as 1) personal approach, 2) strengthening positive discipline, 3) collaborative approach, 4) interesting learning methods, 5) providing guidance and coaching, 6) effective classroom management, 7) preventive approach by supervising handling such as providing understanding or initial guidance to students of SD Negeri 0506 Tangga Bosi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of mathematics students at MIN Sibuhuan in the application of the drill method. The type of research used is class action research (PTK), There are two sources of data in this study, namely 1. Primary data sources, namely data directly taken from the object of the researcher, namely students and teachers of class III. 2.This secondary data source comes from field data obtained from observations and interviews. The design of this research cycle has three cycles, namely Pre Cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II. Based on the results of research from improving student learning outcomes, it shows that in the pre-cycle student scores are still low, namely the average student score of 57.2. Students who completed as many as 15 students with a percentage of 51.7% and students who did not complete as many as 14 students with a percentage of 48.3%. Student learning outcomes in cycle I with an average score of 70.7 have begun to improve. Students who completed as many as 19 students with a percentage of 65.5% and students who did not complete as many as 10 students with a percentage of 34.5%. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes in cycle II student scores have increased with an average student score of 82.4. There were 26 students who were complete with a percentage of 89.7% and 3 students who were not complete. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in Class III MIN Sibuhuan had implemented the learning process well. So it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of third grade students of MIN Sibuhuan can be improved by applying the drill method.

Abstract

Laboratorium pendidikan memiliki peran krusial dalam menunjang kegiatan praktikum dan penelitian di berbagai bidang keilmuan, khususnya bidang sains dan teknologi. Pengelolaan laboratorium yang efektif dan efisien memerlukan dukungan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) yang terpadu. Untuk mengefektifkan suatu laboratorium diperlukan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) yang mampu mendukung berbagai aspek operasional, seperti pengelolaan inventaris, penjadwalan penggunaan, perawatan peralatan dan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji literatur mengenai penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam pengelolaan laboratorium pendidikan, mengidentifikasi manfaat yang diperoleh dari penerapannya, dan memahami tantangan yang dihadapi. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen berperan penting dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan inventaris, penjadwalan, perawatan peralatan dan pelaporan. Namun, dalam penerapannya juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti biaya penerapan dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut dan memaksimalkan manfaat sistem informasi manajemen dalam konteks pengelolaan laboratorium pendidikan.

Abstract

Konflik dapat terjadi dimana saja. Konflik merupakan suatu hal yang terbuka dan sering disebut juga dengan masalah. Untuk mengatasi konflik diperlukan suatu strategi untuk mengatasi dan mengelola konflik agar dapat mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diperlukannya pemimpin yang mampu mengelola konflik agar konflik dapat berjalan dengan baik dan kondusif dalam penyelesaiannya. Sehingga konflik dapat ditangani dengan baik dan keputusan yang diambil tepat terhadap permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the managerial principles contained in the Al-Qur'an using an interpretive approach, as well as their relevance to modern managerial practice. Management, as a rapidly developing scientific discipline, is often understood from a Western perspective, while the Islamic perspective in management has not been widely explored. Through literature study and qualitative analysis of Al-Qur'an interpretations, this research identifies key principles in Islamic management, such as justice, trust, responsibility and ethical leadership. The research results show that these principles offer comprehensive and relevant guidance for resource management and leadership in the context of modern organizations. The managerial principles in the Qur'an not only provide direction in terms of strategic decisions but also emphasize the importance of the moral and spiritual dimensions in management. This research provides new insights for academics and practitioners in understanding and applying Islamic managerial principles, as well as suggesting the integration of these principles in contemporary managerial practice.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa melalui pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan berbasis pengalaman yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa. Dengan demikian, guru di sekolah memerlukan bimbingan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penyesuaian saat mengimplemantasikan kurikulum merdeka di sekolah. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk membantu guru lebih memahami bagaimana menyusun, merancang dan mengembangkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka seperti analisis capaian pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, dan alur tujuan pembelajaran dan juga modul ajar. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di MIS Syakira Barumun selama dua hari dengan dua materi utama yaitu refleksi kurikulum dan pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka dan merancang pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka. Peserta pelatihan ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru di MIS Syakira Barumun. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah para guru di MIS Syakira Barumun mampu merancang pembelajaran mulai dari Tujuan Pembelajaran (TP), Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) sesuai dengan Capaian Pembelajaran yang diharapkan serta mampu merancang Modul Ajar dengan baik.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial factor in determining the effectiveness of the learning process in primary education. However, low student learning motivation remains a common issue in classroom practice. One strategy that teachers can employ to enhance students’ learning motivation is the provision of rewards as a form of positive reinforcement. This study aims to examine the effect of reward provision on the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 1104 Sipagabu. This research employed a quantitative approach with a simple correlational design. The participants consisted of all fifth-grade students, totaling 31 students. Data were collected using reward and learning motivation questionnaires and analyzed through simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the t test, it was obtained that t count = 1.95 with a significance level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom df (n-2) = 31-2 = 29, so that t table = 1.699 was obtained. The calculation results obtained t count > t table, namely 1.95 > 1.699. From the test criteria above, H0 is rejected or Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence on the provision of rewards on the learning motivation of class V students of SD Negeri 1104 Sipagabu, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. Then in the determination test the R square value is 0.7568 or 75.68%, meaning that giving rewards can contribute to increasing student learning motivation and the rest is explained by other variables of 24.32%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the effect of creativity in providing reinforcement to the learning motivation of class III students of MIN Sibuhuan. 2) How much influence does creativity provide reinforcement to the learning motivation of class III students of MIN Sibuhuan. This study is a quantitative study, the population in the study were all class III students of MIN Sibuhuan, while the sample in the study was taken from the entire population, with a total of 28 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and prerequisite tests. The results obtained were that the normality test showed that all data obtained by the researcher had normal data because lhitung <ltabel with a value of 0.999 <0.1772 on the variable providing reinforcement and on the variable learning motivation 0.0010 <0.1772. And the homogeneity test showed that the value of fhitung <ftabel with a value of 0.672 <4.23. providing reinforcement has a significant effect on the learning motivation of MIN Sibuhuan students. Based on the results of the t-test, it shows that the t-count value > t-table (3.624 > 1.705), and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the Ha hypothesis is accepted and H0 is rejected. then the determination test shows a value of 0.549 or 54.9%. meaning that the skill of providing reinforcement can contribute to increasing student learning motivation by 54.9% while 45.1% is explained by other variables that are not studied.
