Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of the womenpreneur mindset and proactive personality on the performance of MSMEs. The study employed a quantitative approach through the administration of questionnaires to 50 women involved in MSMEs. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 25.0. The findings of this research contribute to enhancing understanding in the realms of human resource management and entrepreneurship, particularly in relation to factors influencing MSME performance. According to the study, the womenpreneur mindset and proactive personality make significant contributions to enhancing the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk (product), tempat (place), promosi (promotion), dan orang (people) dalam meningkatkan kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Suasti Padalyang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara, observasi dan analisis terhadap dokumen. Hasil penelitian menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: penerapan bauran pemasaran telah membantu meningkatkan kinerja BUMDes Suasti Padalyang, baik dalam hal pelayanan kepada masyarakat maupun pengembangan unit usaha. Namun demikian, masih diperlukan penguatan pada aspek promosi digital dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The results of this study show that E-Marketing has many benefits, such as reaching more people compared to opening an offline store. Its reach is more throughout Indonesia and even abroad. The author's suggestion is to increase the idea or innovation of various types of products according to consumer trends and desires so that they can provide many choices and attract consumers to buy at the Summerfashion.bali store. and to further increase product stock so that consumers get the products they want.
