Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is essential for every company, especially in the light food industry. The main factors that drive consumer satisfaction are product quality, price, and brand image. Therefore, business owners, particularly in the culinary field, are expected to pay attention to these satisfaction-driving factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality, price, and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Malika Cake & Bakery Ulee Gle branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with an empirical study type. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from journals and books. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), instrument tests (validity and reliability), and hypothesis testing (F-test and T-test) using SPSS version 20.0.The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1), price (X2), and brand image (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y).High product quality is achieved through quality raw materials, standardized production processes, and modern technology, while competitive pricing is determined by efficient cost management and adaptive pricing strategies. A strong brand image is formed from good customer service, continuous product innovation, and targeted marketing approaches. These factors not only increase consumer satisfaction but also strengthen the loyalty and competitiveness of Malika Cake &Bakery.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss how learning management improves learning quality during the covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of this study using qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research are steps that can be done by teachers min Medan in improving the quality of learning is by applying learning management patterns. Implementation of educational programs that are good in learning, management is an important part, the implementation of learning management conducted by teachers MIN Medan includes activities (1) Planning learning objectives, (2) Organizing learning by using varied learning resources that aim to make it easier to achieve learning objectives, (3) implementing teacher leadership in the way teachers in learning must always motivate students, by encouraging students in learning activities, and teachers should give attention to students, (4) evaluate learning to know the extent of student development and to know if learning objectives have been optimally achieved, and to know if student constraints in achieving learning objectives. Teacher learning management MIN Medan is a teacher's activity in managing students' learning situations through online learning. In the management of this learning is certainly asked the teacher's expertise and the wisdom of the teacher so that the rhythm of the task given does not burden the students.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan komunikatif menuntut adanya interaksi yang tidak sekadar transfer materi, melainkan juga pertukaran emosi positif dan terbangunnya keakraban antara guru dan siswa. Komunikasi merupakan "jantung" dari pembelajaran. Komunikasi interpersonal yang baik, ditandai dengan kedekatan, kepercayaan, dan keterbukaan, berperan krusial dalam menciptakan iklim kelas yang kondusif, meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, dan mendukung pencapaian hasil belajar yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan secara mendalam bagaimana praktik Komunikasi Interpersonal antara guru dan siswa berlangsung dalam proses pembelajaran di MIN 1 Medan, mengidentifikasi tanda-tanda efektivitas komunikasi tersebut, serta faktor-faktor penghambat yang muncul dan cara guru mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui tiga teknik utama: observasi (pengamatan langsung terhadap interaksi di kelas), wawancara (mendalam dengan guru, kepala madrasah, dan siswa sebagai informan), serta dokumentasi sebagai data pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif melalui tiga tahapan model Miles dan Huberman: Reduksi Data (Data Reduction), Penyajian Data (Data Display), dan Penarikan Kesimpulan (Conclusion Drawing/Verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi Interpersonal di MIN 1 Medan berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. Guru menerapkan pendekatan yang ramah, menggunakan bahasa sederhana, dan teknik pembelajaran aktif (tanya jawab, diskusi) untuk menghilangkan hambatan komunikasi. Efektivitas komunikasi ditunjukkan oleh keaktifan, keberanian siswa berpendapat, serta terbangunnya hubungan yang akrab dan saling percaya. Hambatan komunikasi, seperti perbedaan karakter siswa, suasana kelas yang kurang kondusif, dan kondisi emosional siswa, diatasi dengan pendekatan sabar, empati, dan kreativitas dalam metode mengajar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komunikasi interpersonal yang positif dan akrab antara guru dan siswa merupakan kunci utama dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang nyaman dan efektif di MIN 1 Medan. Guru berperan sentral sebagai komunikator yang adaptif, menjamin bahwa suasana kelas dirasakan siswa sebagai tempat yang aman dan menyenangkan.
