Purpose: The purpose of this scientific work is to explain the rules for playing the cuckoo stone shrine in Tianyar Village, Karangasem Regency, Bali. Reseach methods: This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The researchers used the technique of checking the validity of triangulation data with sources. Results and discussion: Tianyar Village is proven to have carried out ceremonies which are carried out before planting and when the harvest arrives. The aim is as a self-defense mechanism in order to maintain the existence of traditions and continuity of life as well as integration, namely the allocation of the value of natural resources as an expression of gratitude to foster a culture of mutual help, mutual assistance and mutual cooperation. Conservation and maintenance lead to production patterns between penyakap and land owners. Implications: The existence of cuckoo stone shrines is a rule of thumb in regulating and maintaining the continuity of life, such as carrying out ceremonies that are carried out before planting and when the harvest arrives.

Sebagai modal sosial, Tri Hita Karana masih relevan sebagai sarana penilai sekaligus sebagai sarana penghukum yang kompatibel bagi Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Bali. Dikatakan demikian karena Tri Hita Karana bersifat laten yang dibungkus oleh budaya dalam menggerakkan sumber daya ekonomi. Pendekatan kajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kajian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana implementasi Tri Hita Karana dalam pembangunan di Desa Penglatan Kabupaten Buleleng Bali. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Tri Hita Karana sebagai modal sosial sangat mengakar dalam menggerakkan aktivitas warga desa. Sisi lain, rata-rata 20% keuntungan Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) per tahunnya diperuntukkan bagi pembangunan desa. Bentuknya beragam seperti pembangunan Balai Desa, perbaikan tempat ibadah bagi umat Hindu di mana Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) itu bermukim. Dengan kata lain Tri Hita Karana sebagai institusi sosial sanggup meningkatkan kemakmuran desa yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kebermanfaatan bersama secara ekonomi dengan cara menjaga hubungan antara manusia, lingkungan dan Tuhan secara harmoni.

Production activity is an activity to produce goods or services in order to increase the economic value of the goods or services themselves. Production is also an effort to create superior products. This study aims to analyze the palm sugar production model and the way palm sugar farmers maintain the quality of their production process to build an image in the eyes of palm sugar consumers and analyze local wisdom that is used as the basis for palm sugar production in pedawa village, Banjar sub-district, Buleleng Regency, Bali Province. This research is a qualitative research, data collection techniques by observing the palm sugar production process, interviewing farmers and village communities and reviewing supporting documents. Test the validity of the data using persistence of observation, detailed descriptions, Peer de Briefing with observers or researchers and triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that 1) The production model of Pedawa palm sugar starts from the process of making jaka to ngelebengang. 2) In maintaining the quality of the production process, palm sugar farmers are always consistent with the procedures that have been passed down from generation to generation and are standard in nature. 3) In producing palm sugar, basically Pedawa palm sugar farmers still maintain local traditions and are always guided by the spirit of local wisdom.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kebermanfaatan dan usability terhadap minat menggunakan LPD Mobile pada nasabah LPD Desa Adat Bondalem. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 110 responden yang merupakan pengguna layanan LPD Mobile. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus karena seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS, yang mencakup uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik persepsi kebermanfaatan maupun usability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan LPD Mobile. Temuan ini memperkuat teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang menyatakan bahwa persepsi kebermanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan merupakan faktor utama dalam mendorong adopsi teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengelola LPD untuk meningkatkan fitur dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi LPD Mobile agar dapat mendorong loyalitas dan partisipasi nasabah secara berkelanjutan.

The problem studied in this study is how do blacksmith craftsmen maintain their existence in themodern era in Sawan Village, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitativemethod with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. There are 3(three) research findings on how blacksmith craftsmen maintain their existence in the modern era: First,continuing the parents' business with the inheritance process in continuing this business the blacksmithfamily in Sawan Village has a strategy of involving children in the blacksmith production process. Second,the opportunity for the blacksmith business to meet the necessities of life, namely the opportunity to becomea blacksmith craftsman by the Soroh Pande community in Sawan Village is influenced by production thathas lived from time to time and the products made already have quality so that there are always collectorswho come to look for them. products made by pande craftsmen in Sawan Village. Third, feeling proud to bea descendant of Pande, namely pride in being a Pande citizen as a form of devotion is manifested in twoways, namely through physical and symbolic activities. Physical activities are in the form of work, place ofwork and objects, while symbolic are names, colors and traditions.

The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a direct influence on jobsatisfaction, with the hypothesis that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on jobsatisfaction. Work ability has a direct effect on job satisfaction, with the hypothesis that work abilityhas a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out whether stress can affect employee productivityand whether emotional intelligence can moderate the effect of stress on employee productivity. Thisresearch approach uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was aquestionnaire with a measuring instrument in the form of a differential sematic scale where the selectedrespondents were all employees of the Singaraja National Savings and Loans Cooperative, namely asmany as 32 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the structural equation model(SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the effectof stress on employee work productivity shows no effect and is not significant, while emotionalintelligence is only a moderating predictor. For this reason, it is expected that all employees of theSingaraja Savings and Loans Cooperative are able to reduce stress levels by increasing emotionalintelligence to support work productivity levels at the Singaraja National Savings and LoansCooperative.
