Abstract

Shopping at mini markets is now becoming popular as people's shopping orientation changes. This results in consumers preferring to shop in modern markets rather than to stalls or traditional shops. Because consumers want to shop comfortably and practically or in terms of finding goods in an easy way and knowing the location of the desired item. Risaga Jaya is a retail business that sells various needs such as staples, cosmetics, stationery, various snacks, During its operation, many goods are not in demand and there is a buildup of goods in the warehouse because there is no strategy for placing the position of goods that are more attractive to consumers. The purpose of this research is to create a strategy for placing goods to maximize sales using data mining with the apriori algorithm. By using the apriori algorithm, it can organize and organize the layout of an item by bringing related items closer together so that it can increase sales at the store based on consumer purchasing patterns, namely if consumers buy chitato then buy snack candy with a support given of 10% and a confidence given of 75%.

Abstract

Nada Nadine Skincare Store is a business engaged in the sale of beauty skincare. Nada Nadine Skincare Store was established in 2023 and is located on Jalan Lingkungan IV Air Joman, Asahan Regency. The problem at Nada Nadine Skincare Store is that it has difficulty in estimating the level of demand for beauty skincare (Wardah) for inventory because it is still guessing and experience from the production department of Nada Nadine Skincare Store and there is no beauty skincare sales forecasting system that will make it easier for Nada Nadine Skincare Store to determine the amount of beauty skincare (Wardah) inventory. The purpose of this system is to be able to apply the single moving average method to the beauty skincare (Wardah) sales demand forecasting system at the Nada Nadine Skincare Store and to be able to design a website-based beauty skincare (Wardah) sales demand forecasting system at the Nada Nadine Skincare Store using the PHP programming language and MySql database. From the problem analysis, the author tries to predict the amount of beauty skincare demand using the Single Moving Average (SMA) method. The conclusion that can be drawn from research on the Single Moving Average (SMA) based skincare sales forecasting system forecasts the sales demand for beauty skincare (wardah) at the Nada Nadine Skincare Store so The system calculation results are the same as the manual calculation forecast July 2024 is 33,50, forecast August 2024 is 32,75, MAD value is 2,70, MSE value is 11,31 and MAPE value is 8,84%.

Abstract

Abstract: Asahan District Library Service is a growing regional public library and is always making improvements, improvements, and trying to maintain the quality of its services. This is evidenced by the provision of services such as borrowing and returning books (circulation), and adding to the book collection every year. Knowing and understanding visitors' reading interests is the main key in improving the quality of library services. However, managing reading interest from various levels of society is not an easy task. Each individual has different reading preferences and interests. Therefore, a systematic and efficient approach is needed in identifying reading interests to be able to manage the addition of book collections. Currently, in the process of adding a book collection, the library only makes employee recommendations, and the latest books, as a reference in increasing the number of book collections, without considering which books are most in demand to increase the collection. This can have a negative impact if there is an addition to the collection of books that are not in demand to read, which can cause problems in terms of service and finance. Based on this, the application of data mining, especially the K-Means method, will be carried out, to support the management of book collection additions, by grouping the reading interests of library visitors who have the same identity, so that libraries are more precise in managing book collections in grouping books that are rarely borrowed, often borrowed and very often borrowed.  Keywords: visitor reading interest; k-means method; library; data mining; book collectionAbstrak: Dinas Perpustakaan Kabupaten Asahan merupakan perpustakaan umum daerah sedang berkembang dan terus memperbaiki, membenahi, dan meningkatkan layanan. Diberikannya layanan seperti pinjaman dan sirkulasi, dan penambahan koleksi buku setiap tahunnya. Mengetahui dan memahami minat baca pengunjung menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Namun, mengelola minat baca dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Setiap individu memiliki preferensi dan minat baca yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis dan efisien dalam mengidentifikasi minat baca untuk dapat mengelola penambahan koleksi buku. Saat ini, ketika perpustakaan meningkatkan koleksi bukunya, mereka hanya bergantung pada rekomendasi karyawan dan buku terkini untuk menambah jumlah buku. Mereka tidak mempertimbangkan buku mana yang paling diminati untuk menambah koleksi mereka. Hal ini dapat berdampak negatif jika terdapat penambahan koleksi buku yang kurang diminati untuk dibaca, yang dapat menimbulkan masalah dari sisi pelayanan maupun finansial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka akan dilakukan penerapan data mining khususnya metode K-Means, untuk mendukung pengelolaan penambahan koleksi buku, dengan cara mengelompokkan minat baca pengunjung perpustakaan yang memiliki kesamaan identitas, sehingga perpustakaan lebih tepat dalam mengelola koleksi buku dalam mengelompokan buku yang jarang dipinjam, sering dipinjam dan sangat sering dipinjam.Kata Kunci: minat baca pengunjung; metode k-means; perpustakaan; data mining; koleksi buku

Abstract

Technological developments are currently experiencing very rapid growth, having a significant impact on various sectors, both industry and society. One example is the use of technology to create smart offices. Research on Smart Office aims to organize security facilities. This research will develop a Smart Office system model that works in a controlled manner using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This system will use a NodeMcu microcontroller and apply an implementation method. The result is a Smart Office system that can be controlled remotely via the Blynk application. It can be concluded that this Smart Office is capable of setting door locks and can be controlled remotely by the user through commands or conditions given via the Blynk application. This system is also able to detect human movement and provide security information on the door when the door is being broken into. This system is connected to the NodeMcu microcontroller to manage and control Smart Office security, with the aim of reducing the risk of theft.Keywords: smart door lock; nodemcu; smart office; theft; automatization  Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat cepat, berdampak signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, baik industri maupun masyarakat. Salah satu contohnya adalah penggunaan teknologi untuk menciptakan kantor pintar. Penelitian mengenai Smart Office memiliki tujuan untuk mengatur fasilitas keamanan. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan suatu model sistem Smart Office yang bekerja secara terkontrol menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini akan menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMcu dan mengaplikasikan metode implementasi. Hasilnya sebuah sistem Smart Office yang dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh melalui aplikasi Blynk. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Smart Office ini mampu mengatur kunci pintu dan dapat dikendalikan secara remote oleh pengguna melalui perintah atau kondisi yang diberikan melalui aplikasi Blynk. Sistem ini juga mampu mendektesi adanya pergerakan manusia dan memberikan informasi keamanan pada pintu ketika pintu sedang dibobol. Abstract

To clean the floor, it can be done manually by using a floor mop along with floor cleaning fluid, but this will result in a floor that is already clean. Still, the implementation time is long enough to interfere with the time of mothers who are office workers or manufacturers to help their husband's income. . In the process of cleaning the floor, cleaning the floor can be done until the floor is clean so that the children are comfortable playing on the floor. The process of cleaning floors can be done in various ways, either manually or automatically. To clean the floor with a large floor size more quickly, the floor is cleaned with machine power. But the range and limitations of floor cleaning machines exist. So it is necessary to make a robot that works automatically without human assistance to do the cleaning so that the job is done quickly and the area limit of the cleaning results is greater. The system will work using penggerak technology remotely using Bluetooth. This system aims to connect communication between wheeled robots and smartphones via Bluetooth communication media. From the test results, the author has successfully applied Bluetooth technology to a wheeled robot by providing instructions such as forward, backward, turn right, turn left, and stop. This robot is used to clean floors quickly and practically so that it can be done by itself.

Abstract

Abstract: Hypertension is one of the chronic diseases that can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. A healthy diet is an important factor in managing hypertension, but many patients struggle to choose foods that are suitable for their condition. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to help patients determine healthy food choices objectively and systematically. This research aims to apply the ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Réalité) method in determining healthy foods for hypertension patients. This method is used because it can handle various criteria simultaneously and provide recommendations based on a mathematical approach. Data were obtained from Serozha Clinic through interviews, observations, and literature reviews on the nutritional content of food. The research results show that the ELECTRE method is capable of providing healthy food recommendations with an accuracy level of 90%, higher than the manual technique which only reaches 70%. In addition, the time required in the decision-making process has significantly decreased. Patients also showed a higher level of satisfaction with the proposed system. In conclusion, the ELECTRE method has proven effective in helping hypertension patients choose foods that meet their nutritional needs, and can thus be used as a reference in the development of decision support systems in the health sector.Keywords: electre method; healthy food; health management; hypertension. Abstrak: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Pola makan yang sehat menjadi faktor penting dalam pengelolaan hipertensi, namun banyak pasien kesulitan dalam memilih makanan yang sesuai dengan kondisi mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu pasien dalam menentukan pilihan makanan sehat secara objektif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) dalam menentukan makanan sehat bagi penderita hipertensi. Metode ini digunakan karena mampu menangani berbagai kriteria secara simultan dan memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan pendekatan matematis. Data diperoleh dari Klinik Serozha melalui wawancara, observasi, serta tinjauan literatur mengenai kandungan gizi makanan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ELECTRE mampu memberikan rekomendasi makanan sehat dengan tingkat akurasi 90%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan teknik manual yang hanya mencapai 70%. Selain itu, waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan berkurang secara signifikan. Pasien juga menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi terhadap sistem yang diusulkan.Kesimpulannya, metode ELECTRE terbukti efektif dalam membantu penderita hipertensi memilih makanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi mereka, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan di bidang kesehatan.Kata kunci: hipertensi; makanan sehat; metode electre; pengelolaan kesehatan.

Abstract

In Silau Bonto Village, the most affected MSMEs are in the culinary and handicraft sectors, which have a high volume of daily transactions but still operate without adequate digital systems. Through this program, the community service team introduced and trained MSME actors to use a digital-based archive management application that is easy to operate. This application enables MSMEs to store and manage archives in a systematic, secure, and efficient manner. The implementation method of this community service consisted of training activities using approaches such as socialization, technical training, and direct field assistance. Silau Bonto Village, located in Asahan Regency, has a significant number of MSME practitioners, many of whom have never used digital data archiving systems. To address this issue, an archive management application that utilizes a database system was introduced, specifically using a Macro VBA-based application aimed at helping MSMEs manage their archives more quickly and neatly.Keywords: creative UMKM;  data archive; VBA macro application  Abstrak: Di Desa Silo Bonto, UMKM yang paling terdampak adalah sektor kuliner dan kerajinan tangan, yang memiliki intensitas transaksi harian cukup tinggi namun masih dilakukan tanpa sistem digital yang memadai. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdian memperkenalkan dan melatih pelaku UMKM menggunakan aplikasi manajemen arsip berbasis digital yang mudah dioperasikan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pelaku UMKM untuk meyimpan, dan mengelola arsip secara sistematis, aman, dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Desa Silau Bonto adalah desa yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan yang saat ini masyarakatnya sudah banyak sebagai pelaku UMKM, namun tidak sedikit masyarakat pelaku UMKM yang sama sekali belum menggunakan arsip data secara digital. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan aplikasi manajemen arsip data yang proses penyimpanannya menggunakan database yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi macro VBA dengan tujuan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan arsip menjadi lebih cepat dan rapi.Kata kunci: aplikasi macro VBA; arsip data; UMKM kreatif

Abstract

Abstract: Generation Z now dominates Indonesia's population and has great potential in supporting the growth of a technology-based economy. However, in the reality of the world of work, they are often faced with negative stigma, mismatched expectations, and the risk of low job retention. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work perceptions, work realities, and job retention of generation Z in Asahan Regency. The approach used is explanatory quantitative with the SEM-PLS 3 method, involving 110 respondents from among Gen Z who have worked. The results showed that perception has a significant effect on work reality (β = 0.954), and both perception (β = 0.470) and reality (β = 0.448) have a direct influence on job retention. These findings indicate that the alignment between Gen Z's initial expectations and the real conditions in the world of work plays an important role in their decision to stay. Therefore, strategies to improve retention need to be directed at transparent organizational communication and the creation of a work environment that suits the characteristics of this generation. Keywords: Gen Z; Indonesia Emas 2045; Perception; Reality; Retentio Abstrak: Generasi Z kini mendominasi populasi Indonesia dan memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis teknologi. Namun, dalam realitas dunia kerja, mereka kerap dihadapkan pada stigma negatif, ketidaksesuaian ekspektasi, dan risiko rendahnya retensi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara persepsi kerja, realitas kerja, dan retensi kerja generasi Z di Kabupaten Asahan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode SEM-PLS 3, melibatkan 110 responden dari kalangan Gen Z yang telah bekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realitas kerja (β = 0,954), serta baik persepsi (β = 0,470) maupun realitas (β = 0,448) memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap retensi kerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keselarasan antara harapan awal Gen Z dan kondisi nyata di dunia kerja berperan penting dalam keputusan mereka untuk bertahan. Abstract

Abstract: The availability of motorcycle spare parts on time and in sufficient quantities is the key to maintaining customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of authorized workshops and dealers. However, one of the main problems faced is the uncertainty in the amount of demand that often fluctuates due to seasonal factors, consumer behavior, and vehicle maintenance trends. This condition can cause excess stock which increases storage costs or shortages of stock which has an impact on declining service and the potential for losing customers. This study aims to analyze and predict sales of Honda motorcycle spare parts by utilizing the linear regression method. This method was chosen because of its ability to map the relationship between time variables and sales volume quantitatively and simply. The data used are monthly sales data for the last two years from authorized Honda distributors. The results of the analysis show that the linear regression model can predict sales trends with a fairly good level of accuracy, indicated by the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.86. Thus, this model can be used as a decision-making tool in inventory management and marketing strategy planning that is more adaptive to changes in market demand Keywords: linear regression; motorcycle spare parts; sales prediction; stock                  management. Abstrak: Ketersediaan sparepart sepeda motor secara tepat waktu dan dalam jumlah yang memadai merupakan kunci dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan kelancaran operasional bengkel maupun dealer resmi. Namun, salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah ketidakpastian dalam jumlah permintaan yang sering kali fluktuatif akibat faktor musiman, perilaku konsumen, hingga tren perawatan kendaraan. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan kelebihan stok yang meningkatkan biaya penyimpanan atau kekurangan stok yang berdampak pada penurunan pelayanan dan potensi kehilangan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi penjualan sparepart sepeda motor Honda dengan memanfaatkan metode regresi linier. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam memetakan hubungan antara variabel waktu dan jumlah penjualan secara kuantitatif dan sederhana. Data yang digunakan merupakan data penjualan bulanan selama dua tahun terakhir dari distributor resmi Honda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model regresi linier dapat memprediksi tren penjualan dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik, ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,86. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat dijadikan alat bantu pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan perencanaan strategi pemasaran yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan permintaan pasar. Kata kunci: manajemen stok; prediksi penjualan; regresi linier; sparepart motor.
