Abstract

Teknologi informasi menjadi pilihan utama dalam menciptakan sistem informasi yang tangguh sekarang ini,sehingga mampu melahirkan keunggulan kompetitif dan menjadi strategi unggulan di tengah persaingan yangsemakin ketat sekarang ini. Penerimaan siswa baru adalah kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan setiap tahun baik dipendidikan tingkat dasar maupun pendidikan tingkat tinggi. Penerimaan siswa baru di MA Darul Qur’an Bengkelakan dilakukan melalui system informasi dimana data yang diolah terbatas pada data pendaftaran, data hasil seleksidan data siswa, aplikasi dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Aplikasi inimenghasilkan output untuk siswa yaitu formulir pendaftaran, kartu pendaftaran sedangkan output yang dihasilkanuntuk pihak sekolah yaitu data pendaftar dan data calon siswa yang diterima.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, every level of educational institutions is demanded to employ online learning based on their condition and capability. Many efforts have been done to sustain the teaching and learning process without a face-to-face system. The characteristic of the learning model in vocational school is identical to education specified in the technical field which encompasses several fields of expertise and is passed down to expertise program and expertise competency which require an integrated system. One of the ways to meet the demand is constructing online learning with a learning management system based on Moodle (Modulator Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment). The aim of this model is to create an effective and integrated learning environment in order to create ease in observation and evaluation. This research used Zachman Framework which was started by determining scope system encompassing data, process and computer network configuration; designing business model by using Use Case Diagram; designing the model of the information system by using Class Diagram, Activity Diagram and Sequences Diagram; designing technology model by creating users’ interface program; and proceed to the implementation by customizing the Moodle software to create Moodle-based online learning which can be used in vocational schools.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the whole world since the beginning of 2020, making many activities unable to run as usual. Likewise, the thesis mentoring process, which is usually carried out face-to-face with the supervisor by the agreed schedule, is no longer possible due to an appeal from the government to work and study from home so that the mentoring process becomes constrained. Instead, the mentoring process through e-mail or WhatsApp application, where the supervisor will correct the thesis, provide notes for improvement, and send it back to students. E-mail and WhatsApp as media in the mentoring process is used. However, it will make it difficult for lecturers to find out recordings of the student. Besides, it is still possible for thesis files to be scattered or lost because there is only one student. The research aims to produce an online thesis guidance application called SI-BISA. The research was conducted using the Waterfall Model, resulting in the SI-BISA application in the PHP Programming Language with the CodeIgniter 4 Framework. The system design used the Unified Modeling Language and system testing using the Black Box Method. Given the long-lasting Covid-19 pandemic, an online thesis guidance application is very urgent. So that the thesis mentoring process can continue to run effectively even without face-to-face and the need to build an integrated information system to make it easier for supervisors to monitor the progress of their guidance students and improve the effectiveness and service of thesis guidance provided to students.

Abstract

Watermelon is one of the fruit commodities currently being developed in West Nusa Tenggara by making Central Lombok Regency as its production center. The problems that are often faced by farmers in watermelon farming, apart from pests, watermelon plants are also often affected by diseases that cause the plants to wilt and then dry, white spots on the flesh, the growth of leaves and small fruit so that it has an impact on decreasing productivity caused by lack of knowledge farmers in recognizing and dealing with diseases in watermelon plants so that they are often mishandled. This research was conducted with the aim of producing an expert system that can be used to detect diseases in watermelon plants and provide solutions for handling them so that watermelon farmers can make prevention and treatment efforts quickly before the disease is transmitted to many other watermelon plants. This expert system was built with the Mobile-based Certainty Factor Method with the Android operating system so that it can be downloaded in the Playstore by watermelon farmers or anyone who needs it so that it is expected to help farmers detect diseases in watermelon plants and provide appropriate handling steps based on related theories.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan obat yang tepat sangat penting bagi apotek untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mencegah kerugian akibat penumpukan obat kedaluwarsa. Masalah sering terjadi karena kurangnya perhatian terhadap tanggal kedaluwarsa saat obat dikeluarkan untuk penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan obat melalui penerapan Metode First Expired First Out (FEFO), yang ideal untuk produk dengan masa simpan terbatas. Metode ini memastikan obat dengan masa kedaluwarsa terdekat digunakan terlebih dahulu, sehingga dapat meminimalkan kerugian. Untuk mendukung penerapan FEFO, dikembangkan sistem informasi persediaan obat berbasis web menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, yang meliputi analisis, perancangan, pengkodean, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Analisis kebutuhan mencakup aspek fungsional dan non-fungsional. Perancangan dilakukan dengan alat bantu seperti Diagram UML (Use Case dan Aktivitas) untuk dua aktor utama, yaitu admin dan kasir. Perancangan basis data menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram menghasilkan tujuh tabel yang saling berelasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi yang mampu menghasilkan laporan stok obat, obat masuk, dan obat keluar sesuai periode yang diinginkan. Pengujian fungsional menggunakan Metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan hasil 100% berhasil, di mana seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi.Proper inventory management of medicines is essential for pharmacies to improve operational efficiency and prevent losses caused by the accumulation of expired medicines. Problems often arise due to a lack of attention to expiration dates when medicines are issued for sales. This study aims to enhance the efficiency of medicine inventory management through the implementation of the First Expired First Out (FEFO) method, which is ideal for products with limited shelf life. This method ensures that medicines nearing their expiration date are used first, minimizing potential losses. To support the implementation of FEFO, a web-based medicine inventory information system was developed using the Waterfall software development method, which includes analysis, design, coding, implementation, and evaluation phases. System requirements analysis covered both functional and non-functional aspects. The system design utilized tools such as UML diagrams (Use Case and Activity Diagrams) for two main actors, namely the admin and cashier. Database design using an Entity Relationship Diagram produced seven interrelated tables. This study resulted in an information system capable of generating reports on medicine stock, incoming medicines, and outgoing medicines for a specified period. Functional testing using the Black Box Testing method showed 100% success, with all features functioning as expected.

Abstract

CV. Bangun Bersama has been operating since 1985, providing construction services for various projects such as office buildings, housing, irrigation and other infrastructure. This company experiences difficulty in providing adequate access to information regarding the services offered, especially for projects from the general public. The research aimed to develop a Project Services Information System (SIJAPRO) using Web-Based to increase information accessibility, and simplify service processes and transaction calculations. This system was designed using the web-based prototype technique with the Laravel framework. The developed system design is carried out using Usecase Diagrams and Activity Diagrams, database design uses Entity Relationship Diagrams. The user evaluation was examined using questionnaires with Likert scales of 1-5 and system functionality was assessed using the Black Box testing method. The results of user evaluation showed a high average score, about 90.8%, which was interpreted as the very good category, so it can be concluded that this application is applicable, practical, and fulfills the user needs. In addition, the results of functional testing using the Black Box Testing Method produced all (100%) menus, actions, and buttons that can be used effectively which showed the functions can run as expected so it was feasible to use by CV. Bangun Bersama telah beroperasi sejak tahun 1985, menyediakan layanan konstruksi untuk berbagai proyek seperti gedung perkantoran, perumahan, irigasi, dan infrastruktur lainnya. Perusahaan ini mengalami kesulitan dalam memberikan akses informasi yang memadai mengenai layanan yang ditawarkan, terutama untuk proyek dari masyarakat umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Jasa Proyek (SIJAPRO) Berbasis Web guna meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi, mempermudah proses pelayanan, dan perhitungan transaksi. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan Metode Prototipe berbasis web dengan kerangka kerja Laravel. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan Diagram Use case dan Diagram Aktivitas, perancangan database menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram. Evaluasi pengguna menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert 1-5 dan pengujian terhadap fungsionalitas sistem dievaluasi dengan Metode Black Box testing. Hasil evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan persentase rata-rat skor yang sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 90,8% dengan interpretasi sebagai kategori sangat baik, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini mudah digunakan, praktis dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Selain itu, hasil uji fungsional dengan Metode Black Box Testing menghasilkan nilai 100% atau sempurna pada fungsi menu, aksi, dan tombol yang dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan harapan sehingga layak untuk digunakan oleh CV. Abstract

Cocoa is one of the agricultural commodities in West Nusa Tenggara. The problems often experienced by cocoa farmers cannot be separated from various disturbing factors such as disease, climate and errors in maintenance. Farmers' limited knowledge in diagnosing diseases in cocoa plants often results in mistakes that result in crop failure. This research produces an expert system that can diagnose diseases in cocoa plants and provide control solutions so that farmers can carry out prevention and treatment efforts quickly and precisely. The Certaninty Factor method is used because this method is suitable for measuring certainty in diagnosing disease, apart from that, this method can only process two data in one calculation so that the accuracy of the data can be maintained. The software development method used is Waterfall with a design tool using the Unified Modeling Language Diagram. Functional testing has been carried out using the Black Box Testing Method with 100% valid results and accuracy testing with 20 cases resulted in an accuracy level of 100%.Keywords: Expert System; Cocoa Plant Diseases; Certainty Factor; Web AbstrakKakao merupakan salah satu komoditi pertanian di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh petani kakao tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor pengganggu seperti faktor penyakit, iklim dan kesalahan dalam pemeliharaan. Keterbatasan pengetahuan petani dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada tanaman kakao seringkali mengakibatkan kesalahan yang berdampak pada gagal panen. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat mendiagnosis penyakit pada tanaman kakao dan memberikan solusi pengendalian sehingga petani dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan dan penanganan dengan cepat dan tepat. Digunakannya Metode Certaninty Factor karena metode ini cocok dipakai untuk mengukur kepastian dalam mendiagnosis penyakit, selain itu metode ini dalam sekali hitung hanya dapat mengolah dua data saja sehingga keakuratan data dapat terjaga. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak  yang digunakan adalah Waterfall dengan perangkat perancangan menggunakan Diagram Unified Modeling Language. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan menggunakan Metode Black Box Testing dengan hasil valid 100% dan pengujian akurasi dengan 20 kasus menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Program penguatan potensi dan promosi Desa Wisata Sesaot bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) dalam memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi. Metode pelaksanaan program ini melibatkan workshop dan pelatihan berbasis partisipatif, yang mencakup materi pemasaran digital, pembuatan konten kreatif, pengelolaan media sosial, serta penggunaan aplikasi berbasis Android. Mitra kegiatan terdiri dari 15 anggota Pokdarwis berusia 25–35 tahun. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan mitra dalam pemasaran digital, tercermin dari nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 59,7 yang meningkat menjadi 84 pada post-test, dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,68 (kategori sedang hingga tinggi). Selain itu, Pokdarwis berhasil mengelola akun media sosial untuk mempromosikan objek wisata dan produk UMKM, serta meluncurkan aplikasi Desa Wisata berbasis Android yang memudahkan wisatawan untuk mendapatkan informasi, membeli tiket, dan berbelanja produk lokal secara online. Kesimpulannya, program ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas mitra serta mendukung pencapaian pembangunan berkelanjutan. Disarankan agar pemerintah desa memberikan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan komitmen pengelola dalam mengoptimalkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi. Improving the Quality of Human Resources of Tourism Awareness Groups to Strengthen Potential and Promote Digital-Based Villages  The program to enhance the potential and promotion of Desa Wisata Sesaot aims to strengthen the capacity of the local tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) in utilizing digital media for promotion. The program's implementation methods involved participatory workshops and training sessions, covering digital marketing, creative content creation, social media management, and the use of Android-based applications. The program engaged 15 Pokdarwis members aged 25–35 years. The results indicated significant improvements in the participants' digital marketing skills, as reflected by an average pre-test score of 59.7, which increased to 84 in the post-test, with an average N-Gain of 0.68 (moderate to high category). Additionally, the Pokdarwis successfully managed social media accounts to promote tourist attractions and local MSME products, as well as launched an Android-based Desa Wisata application. This application provides tourists with easy access to information, online ticket purchases, and local product shopping. In conclusion, the program effectively enhanced the partners' capacity and supported sustainable development goals. It is recommended that the village government provide ongoing support to ensure the commitment of the managers in optimizing digital media as a promotional tool.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an introduction application for the Sesaot Tourism Village in Narmada District, West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This qualitative descriptive study uses the waterfall system development method and system design tools using UML. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview techniques. The study results are in the form of an Android-based Sesaot Tourism Village application that has undergone functionality testing using the Black Box Testing method with 100% valid results, which means that all menus and buttons can function correctly. With this application, tourists can easily get information related to Sesaot Tourism Village, both tourist attractions equipped with maps and routes, events that will be held, ticket purchases, and sales of superior UMKM products from Sesaot Tourism Village. The impact of the research is expected to increase the number of tourist visits and expand the marketing area of Sesaot Tourism Village to national and international levels.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membangun aplikasi pengenalan Desa Wisata Sesaot di Kecamatan Narmada, Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall dan alat perancangan sistem menggunakan UML. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi Desa Wisata Sesaot berbasis Android yang telah dilakukan pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dengan hasil 100% valid, yang artinya semua menu dan button dapat  berfungsi dengan baik. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini wisatawan dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi terkait Desa Wisata Sesaot, baik objek wisatanya yang dilengkapi dengan peta dan rute, acara-acara yang akan dilaksanakan, pembelian tiket dan penjualan produk-produk UMKM unggulan desa wisata Sesaot. Dampak penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan memperluas area pemasaran Desa Wisata Sesaot ke tingkat nasional dan mancanegara.
