Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of students' spiritual intelligence through Asmaul Husna activities at SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga, which is aligned with the school's vision in producing graduates with noble character and environmental insight to compete in the global era. The research method used is a qualitative approach by exploring data through interviews, observations, and literature studies as primary data, and strengthening the results with the use of questionnaires as secondary data. The results showed that routine efforts in carrying out Asmaul Husna activities have not made a significant impact on the development of students' spiritual intelligence. Observations show that most students can merely cognitively grasp the concepts or at the knowledge level, but are not fully able to implement them in their daily lives, especially with regard to changing attitudes. Therefore, comprehensive support from all the stakeholders of the school is needed in designing a more effective strategy for developing students' spiritual intelligence. Asmaul Husna activities that are carried out every day need to be carefully monitored by the school and family, considering that the success of this activity can be assessed from significant changes in students' attitudes and behaviour, which are the initial capital in their future career development.

Abstract

Konsep Blended Learning sebagai alternatif pendidikan yang menjanjikan dengan menggabungkan pembelajaran daring (online) dengan interaksi tatap muka (offline), sehingga membentuk pengalaman belajar yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi. Blended Learning memadukan konsep pembelajaran berbasis teknologi sehingga dibutuhkan platform pembelajaran atau e-learning untuk dapat  menyampaikan pesan, dapat merangsang pikiran, perasaan, dan kemauan mahasiswa juga untuk memudahkan serta mewujudkan tercapainya pemahaman materi kepada mahasiswa, menciptakan suasana pembelajaran efektif, kreatif dan menciptakan kemampuan penguasaan teknologi pada diri mahasiswa. UKSW menyediakan Learning Management System Flexible Learning (F-Learn) sebagai platform pembelajaran. Fitur yang disediakan perlu dipelajari oleh mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa baru sehingga diperlukan pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi para mahasiswa baru UKSW. Melalui penerapan flexible learning, pendekatan blended learning diperkenalkan secara holistik, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang terpadu antara pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka. Peran dosen sebagai fasilitator memiliki peran penting dalam membimbing mahasiswa dalam memahami dan mengakses platform flexible learning. Inovasi pembelajaran dapat membuka pintu gerbang menuju pembelajaran blended yang lebih efektif dan interaktif. Mahasiswa diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan adaptasi dalam lingkungan pembelajaran yang semakin beragam untuk menghadapi tuntutan pendidikan tinggi di era digital.

Abstract

Pendidikan demokrasi di Indonesia cenderung didasarkan pada kurikulum nasional yang sering kali tidak mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai lokal dan konteks sosial budaya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendidikan demokrasi yang berbasis kearifan lokal, dengan fokus pada mandok hata sebagai salah satu model praktik kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap 5 subjek penelitian yang merupakan informan kunci, serta data sekunder melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mandok hata mengandung prinsip-prinsip pendidikan demokrasi, antara lain keterlibatan aktif dan partisipasi, pemahaman hak dan kewajiban, kritis dan refleksi, komunikasi praktis, kemampuan bekerja sama dan gotong royong, serta kesadaran sosial. Pendekatan pendidikan demokrasi yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai dan tradisi mandok hata dapat membantu mengembangkan partisipasi dan kesadaran politik individu dalam keluarga dan masyarakat lokal. Dengan demikian, pendidikan demokrasi berbasis kearifan lokal memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk masyarakat yang demokratis dan partisipatif, serta dalam memperkuat dan melestarikan kearifan lokal sebagai warisan budaya yang berharga.

Abstract

The research examines religious discrimination against Christian communities in Salatiga City, a location frequently regarded as a model of religious tolerance and diversity in Indonesia. The novelty of the research lies in uncovering discriminatory practices within a city that officially promotes interfaith harmony, thereby revealing the gap between public discourse and lived experiences. Using a qualitative approach, the research provides insights into how religious exclusivism manifests even within contexts celebrated for their pluralistic values. Data are collected through interviews with three key informants—SH, M, and U—who experience forced displacement from the X subdistrict due to their religious identity. The interview data are analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analytical framework to identify recurring patterns and themes. The findings indicate various forms of discrimination, including social ostracism, restrictions on property ownership, prohibitions on worship, and forced evictions based on religious affiliation. This discrimination emerges from deeply rooted beliefs that perceive Christianity as incompatible with predominant local traditions and practices. What distinguishes the research is its focus on the micro-level dynamics of intolerance and how these practices challenge Indonesia's constitutional principles of religious freedom and unity in diversity. To address these challenges, the research proposes a multi-stakeholder intervention framework emphasizing leadership engagement, public education, and interfaith dialogue. By integrating empirical evidence with practical solutions, the research strengthens scholarly understanding of the challenges faced by religious minorities in Indonesia. It offers recommendations for fostering genuine pluralism and enhancing social cohesion at the community level.
