Abstract

Instructional media development of pocket book pop-up on saga writing material is based on observation and data when collecting information about problem in class. Limited or lack of media type influences toward learning process. Instructional media by using pocket book pop-up can help student in understanding the material because the media used is interesting and the content of the story is easy to understand.There are four focus of this study, are: (1) how is the process  of developing pocket book pop-up instructional media on saga writing material, (2) How is the quality of pocket pop-up instructional media on saga writing material.The research method used in this research is development research by using the Borg and Gall model which consists of ten stages into nine stages consist of (1) the potential and problem stage, (2) the data collection  stage, (3) the product design stage, (4 ) design  validation  stage,(5) design revision  stage, (6) product trial stage, (7) product revision stage,(8) usage trial stage, and (9) product revision stage, (10) mass product stage. The subjects of study in the trial development of  instructional media are class X students of Senior High School Darul Ulum 3 Unggulan Peterongan. The trial is used for data collection in knowing the validity of instructional media.The result of instructional media development of pocket book pop- upin saga writing material on the process of fulfill the validity criteria of validator assessment result is 81 to 95the average value above the KKM. The instructional media developed has the impact of change toward the increase of students’ learning achievement and motivating students when learning in class.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe (1) the forms of the main character's self-actualization in the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi E. and (2) the factors that cause the main character's self-actualization in the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi E. The approach used in this research is a humanist psychology approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that (1) the forms of self-actualization possessed by the main character in the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi E. are acceptance of self, other people, and natural things, simplicity, discrimination between ways and goals, constantly new rewards, and strong interpersonal relationships. (2) the factors that cause self-actualization of the main character in the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi E, namely environmental factors, the need for a high sense of security, and habits. The conclusion of the main character's self-actualization in the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi E, is formed because of the main character's awareness which is influenced by several factors. AbstrakPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan (1) bentuk-bentuk aktualisasi diri tokoh utama dalam novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel karya Arumi E., dan (2) faktor-faktor penyebab aktualisasi diri tokoh utama dalam novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel  karya Arumi E. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan psikologi humanisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) bentuk-bentuk aktualisasi diri yang dimiliki tokoh utama dalam novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel karya Arumi E. yaitu penerimaan akan diri, orang lain, dan hal-hal alamiah, kesederhanaan, diskriminasi antara cara dan tujuan, penghargaan yang selalu baru, dan hubungan interpersonal yang kuat. Adapun, (2) faktor-faktor penyebab aktualisasi diri tokoh utama dalam novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel karya Arumi E, terdiri dari faktor lingkungan, kebutuhan akan rasa aman yang tinggi, dan kebiasaan-kebiasaan. Kesimpulan aktualisasi diri tokoh utama dalam novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel karya Arumi E, terbentuk karena kesadaran tokoh utama yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the Number Head Together (NHT) learning method and its application in PAI learning. The method used in this research is library research, namely a research method based on collecting data and information from various literature and documentation sources available in libraries or in electronic form. The results of this research are that the Number Head Together (NHT) learning method is a very structured method of learning. This method helps gather information, confirms student understanding, and encourages analysis and review of learning material. Another advantage of NHT is its ability to control groups of students, keep them active, and facilitate ongoing discussions. In its application to Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, the Number Heads Together (NHT) method can be an effective approach for teaching religious values, ethics and understanding of religion to students so as to create an environment that supports cooperation, active participation and understanding. a deeper understanding of religious values. It also allows students to share their understanding and enrich their religious knowledge through group discussions and reflection. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang metode pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) dan penerapannya didalam pembelajaran PAI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi Pustaka (Library Research), yaitu metode penelitian yang didasarkan pada pengumpulan data dan informasi dari berbagai sumber literatur dan dokumentasi yang tersedia di perpustakaan atau dalam bentuk elektronik. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah Metode pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) merupakan metode yang sangat terstruktur dalam pembelajaran. Metode ini membantu meramu informasi, mengonfirmasi pemahaman siswa, serta mendorong analisis dan review terhadap materi pembelajaran. Keunggulan lain dari NHT adalah kemampuannya dalam mengendalikan kelompok siswa, membuat mereka tetap aktif, dan memfasilitasi diskusi yang berkelanjutan. Dalam penerapannya pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), metode Number Heads Together (NHT) dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai agama, etika, dan pemahaman agama kepada siswa sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kerja sama, partisipasi aktif, dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang nilai-nilai agama. Ini juga memungkinkan siswa untuk berbagi pemahaman mereka dan memperkaya pengetahuan agama mereka melalui diskusi kelompok dan refleksi.

Abstract

This study investigated the problems and strategies for solving introverted learners' problems in speaking English. Qualitative research design was used in this research. An online MBTI test was used to recruit introverted participants. This research involved eight students at the fourth semester of the English Education Department of UIN SMH Banten. The researchers gathered the data through an online personality test, questionnaire, and interview. The result of this research showed that there were three problems introvert learners facing when they spoke English: linguistic problems (pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary), feeling shy or nervous, and lack of self-confidence. This study also discovered that there were three factors affecting their problems: affective, environment, and personality. This research found six strategies to solve introverted learners' problems in speaking English. The strategies were as such; selfpractice as much as possible, regulating the breath, learning through social media platforms, taking a note of unfamiliar words, listening to English songs, and playing online games.

Abstract

A deep understanding of the concept of successful toilet training requires a creative and interactive approach. One approach to introducing successful toilet training is through engaging and contextually enjoyable activities. The aim of this community service program is to enhance the knowledge and success of toilet training for children aged 2-3 years at the UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar Laboratory Daycare. This community service utilized the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method with stages including planning, action, observation, and reflection. The planning stage involved identifying toilet training issues, discussing with caregivers and parents, and designing interactive toilet training activities. The action stage involved implementing the designed toilet training activities. The observation stage involved monitoring and recording the children's progress during the toilet training process. The reflection stage involved evaluating the results of the toilet training and discussing improvements for the program. The community service program was conducted at the UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar Laboratory Daycare, located in Batusangkar. The results of this community service indicated that the program was effective in improving the success of toilet training among the children. The children showed improvement in their toilet training skills and a better understanding of the importance of toilet training. Additionally, caregivers and parents reported positive changes in the children's behavior related to toilet training. It is hoped that the daycare will adopt these interactive activities as an enjoyable method to introduce and reinforce successful toilet training practices for young children, thus providing them with essential skills from an early age.
