Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting stock prices, empirical study of manufacturing companies in the automotive and component sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2019. This research. using purposive sampling with a sample of 9 automotive and component companies. The data used in this study, in the form of secondary data. Using panel data regression with Eviews 9. The results of the research variable Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Dividend Per Share (DPS) have a significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant positive effect. Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a significant positive effect, and Dividend Per Share (DPS) has a positive and insignificant effect. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of EPS, PER, and DPS on the stock price is 84%. Proving that EPS, PER and DPS explain 84% of Beta Shares, while the remaining 16% is due to other factors outside the variables studied

Abstract

It is recorded at the Coordinating Ministry for Cooperatives and SMEs that the number of micro businesses has reached 63.96 million, businesses small businesses reached 193,959, and small businesses medium enterprises reached 44,728. The difference in the number of micro- enterprises, medium-sized enterprises small, and business This fairly large middle class shows that there is still at least MSME entrepreneurs, especially micro-entrepreneurs, are not yet brave enough to expand their businesses. Business expansion is influenced by several factors, one of which is consumer behavior. MSME entrepreneurs in taking risks. Risk-taking behavior in this research is linked to the business expansion strategies implemented by micro- entrepreneurs. This test is based on the perspective that every business expansion carries risks, which must be addressed. taken into account by entrepreneurs to reduce its impact on the business being run. Where the data to be used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and also secondary data obtained from various sources such as websites, books, and journals. Data processing in this study will use the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The SEM model developed in this study is an SEM model with indicators formative. Where the indicators in this research are factors that influence the variables latent. Data for each indicator in each variable will be collected using a questionnaire using a scale likert. Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the way students interact with learning media, including in the creation of visual content. One of the most widely used applications among students is Canva Mobile, which offers convenience in designing various academic needs practically through mobile devices. This research aims to explore the experiences of second-semester students of the Communication Science Study Program at the University of Boyolali in using the Canva Mobile interface as a supporting medium for completing academic assignments. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, followed by snowball sampling. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the majority of students feel comfortable and find it easy to use Canva Mobile. Its user-friendly interface, diverse features, and flexible access are the main reasons for its popularity. Canva Mobile has been proven to improve the quality of students' visual assignments and support creativity development in the field of visual communication. However, there are some obstacles, such as the limited features in the mobile version compared to the desktop version, as well as restricted access to premium elements. This study concludes that Canva Mobile is an effective, adaptive, and relevant learning medium that aligns with the needs of today’s digital-native students. Students' positive experiences in using this application serve as evidence that mobile technology can be optimally integrated into higher education.

Abstract

The main and urgent focus of the service that will be carried out is an effort to increase the capacity of target partners with training, initiation and AMT (Achievement Motivation Training). The PKM subjects or target partners are given these three treatments, so that the objectives of the PKM activities or programs that have been previously determined will be achieved as well as possible. The focus of the next service is carried out due to the reality in the field of how weak the management aspect is, which is indicated by several facts, namely (1) broadcasts are carried out sporadically adjusting to the "inner mood" of the managers, so that what is felt by the audience of farmers who listen is that sometimes there are broadcasts and sometimes there are none at all, (2) broadcasts tend to be monotonous in this context there are no programs related to the green economy based on varied local potential, (3) The radio crew seems to be the same, only 5 people are actively broadcasting, so that the existing conditions from the perspective of broadcast management show the condition of the zero regeneration of the crew / managers of the community radio. The method in this activity is a workshop on making broadcast programs based on local agriculture. This activity pays attention to the community's experience of agriculture as a basis for the team in determining the training concept. The approach used is adult education or andragogy, which includes discussions, problem solving, simulation exercises, and direct practice. With this program, community radio can become an important pillar in community empowerment, not only in dealing with disasters but also in maintaining the sustainability of local food. With these steps, community radio can become a sustainable, independent, and useful medium for local communities. This sustainability is not only seen from the financial aspect, but also in terms of active community involvement and the relevance of its programs to community needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Merapi FM community radio in reducing disaster risk in the potential disaster exposure area of the Musuk Boyolali sub-district. This research method is empirical research or field research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behaviour that can be understood. This approach is data collection in the form of oral, written, and also in the form of image documentation. Data from a qualitative descriptive approach can come from interviews, photographs, field notes, video recordings, memos and official documents. The results showed that the community plays an active role in disaster risk reduction efforts in the Cluntang area, namely through disaster response training, environmental preservation, trauma healing, and regional arts and culture. Based on the results of the research, the role of Merapi FM community radio in mitigation and disaster risk reduction in the Cluntang area is (1) Carrying out its role and function by facilitating the needs of the community to reduce the risk of the Merapi disaster, (2) Mobilising the community to be directly involved in all activities, starting from on-air and off-air activities.

Abstract

Budaya popular yang mengutamakan kemasan daripada substansi, menjadi semakin tipis lagi ‘’ruh’’-nya, terutama pada saat penumpang lain disusupkan kedalam tubuhnya yang ringkih. Keringkihan itu membuka peluang yang lebar bagi akomodasi kepentingan lain, yang selalu ada dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Budaya popular sendiri sudah miskin substansi, akan menjadi semakin banal / dangkal dengan relasi-relasi dengan bidang lain. Jadi relasi budaya popular dengan politik masuk dalam ‘’ideologi’’ tak-terelakkan. Pembacaan dari berbagai sisi tentang politik dan budaya popular memungkinkan temuan- temuan lain, namun dalam kajian ini melihat bahwa manusia secara instingtif mempunyai hasrat untuk berkuasa, dia cemas jika hal itu tak tercapai. Sublimasi dilakukan agar pembebasan kecemasan tetap bisa dilakukan, sehingga hasrat kekuasaan terlepaskan. Budaya popular memberi ruang untuk itu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi branding politik "Rinto Subekti" melalui media luar ruang (baliho) dalam Pemilu Legislatif 2024 di Daerah Pemilihan VI Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dengan fokus pada analisis isi baliho dan wawancara dengan tim kampanye "Rinto Subekti". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa "Rinto Subekti" menggunakan strategi branding politik yang efektif melalui media luar ruang (baliho) dan political public relations untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan dukungan masyarakat. Penggunaan baliho sebagai media luar ruang dinilai efektif dalam menjangkau masyarakat yang mayoritas tinggal di pedesaan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa "Rinto Subekti" berhasil mendapatkan 122.943 suara by name dan total suara Partai Demokrat 180.997, sehingga menjadi peringkat ke lima dari tujuh kursi yang ada di Dapil VI Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The era of society 5.0 requires the use of digital technology to be stronger. In this study, it will be seen how the implementation of the use of digital technology in the field of education. The purpose of this study is to determine the design form and efforts to develop Pop-Up Book learning media as learning media.  This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) research type. Research and development (R&D) is a process or method used to validate and develop a product. The results of research on the development of Pop-Up Book Learning Media can improve students' critical thinking skills. Teachers have designed lesson plans, but when viewed from the perspective of learning media, a learning media is needed that is packaged in an interesting and comprehensible manner so as to increase interest in student participation in learning, and also to increase student criticality. Therefore, researchers will develop Pop-Up Book learning media to improve students' critical thinking skills. From the problems that have occurred and from previous research as support, an effort is needed to help solve the problems that occur by developing media that can attract interest and increase student understanding. The development of Pop-Up Book Learning Media to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Skills can be carried out by steps: preliminary studies, preparation of initial product drafts, determining basic competencies, designing Pop-Up Book learning media drafts, designing lesson plans, utilizing selected media, involving students in learning by using media and conducting evaluations and revisions.

Abstract

The shift in the form of communication between individuals through social media is an interesting agreement, technological advances that have occurred at this time have created many new media as a place for self-disclosure and expressing themselves. TikTok social media is one of the most widely used social media, especially among generation Z. Currently TikTok is growing as a lifestyle and phenomenon, but not everyone has the courage toexpress themselves or self-disclosure using social media to become a place for interpersonal communication between TikTok social media users in the form of self-disclosure to others. Supported by a good user interface and able to provide user experience to its users, theTikTok application has a user friendly appearance, where the buttons available have a clear shape and location that is easy to remember. This study examines how the form of self- disclosure or self-disclosure among generation Z on TikTok social media. The method used isa qualitative method. Self disclosure on TikTok social media is in the form of confessions of the heart, feelings, thoughts, emotions and information where informants feel relieved after doing self disclosure on TikTok social media with support from virtual friends as a form of replay. There is trust and a sense of comfort that exists and also knows each other through TikTok social media between himself and friends so that he feels safer when making self- disclosures because he is in the same frequency.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Kragilan Village, Mojosongo Sub-district, Boyolali, partnered with Paguyuban Tunggal Rabuk to process livestock manure into eco-friendly compost. The program aimed to strengthen the community’s business capacity through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach by optimizing local assets and wisdom. PKM activities focused on three key areas: (1) strengthening business governance through mentoring in organizational management, simple financial administration, and effective distribution systems; (2) improving production through technical training, appropriate technology use, and product standardization; and (3) implementing web-based digital marketing to expand market reach, enhance branding, and simplify online transactions. The program outcomes showed improved member skills, greater production efficiency, and expanded consumer networks. Overall, PKM effectively empowered Paguyuban Tunggal Rabuk, fostered local-based business independence, and promoted economic sustainability alongside environmental conservation in Kragilan Village.
