Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan paradigma karier Abad ke-21 yang memberi perhatian terhadap pengembangan employability skill. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan kerangka hipotetik bimbingan karier di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang berorientasi pada paradigma karier abad ke-21 dalam rangka mengembangkan employability skills Siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian research and development model Borg and Gall yang diadaptasi dan menjadi delapan tahapan yakni:  1) kajian konseptual employability skills, 2) kajian faktual employability skills, 3) tahap penyusunan struktur hipotetik, 4) Validasi konstruk oleh ahli, 5) revisi draft kerangka hipotetik, 6) validasi empirik, 7) revisi draft hipotetik, 8) kerangka final hipotetik. Penelitian yang melibatkan 350 partisipan ini terdiri dari dosen ahli bimbingan dan konseling, praktisi bimbingan dan konseling, serta siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Dari pengembangan kerangka hipotetik bimbingan karier, beberapa komponen utama yang dihasilkan meliputi: 1) rasional; 2) deskripsi kebutuhan; 3) tujuan; 4) sasaran; 5) kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling; 6) peran guru bimbingan dan konseling; 7) struktur dan tahapan kerangka hipotetik; serta 8) evaluasi dan indikator keberhasilan.Kata kunci: Employability skill, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, Hipotetik Bimbingan Karier

Abstract

Cultural bias often occurs in implementing counseling in schools, so providing services to counselees is less than optimal.; this occurs due to the counselor’s need for knowledge and understanding of clients from specific cultural backgrounds, including clients from Bugis cultural backgrounds. This research aims to identify the Bugis cultural conception of counseling from Kajaolaliddong’s thoughts in his dialogue with Arumpone (king of Bone). The research method used is a qualitative approach with the Gadamerian hermeneutic research method type, which refers to part and whole analysis in understanding and interpreting texts. The research found the concept of human nature, the ideal and problematic personality, and the criteria for Bugis counselors from Kajaolaliddong’s thoughts. Human nature is found in the concepts of Ade’, Speech, Rapang, and Wari; The concept of the ideal person is found in the concepts of Lempu’ na Sabbi Obbie, Acca’ na Sabbi Gauq’, dan De na Pojiwi Sisala-salae; The concept of a problematic personality is found in the concepts of Dena Talinge, Teani Ripakainge, Madongo, Masekkang, Makkelo Elo, Tenna Maseiwi Tau-e, Matanre Cinna, dan Napojiwi Sisala-Salae. The Bugis counselor criteria are found in the concepts of Ininnawa Deceng, Macca Mpinru, Macca Duppai Ada, dan Poada Ada Tongeng. The implications of this research can be used as material for developing Bugis culture-based counseling in schools to provide guidance and counseling services to counselees with a Bugis cultural background.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to examine the specifics and in-depth of the concept of integrative moral education in the perspective of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya and recommend the formulation of implementative methods that can be applied in the moral education based on his perspective. This research used qualitative methods by using a content analysis approach to the book of Makārim al-Akhlāq by Ibnu Abi al-Dunya. The results revealed that the moral education in the concept of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya is an ongoing process of education in instilling noble nature, which is based on true faith and tauḥīd, in order to form a godly person, has the perfection of faith. True moral education is moral education that is inseparable from the education of faith and faith. This is because noble morals must be based on faith, while the perfection of faith is reflected in noble morals. Moral education methods should be emphasized on more substantial aspects of emphasis rather than just being formalistic and verbal. The methods (uslub) of moral education in the concept and thinking of Ibnu Abi al-Dunya are pioneered as follow: (1) al-qudwah wa al-uswah, good examples; (2) al-targīb wa al-tasywīq, makes a person love and like something; (3) at-tarhīb, threat or punishment; (4) al-ta'awwud, of habituation; (5) al-wa'zhu wa al-naṣīḥah, advice and direction; (6) al-ḥiwār, discussion.

Abstract

AbstrakProgram pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas 25 guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) anggota MGBK SMA Kota Makassar dalam mengintegrasikan Disiplin Positif berbasis Joyful Learning guna memperkuat kesejahteraan psikologis dan motivasi belajar siswa. Kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif–kolaboratif melalui workshop interaktif, case discussion, role-play/microteaching, dan umpan balik formatif, disertai pretest–posttest serta observasi unjuk kerja. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rerata pengetahuan dari 80% (pra-tes) menjadi 87% (paska-tes) dan keterampilan dari 75% menjadi 85%. Penerapan komponen Joyful Learning memperoleh skor 90% pada rubrik observasi. Secara kualitatif, guru melaporkan: (1) pergeseran mindset dari kontrol perilaku menuju pengembangan regulasi diri melalui choice language, (2) iklim kelas lebih positif berkat rutinitas menyenangkan (mis. two-stars-and-a-wish, gratitude circle), dan (3) kolaborasi BK–mapel yang kian erat melalui co-planning mingguan. Untuk keberlanjutan, peserta menyusun action plan, peer coaching, serta checklist implementasi dua mingguan. Temuan menegaskan bahwa disiplin positif yang ditopang pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan berkontribusi pada penguatan hubungan guru–siswa, penurunan stres akademik, dan peningkatan motivasi belajar, serta siap direplikasi di konteks sekolah menengah lainnya.Kata kunci: disiplin positif; joyful learning; kesejahteraan psikologis; motivasi belajar; bimbingan dan konseling

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of personality and education in the Qur'an and its relevance to character education. This research is qualitative descriptive research through literature study and content analysis methods. The results show that the concept of personality in the Qur'an can be categorized in many forms, but can be categorized into five personal points with the spirit of mu'min, muṣliḥ, mujāhid, muta'āwin, and mutqin. The concept of character education in the Qur'an can be formulated in the form of a balanced remembrance and thought, consistently carrying out worship, leaving the bad, and carrying out all forms of goodness. The relevance of personality to character education can be seen from efforts to educate the soul to become a believer who has an attitude of faith above a straight faith, worships according to instructions, and has a noble character. As for the soul of a muṣliḥ, mujāhid, muta'āwin, and mutqin, it can be seen from the effort to continue learning to teach science, preaching by preventing the bad and inviting the good, as well as patience, cooperation (gotong royong), striving for the best (professionalism), of every trust given. The application of character education based on the personality of the Qur'an with the Islamic Worldview is an effort to view everything based on faith in Allah, faith in revelation, faith in the Prophet, and so on.
