Abstract

Background: Many previous studies have discussed hand and foot reflexology which is useful for reducing postpartum pain. However, previous studies presented different results related to foot massage, time and pain changes, so that in this systematic review aimed at supporting non-pharmacological nursing interventions of the hands and feet reflexology associated with postpartum enhancement by looking at these three types namely : duration of massage, time of massage and changes in pain. Objective: This study aims to analyze the duration, time, and results of hand or foot reflexology in reducing maternal postpartum pain. Methods: A systematic review through maternity nursing articles to analyze the effects of hand or foot reflexology in reducing postpartum pain. Search articles using electronic databases namely Sciene Direct, Pubmed, PMC, Google Schoolar and Scopus. Articles that meet the inclusion criteria will be collected and analyzed systematically. Results: In a systematic review it is explained that hand or foot reflexology can reduce postpartum maternal pain but in the duration and timing of the intervention still need consideration from further researchers. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, hand or foot reflexology is recommended to reduce pain, specifically postpartum pain

Abstract

Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan lingkungan yang overcrowded yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Kondisi ini jika berlangsung secara terus-menerus maka akan menyebabkan buruknya kualitas pelayanan di IGD. Perawat merupakan profesi yang menggunakan sistem shift dalam bekerja. Kehilangan jam tidur pada shift malam hari dan faktor pencahayaan di IGD dapat menyebabkan tingginya resiko kejadian gangguan tidur/ Circadian Rhytme Sleep Disorders (CRSD) yang memicu terjadinya kelalaian dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan, dan kecelakaan pada perawat. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui gambaran CRSD pada perawat di IGD RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 25 perawat IGD yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index (PSQI). Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagian besar berumur 30 sampai 40 tahun sebanyak 12 responden (48%), sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 16 responden (64%) dan sebagian besar responden tidak mengalami CRSD yaitu sebanyak 14 responden (56%). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa sebagian besar responden tidak mengalami CRSD. Perlu penelitian lanjutan yang mampu mengontrol variabel-variabel yang berhubungan dengan CRSD.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is a type of cancer that causes high mortality and morbidity rates in women. Women's awareness of screening to prevent cervical cancer is still low. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause women's low awareness of cervical cancer screening. This research uses a correlational design with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 94 people with the criteria being women aged 15 to 59 years, married, living with their husband, and domiciled in Sungai Rangas Ulu Village. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study used questionnaire A in the form of demographic data and questionnaire B in the form of a questionnaire about knowledge, attitudes and satisfaction with health workers. Data collection was carried out in July-August 2023. in Sungai Rangas Ulu Village in West Martapura District, Banjar Regency. The research questionnaire was filled out directly by research respondents at their homes. The results of the Chi Square test obtained a p value of 0.038, which means there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude and the Chi Square test obtained a p value of 0.013, which means there is a significant relationship between satisfaction with health workers and attitude. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained a sig level. of 0.000 that knowledge and satisfaction have a role in women's attitudes with a beta value of 0.575 as the most dominant factor influencing women's attitudes towards cervical cancer screening. Women's knowledge and satisfaction with health workers plays an important role in influencing women's attitudes towards cervical cancer screening.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition before, during and after birth. This condition has a major impact on child development and cognitive abilities in the future. The discovery of stunting cases by cadres at toddler posyandus spread across each sub-district. The role of posyandu cadres is at the forefront in recognizing stunting incidents. This activity aims to improve the ability of posyandu cadres in preventing stunting incidents both during pregnancy and in caring for children. This activity is an activity in the application of health promotion to cadres which is a form of dedication of lecturers in applying their knowledge and supporting government efforts to improve human resources. The implementation of this activity involved 30 toddler posyandu cadres and pregnant women spread across 4 sub-districts, namely Cempaka Village, Sungai Tiung Village, Bangkal Village, and Palam Village. This activity was carried out in the Cempaka District Hall. Before the implementation of education about stunting, a pre-test questionnaire was filled out for 10 minutes, then continued with the presentation of the material and ended with a post-test questionnaire for 10 minutes. The results obtained showed that the knowledge of cadres about stunting increased after being given education. The knowledge of cadres with a high level of knowledge before training by 6.67% increased to 73.33%. The importance of knowledge possessed by cadres as the front line in preventing stunting.

Abstract

AbstrakKesehatan ibu hamil merupakan salah satu indikator penting derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kehamilan termasuk fase kritis yang memerlukan upaya promotif dan preventif agar ibu hamil dapat memiliki kesadaran dan pengetahuan dalam menjaga kehamilannya. Salah satu desa di Kabupaten Banjar yang belum pernah mendapatkan edukasi kesehatan mengenai mengenai komplikasi kehamilan adalah Desa Keliling Benteng Ulu, Kecamatan Martapura Barat. Program Bumil Beraksi (Ibu Hamil Bebas Komplikasi) dirancang bertujuan sebagai bentuk intervensi spesifik dalam mencegah komplikasi kehamilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian one-group pretest posttest pada 22 ibu hamil di wilayah setempat dengan mengikuti rangkaian program dari pretest, edukasi sampai post test. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu hamil dengan trimester I, II, dan III. Ibu hamil menerima edukasi terkait komplikasi yang sering terjadi yaitu anemia, hipertensi gestasional dan diabetes gestasional. Evaluasi pretest dan posttest diberikan menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 10 pertanyaan sesuai materi edukasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (p<0,000) yang menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil. Program Edukasi “Bumil Beraksi” terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil di wilayah pinggiran sungai Martapura. Peningkatan pengetahuan ini diharaokan dapat berkontribusi pada perubahan perilaku kesehatan yang baik, dan perawatan ANC yang rutin. Disarankan agar program ini dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam program Puskesmas setempat sehingga memastikan keberlanjutan dan jangkauan lebih luas. Kata kunci: edukasi kesehatan; ibu hamil; komplikasi; pinggiran sungai AbstractMaternal health is an important indicator of public health. Pregnancy is a critical phase that requires promotive and preventive efforts to ensure pregnant women have awareness and knowledge in maintaining their pregnancies. One village in Banjar Regency that has never received health education regarding pregnancy complications is Keliling Benteng Ulu Village, West Martapura District. The Bumil Beraksi (Complication-Free Pregnant Women) program was designed as a specific intervention to prevent pregnancy complications. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design on 22 pregnant women in the local area who participated in a series of programs from pretest, education, to posttest. The study population was pregnant women in their first, second, and third trimesters. Pregnant women received education regarding common complications, namely anemia, gestational hypertension, and gestational diabetes. Pretest and posttest evaluations were conducted using a 10-question questionnaire based on the educational material. The results showed a significant effect (p<0.000), indicating that the activity significantly increased pregnant women's knowledge. The "Bumil Beraksi" Education Program has proven effective in improving the knowledge of pregnant women in the Martapura Riverbank area. It is hoped that this increased knowledge will contribute to changes in healthy health behaviors and regular ANC care. It is recommended that this program be integrated into local community health center programs to ensure sustainability and broader reach. Keywords: health education; pregnant women; complications; riverbanks
