Abstract

PKM activities at SD Negeri 6 Peguyangan Utara Denpasar, held on Tuesday-Friday, 3-6 September 2019. PKM activities are carried out on teachers at SD Negeri 6 Peguyangan Utara Denpasar by providing training in the use of Microsoft Word. Training materials provided include how to make lesson plans and report cards on curriculum 13 students. From the results of the assessment that has been done, the level of understanding of the participants obtained from the training material provided based on pre-test and post-test assessments. The results of the assessment showed that there was an increase in the understanding of participants before and after attending the training. Before attending Microsoft Word training the participants' understanding of the material was 57.99%, where as after attending the training the understanding of the participants increased to 85.42%. This shows that the training that has been carried out in PKM activities at SD Negeri 6 Peguyangan, North Denpasar, is able to increase participants' understanding of Microsoft Word material.

Abstract

From the results of discussions conducted with the Principal of the Kindergarten School. Kartika, it was agreed that the problems that were resolved in this activity were: 1) So that Partners had fun gardening media; 2) So that Partners have knowledge and skills in managing hydroponic gardens. The agreed solutions to solve the problems faced by Partners are as follows: 1) Procurement of hydroponic gardening equipment, so that gardening becomes cleaner and more attractive; 2) Training on hydroponic gardening procedures for teachers. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' understanding of hydroponic farming by 90%. Besides that, there is also an increase in teacher skills in hydroponic farming as shown by good plant growth during the harvest period.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan microsoft excel sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran matematika yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 6 Peguyangan kaja pada tanggal 10-12 juni 2019. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan terhadap siswa-siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 6 Peguyangan kaja Denpasar Utara dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan microsoft excel. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi mengenalkan program Microsoft excel sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran matematika khususnya materi operasi hitung.Dari hasil penilaian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh tingkat pemahaman siswa yang ditinjau dari memasukkan data, mengolah data dan menganalisis data matematika berdasarkan penilaian pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan. Sebelum mengikuti pelatihan microsoft excel rata-rata nilai pre-test dalam memasukan data ke dalam microsoft excel 53,65%, komponen dalam mengolah data mendapatkan nilai 45,56% dan menganalisis data 45,55% sedangkan post-test untuk komponen dalam memasukan data ke dalam microsoft excel 75,45%, komponen dalam mengolah data mendapatkan nilai 76,88% dan menganalisis data 80,43%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan PKM yang telah di selenggarakan di SD Negeri 6 Peguyangan, mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa tentang operasi hitung matematika menggunakan microsoft excel.

Abstract

Earthquakes are natural disasters that occur relatively frequently in Indonesia, mainly due to the interaction of tectonic plates. Indonesia is an archipelagic country located at the confluence of 4 (four) world tectonic plates, namely the Eurasian plate; Australian plate; the Pacific plate; and the Philippine plate. The Australian plate and the Pacific plate are flexible oceanic plates, while the Eurasian plate is a rigid and rigid continental plate. Preparedness is important and must be built in every group in society. Experience shows that the devastation caused by disasters can be drastically reduced if everyone is better prepared for disasters. Schools are educational centers that not only provide knowledge but also provisions for survival. Children are the fastest learning participants and are not only able to integrate new knowledge into everyday life but also become a source of knowledge for families and communities in terms of healthy and safe behavior obtained at school. Therefore, disaster prevention is one of the focuses in schools by empowering children and youth to understand the warning signs of disasters and the steps that can be taken to reduce risks and prevent disasters (KPP Mitigation Disaster, 2003). Bali is one of the islands in Indonesia that has the potential for earthquakes. There are three main sources of potential earthquakes and tsunamis in Bali, namely in the northern part of the Bali Sea, Seririt District, Buleleng Regency and the southern part of Bali. SMK PGRI 2 Denpasar is one of the schools located in West Denpasar District, Denpasar City is one of the schools affected by the 2019 earthquake. After the last earthquake, there has been no socialization about earthquakes and the steps that must be taken in the event of an earthquake. . From the description above, the proposing team took the title Earthquake Socialization and Anticipation at SMK PGRI 2 Denpasar.

Abstract

Panti Asuhan Dharma Jati merupakan salah satu panti asuhan yang terletak di Kecamatan Denpasar Timur Kota Denpasar merupakan salah satu panti asuhan yang terkena guncangan gempa bumi tahun 2019. Setelah kejadian gempa terakhir itu belum ada sosialisasi tentang gempa bumi dan langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan apabila terjadi gempa bumi. Metoda yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metoda ceramah yang dilengkapi dengan sesi tanya jawab dan game atau tes kecil. Game berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan acak yang diberikan langsung dan oleh nara sumber dan dijawab secara langsung oleh para peserta. Game sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pengabdian menunjukan hasil bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman gempa dan mitigasi nya dari 25 % yang menjawab benar menjadi 75 %.

Abstract

[The Effectiveness of Offline Learning Post Pandemic in Mathematics Courses]. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the post-pandemic offline learning model at INSTKI in mathematics courses. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, where the population is all INSTIKI students who receive mathematics courses using the post-pandemic offline learning model. There were 60 INSTIKI students as a sample of research subjects, who were selected by cluster random sampling. Full offline learning is carried out by research subjects face-to-face with lecturers in class. Questionnaires were distributed for data collection via google form media, and analyzed with descriptive statistics. Evaluation of the effectiveness of re-implementing offline learning is seen from the aspects of satisfaction and understanding of the material being taught. From the aspect of satisfaction, the return to implementation of this offline learning model had a positive impact, as seen from 81.67% answering very satisfied, 11.67% satisfied, and 5.00% feeling quite satisfied. Only 1.67% felt dissatisfied and no one felt very dissatisfied. From the aspect of understanding the material being taught, it also shows good results with the return of offline learning. 63.33% answered that it was easy, even 18.33% answered very easily, and 15.00% answered that it was quite easy to understand. Only 3.33% found it difficult, and no one answered that it was very difficult to understand the material being taught with this offline learning. So it can be concluded that the return of post-pandemic offline learning is effective,when evaluated from the aspect of satisfaction and understanding.

Abstract

In the DHARMA PUTRA kindergarten early age children are invited to play while learning. Playing is done to encourage children to be physically active but still include the required learning materials. Government policy, through the freedom to learn program, requires education units to create fun learning activities so that children feel happy in learning. Even though it's kindergarten. Dharma Putra has implemented a learning model through fun physical activities, but the development of young children currently requires additional learning models. Today's young children are accustomed to using information technology such as computers or smartphones. Even though at school children are not allowed to use smartphones, at home each child is used to being given a smartphone by their parents. This certainly cannot be controlled by the school. With the implementation of Early Mathematics Learning Animation Video activities for young children, it is hoped that they will be able to teach children to use their smartphones to make them more useful. Children will be invited to learn initial mathematics material via computer/smartphone at school.

Abstract

Gempa bumi merupakan bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia. Kapan dan dimana terjadinya gempa bumi tidak dapat diketahui secara pasti hanya bisa diprediksi. Akibatnya bencana tersebut menyebabkan kerugian material maupun non material serta kematian. Bali merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang rawan akan terjadinya gempa bumi. Beberapa kali tercatat kejadian gempa bumi di Bali. Antisipasi gempa bumi dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kerugian yang besar. Adapun tindakan yang dapat dilakukan salah satunya adalah dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada anak- anak di Banjar Mandala Sari. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dengan cara melakukan pengenalan dasar gempa bumi dengan media komik gempa bumi. Anak-anak menjadi objek kegiatan sosialisasi gempa bumi karena anak-anak merupakan aset negara yang menjadi tonggak pemegang kemajuan bangsa. Hasil PKM menunjukkan adanya pengetahuan tentang gempa bumi melalui komik gempa bumi yang diceritakan oleh anak-anak.Kata Kunci:Gunung api, sosialisasi, anak

Abstract

Through the development of current technology, many agencies have implemented technology in the form of computers and servers to improve company operations. However, there are several aspects of threats in the form of cyber attacks that lurk someone when using a computer connected to the internet. One way to prevent these attacks is to use a honeypot application. Honeypot is a system used to deceive hackers who carry out cyber attacks on the system. Every attack received by the honeypot will be recorded in a log. However, reading log data from the honeypot is still difficult to do directly. So an application is needed that can visualize log data from the honeypot. In this study, the visualization applications used are Grafana Loki and ELK Stack. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Grafana Loki and ELK Stack in using system resources and in visualizing data. The results of this study indicate that Grafana Loki when processing or not processing honeypot log data uses less system resources compared to ELK Stack. ELK Stack uses 37.8% or 2930 MB of memory, while Grafana Loki only uses 9.7% or 769 MB. Although ELK Stack requires more CPU and memory resources, its data visualization is easier to do compared to Grafana Loki.

Abstract

[Analysis Of Factors Causing Mathematics Anxiety In Instiki Bali Students]. The aim of this research is to determine and explain the factors that cause anxiety about learning mathematics at INSTIKI. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were INSTIKI Bali students. Research data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. The research results show that the anxiety learning mathematics experienced by INSTIKI Bali students is categorized into three groups, there are students with high, medium and low learning outcomes. Factors that cause anxiety about studying mathematics in the high learning outcomes category are intellectual factors including confusion with the material, personality and environmental factors in the form of being stressed during learning due to lack of understanding of explanations but being embarrassed to ask questions, and other factors, namely fear if the grades do not match expectations. The moderate learning outcome category is caused by intellectual factors in the form of lack of ability to learn mathematics, personality factors include lack of self-confidence, and environmental factors include fear of not being able to answer questions that are suddenly given and fear of not being able to solve problems in front of the class. The anxiety factors causing the category of low learning outcomes are intellectual factors in the form of a lack of understanding of mathematics and anxiety during exams, personality factors including of lack of self-confidence, and environmental factors including fear of learning in class and feeling monitored and intimidated by class conditions during learning.
