Abstract

This research aims to analyze the practicality of Student Worksheets (LKM) using Moloku Kie Raha's local potential project-based learning in the Inorganic Chemistry II course. The research population was 26 students in the fourth semester of the 2022-2023 academic year in the Chemistry Education study program, Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Khairun University. All sample members are used as the population (saturated sample or total sample). Data was obtained through a student response questionnaire during class learning with indicators of the novelty of the material presented, the attractiveness of the LKM display, motivation to learn, the ability to learn more independently, and the ability to learn cooperatively. Data analysis was carried out using a rating scale, transformation of qualitative data into quantitative, and percentages. The research results show that the percentage of practicality of LKM using Moloku Kie Raha local potential project-based learning is 87.2% and is categorized as very practical. The conclusion of this research is that the LKM based on the Moloku Kie Raha local potential project is very practical and suitable for use in Inorganic Chemistry II lectures.

Abstract

Preeklampsia adalah suatu sindrom spesifik pada kehamilan dengan gejala klinis berupa penurunan perfusi organ akibat vasospasme dan aktivasi endotel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tekanan darah pada ibu hamil dengan riwayat preeklampsi sebelum dan setelah pemberian kalsium selama 8 minggu dengan dosis 3x500 mg/hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan pre-post test. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive sampel yaitu 30 ibu hamil yang terbagi atas 13 dengan hipertensi dan 17 dengan tekanan darah normal. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Paired T test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada ibu hamil hipertensi didapatkan TD sistole dengan pValue .000 < 0,05 yang artinya signifikan, dan pada sampel tekanan darah normal didapatkan TD sistole dengan pValue .046 < 0,05 yang artinya signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of teacher performance evaluations in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 12 Tidore Islands City. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this study were teachers and school principals. The research results show that teachers have very good understanding and insight in understanding the concepts and content of the Merdeka Curriculum. The teacher's ability to design lesson plans is good, in the Teaching and Learning Process, the class teacher has good ability to use a scientific approach and create learning that is contextual and has an integrated character, the teacher is able to design assessment signs to determine the type of authentic assessment that will be used

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas media vir-lab pada konsep asam basa dan mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan media vir-lab pada konsep asam basa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan RD dengan model ADDIE Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, Evaluasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ahli media, ahli materi, guru dan siswa kelas XI MA Babang. Objek penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran vir-lab. Teknik pengumpulan data dari angket uji validitas, uji praktikalitas dan uji respon siswa. Penelitian menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran vir-lab yang layak untuk digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat validitas media oleh 2 orang ahli media masing-masing sebesar 92% (sangat valid), 96% (sangat valid), ahli materi 95% (sangat valid), tingkat praktikalitas oleh G1 97,7% (sangat praktis), G2 95,5% (sangat praktis), G3 93,5% (sangat praktis), G4 91,1% (sangat praktis), G5 97,7% (sangat praktis) dan uji respon siswa 94,24% bahwa media vir-lab berbasis aplikasi sangat praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci:                Media, Vir-Lab, Asam BasaAbstractThis research aims to determine the level of validity of vir-lab media on the acid-base concept and determine the level of practicality of vir-lab media on the acid-base concept. This type of research is RD development with ADDIE Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation models. The subjects in this study are media experts, material experts, teachers and students of grade XI MA Babang. The object of this research is a vir-lab learning medium. Data collection techniques from validity test questionnaires, practicality tests and student response tests. Research produces products in the form of vir-lab learning media that are suitable for use. The results showed the media validity rate by 2 media experts each at 92% (very valid), 96% (very valid), material expert 95% (very valid), the level of practicality by G1 97.7% (very practical), G2 95.5% (very practical), G3 93.5% (very practical), G4 91.1% (very practical), G5 97.7% (very practical) and student response test 94.24% that application-based vir-lab media is very practical used in learning.Keywords:Media, Vir-Lab, Acid Base

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi hukum dasar kimia di SMA Negeri 10 Halmahera Selatan. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X, sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 18 siswa dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes menggunakan soal essay sebanyak 12 soal. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan uji paired sample T test dengan hasil Thitung Ttabel (8,915 1,734) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak sehingga model pembelajaran problem based learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai gain 0,31 dalam kategori sedang. AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on student learning outcomes on basic chemical law material at SMA Negeri 10 South Halmahera. This type of research is experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were all class X students, the sample in this study consisted of 18 students with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a test using essay questions as many as 12 questions. The results of hypothesis testing in this study were obtained using the paired sample T test with the results of Tcount Ttable (8.915 1.734) then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected so that the problem-based learning model had an effect on student learning outcomes with a gain value of 0.31 in the medium category.

Abstract

This article examines the use of social media to support the learning process at SMP Negeri 12 Tidore Islands City. This research aims to determine the influence of social media on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research found that the use of social media really supports learning at SMP Negeri 12 Tidore Islands City, students are very enthusiastic in collaborating on teaching materials with online media, students are more enthusiastic about following online tutorials, students find it easier to learn, teachers are providing education to students to use social media wisely, with social media, teachers and students can interact in learning activities anywhere and at any time. In this way, educational interactions are created between students and teachers which can strengthen student motivation so that students have a sense of enthusiasm for studying more actively. So that the use of social media will have an impact on students as a good communication medium. This method of using social media can be used as initial capital to increase effective educational communication between teachers and students as well as educating students. Moreover, if other subject teachers also do the same thing to build closeness with students and direct students to educational communication that takes place outside of school learning hours. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dalam memahami materi ikatan kimia pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tidore Kepulauan Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025, yang didesain dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian adalah teknik sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes dan non tes. Teknik tes yang digunakan berupa soal essay yang berjumlah 10 item, dan teknik non tes berupa angket tanggapan siswa yang berjumlah 15 item. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMAN 2 Tidore Kepulauan dalam memahami materi ikatan kimia terdistribusi dalam 3 kategori, yaitu kategori tinggi sebesar 65% untuk 2 siswa, kategori sedang sebesar 54% untuk 13 siswa, dan kategori rendah sebesar 25% untuk 10 siswa. Di lain pihak, faktor internal yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa rata-rata berada di atas 44%, dan faktor eksternal rata-rata berada di atas 48%. ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine student learning outcomes and influencing factors in understanding chemical bonding material in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Tidore Kepulauan in the 2024/2025 academic year, which was designed with descriptive research. The sampling technique in the study was saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population was used as a sample of 25 students. The instruments used in this research were test and non-test techniques. The test technique used in the form of essay questions totaling 10 items, and non-test techniques in the form of student response questionnaires totaling 15 items. The results of the analysis showed that the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 2 Tidore Islands in understanding chemical bonding material were distributed in 3 categories, namely the high category of 65% for 2 students, the medium category of 54% for 13 students, and the low category of 25% for 10 students. While internal factors that affect student learning outcomes are on average above 44%, and external factors are on average above 48%.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model problem based learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Timur pada materi reaksi redoks. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design yaitu  One-Group Pretest Prossttest Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Timur yang berjumlah 15 orang. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar observasi  aktifitas siswa (ranah afektif dan ranah psikomotorik) dan tes hasil belajar siswa berupa soal  uraian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan analisis Uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Timur pada materi reaksi redoks dengan nilai signifikasi 0,001 0,05 dengan presentase nilai gain sebesar 50 % dengan kategori sedang.Kata Kunci :        Model Problem Based Learning (PBL), Hasil Belajar, Reaksi Redoks Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the problem based learning (PBL) model on the learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Timur on redox reaction material. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design, namely One-Group Pretest Prossttest Design. Sampling using saturated sampling. The research sample was 15 students of class X SMA Negeri 7  Halmahera Timur. The research data were obtained by using student activity observation sheets (affective and psychomotor domains) and student learning outcomes tests in the form of description questions. Based on the results of data analysis with the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test analysis, it was concluded that there was an effect of the problem based learning (PBL) model on the learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 7 Halmahera Timur on redox reaction material with a significance value of 0.001 0.05 with a percentage gain value. by 50% in the medium category.Keywords:Model Problem Based Learning (PBL), Learning Outcomes, Redox Reaction.

Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu One Group Pretest Posttest Desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X berjumlah 14 siswa teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal essay sebanyak 10 nomor. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis mengunakan SPSS 21.0. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari uji Paired Sampel T Test thitungttabel atau 7,5151,770, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. The population in this study was class X, totaling 14 students, the sampling technique was saturated sam pling. The instrument used is 10 essay questions. The data obtained was then analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The results of the hypothesis test in this research were obtained from the Paired Sample T Test tcount ttable or 7.5151.770, so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So the problem based learning model influences students critical thinking abilities with a large influence obtained from the test value of 0.35 in the medium category..

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian dengan metode in-silico digunakan untuk mengetahui mekanisme kerja suatu senyawa aktif. Senyawa aktif yang dipelajari adalah senyawa dari suatu herbal dalam rangka penemuan obat baru. Diketahui beberapa bahan alam yang mengandung senyawa aktif yang dapat menghambat aktifitas enzim lipase. Senyawa aktif yang memiliki potensi inhibitor enzim lipase diantaranya Genistein yang terdapat pada kacang merah, homoorientin, epicatechin gallate, dan cumoric acid yang terdapat pada daun sirsak, Benzyl Benzoat dan Chloromycetin yang terdapat pada cendawan. Kata Kunci :        Molecular Docking, Bahan Alam, Inhibitor, Enzim LipaseAbstract Research with the in-silico method is used to determine the mechanism of action of an active compound. The active compounds studied are compounds from an herb in the context of the discovery of new drugs. It is known that some natural ingredients contain active compounds that can inhibit the activity of the lipase enzyme.
