Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is essential for every company, especially in the light food industry. The main factors that drive consumer satisfaction are product quality, price, and brand image. Therefore, business owners, particularly in the culinary field, are expected to pay attention to these satisfaction-driving factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality, price, and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Malika Cake & Bakery Ulee Gle branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with an empirical study type. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from journals and books. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), instrument tests (validity and reliability), and hypothesis testing (F-test and T-test) using SPSS version 20.0.The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1), price (X2), and brand image (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y).High product quality is achieved through quality raw materials, standardized production processes, and modern technology, while competitive pricing is determined by efficient cost management and adaptive pricing strategies. A strong brand image is formed from good customer service, continuous product innovation, and targeted marketing approaches. These factors not only increase consumer satisfaction but also strengthen the loyalty and competitiveness of Malika Cake &Bakery.

Abstract

Permasalahan gizi pada bayi dan balita di Puskesmas Medan Deli adalah kasus gizi buruk terbanyak di Kota Medan sebanyak 8 orang. Program penanggulangan gizi buruk merupakan kegiatan untuk meminimalkan masalah gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program penanggulanan gizi buruk yang terdiri dari input, proses, output, dan outcome di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Medan Deli. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi terhadap 10 informan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa dari segi input, kurangnya Tenaga Pelaksana Gizi (TPG). Segi sarana dan prasarana tergolong minim. Biaya operasional terbatas, biaya operasional berasal dari BOK dalam bentuk insentif kader dan dana transportasi. Pelaksanaan program gizi buruk rutin dilakukan setiap bulan di Posyandu. Pemberian vitamin A dua kali setahun pada balita gizi buruk, Pemberian tablet Fe pada ibu hamil selama 3 bulan berturut-turut dilakukan di posyandu dan puskesmas. Pelaksanaan PMT Pemulihan sudah diberikan tepat sasaran tetapi kekurangan tenaga kesehatan untuk pemantauan konsumsi. Pusat Pemulihan Gizi (PPG) sebagai wadah dalam penanganan gizi buruk pada balita melalui rawat inap belum dimanfaatkan. Cakupan program penanggulangan balita gizi buruk belum mencapai target dalam pemberian vitamin A, tablet Fe dan PPG sehingga kasus gizi buruk masih tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa masih belum terlaksana dengan baik program penanggulangan gizi buruk di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Medan Deli sehingga Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan dan puskesmas diharapkan meningkatkan komitmen dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penanggulangan gizi buruk.

Abstract

Pola diet pada lansia diabetes mellitus dengan multiple morbidity sering menjadi parah diakibatkan karena penurunan sistem pencernaan dan insulin ditandai dengan sering buang air kecil, cepat merasa lapar, sering merasa haus, dan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pola diet pada lansia diabetes mellitus dengan multiple morbidity di Kecamatan Baiturrahman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 278 lansia diabetes mellitus dengan multiple morbidity yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner pola diet. Hasil penelitian pola diet kategori sehat terdapat pada kelompok makanan seperti sayur (61,5%), kue manis (71,9%), permen/coklat (79,5%), minuman manis (55,4%), mentega (96,1%), keju (91,4%), daging olahan (66,2%), cemilan asin (63,3%), agar-agar (86,6%), alcohol (100%), ikan (79,9%), makan 3x sehari (92,8%), sarapan (85,6%), cemilan tinggi lemak (60,4%), oat (63,6%) dan susu (94,2%). Sedangkan kategori kurang sehat seperti buah-buahan (59,0%), gorengan (76,2%) dan makanan cepat saji (55,7%) serta kategori tidak sehat terdapat pada roti gandum (61,5%). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah dari 20 jenis makanan terdapat 16 diantaranya berada pada kategori sehat. Direkomendasi kepada petugas kesehatan puskesmas untuk selalu diperhatikan kesehatan lansia diabetes mellitus agar terhindar dari komplikasi.

Abstract

One of the community activities that can increase residents' income is the development of local tourist destinations. Tourism activities, especially local tourism such as tourist villages, can generate significant economic growth. Utilization of local potential as a tourist village will create new jobs initiated by the community, increase the standard of living of the surrounding community, and increase the level of productivity of the local community. One of the local potentials developed into a tourist destination is Purwojati Village, Banyumas Regency. Purwojati village is an area in the southern mountain range, part of the middle bending line, and part of the southern Serayu mountain range. The condition of Purwojati Village is an undulating hilly area occupied by folded sedimentary rocks that extend from 30 m to more than 250 m above sea level. The potential of this village can be developed into a forest-based tourist destination. However, due to poor conditions in terms of tourism carrying capacity, it needs to be equipped with facilities that can attract tourists with the help of outside parties. LPPM UMP as a partner, allocates a budget from the MBKM Grant Program of the Directorate General of Higher Education, RESEARCH, and TECHNOLOGY to develop this tourist village. The service program includes supporting maps, gazebos, and photo spots using hammocks and camping tents. The service team also conducts land conservation and beautifies the area by planting grass and ornamental plants. Meanwhile, for physical facilities, the service team also trains managers in marketing their tourist destinations through the internet and social media by creating websites. The outputs that have been produced from this activity are news in 9 online mass media, IPR location maps, videos on Youtube, Lewok mBulu website page.

Abstract

Proses penuaan dapat mengakibatkan perubahan pada lansia baik secara biologis, psikologis, dan sosial. Seiring dengan bertambahnya usia, kemampuan lansia untuk merawat diri menjadi berkurang karena adanya keterbatasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku personal hygiene pada lansia di wilayah Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 199 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terpimpin menggunakan kuesioner Perilaku Personal Hygiene. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar 150 responden (75,4%) menunjukkan perilaku personal hygiene yang baik. Peneliti menyarankan agar kesehatan pada lansia tetap diperhatikan dan terkhusus personal hygiene meskipun meninjau ada beberapa lansia memiliki personal hygiene pada kategori cukup. Dan diharapkan kondisi ini bagi posbindu mengedukasikan terkait dengan personal hygiene pada lansia.

Abstract

Background Primary thyroid leiomyosarcoma is a very rare tumor. The incidence is less than 0.01% of all primary thyroid tumors. Thyroid leiomyosarcoma are tumours showing smooth muscle differentiation, originating from thyroid gland vascular smooth muscle. Case Description Female, 47 years old, with lump on the left neck since 1 year ago, getting bigger in the last 3 months, no shortness of breath, no history of previous surgery. Physical examination revealed a mass was 13x6 cm in size, solid, firm.  Cytological features from fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) showed cellular spindle cells with atypical, pleomorphic, hyperchromatic nuclei and  several normal thyroid follicles among them, sugesting  malignant thyroid tumor (Bethesda VI). Total thyroidectomy was performed, followed by histopathological examination. Microscopically showed proliferation of atypical, pleomorphic, hyperchromatic spindle cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm. The spindle cells arranged in fascicular and interlacing pattern. Several follicular thyroid are entrapped within this atypical spindle cells. Based on these finding, this case was diagnosed as anaplastic thyroid carcinoma. To confirm the diagnosis, immunohistochemical examination with cytokeratin, desmin and Ki-67 were performed and the result showed negative for cytokeratin, positive for desmin and Ki-67 was highly positive. Based on these results, a diagnosis of thyroid leiomyosarcoma was made. Discussion and Conclusion Differential diagnosis with other primary mesenchymal thyroid  tumors should be considered in the cases with atypical spindle cells microscopic appearance. The diagnosis of thyroid leiomyosarcoma based on cytology and histopathology is difficult to establish, therefore immunohistochemical staining is required to establish the accurate final diagnosis.
