Abstract

Learning results are indicators target achievement planned. Speaking about the results of the study, physics is one of the subjects that can shares categorize as subjects that have the results of the study is relatively low. Based on the results of previous research that shows that the model of Quantum Learning and Quantum Teaching can improve the results of the study of physics students. This research raise issues about how the results of learning physics students who taught through the model of Quantum Learning compared with that taught through the model of Quantum Teaching. The approach used in this research is the approach kuantatif. The population of this research on all the students of class VII SMP 8 Banda Aceh namely 5 class. The population is assigned a sample of some 25 class experiment I and 23 class experiment II. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling. The method used is the method of the experiment. Data Collection in this research consists of data pre-test and post-test. Data processing techniques using the test statistics t. After the collected data and the data is processed, though the results of the analysis of the data showed that the class experiment I and experiment II has the spread of the value of the test berdistribusi normal, and have homogeneous varians. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is essential for every company, especially in the light food industry. The main factors that drive consumer satisfaction are product quality, price, and brand image. Therefore, business owners, particularly in the culinary field, are expected to pay attention to these satisfaction-driving factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality, price, and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Malika Cake & Bakery Ulee Gle branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with an empirical study type. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from journals and books. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), instrument tests (validity and reliability), and hypothesis testing (F-test and T-test) using SPSS version 20.0.The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1), price (X2), and brand image (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y).High product quality is achieved through quality raw materials, standardized production processes, and modern technology, while competitive pricing is determined by efficient cost management and adaptive pricing strategies. A strong brand image is formed from good customer service, continuous product innovation, and targeted marketing approaches. These factors not only increase consumer satisfaction but also strengthen the loyalty and competitiveness of Malika Cake &Bakery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) the differences competency between students taught with Richpeace Software and students taught without applying Richpeace Software in making fashion patterns for Semester III PKK students with Fashion Design concentration; (2) The application of Richpeace Software has an effect on the competency of making fashion patterns for Semester III PKK students with Fashion Design concentration. Type of research used Quasi Experimental Research with NonRandomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model . Research conducted on Semester III PKK students , Fashion Design Concentration , Syiah Kuala University. The results of the study show that : (1) there is difference results Study between students who study with implementing Richpeace Software with students who study without implementing Richpeace Software in making fashion pattern with mark probability or significant 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted ; 2) the existence of influence in Richpeace Software Implementation to competence making fashion patterns , this is proven with mark probability or significance is 0.000<0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . The response results student to Software implementation Richpiece show 58.33 % agreed and 33.33% strongly agreed , meaning student give positive response​ to learning in the Basic Fashion Course . Furthermore , the application of Richpeace Software can made into alternative in learning in the Basic Fashion Course , because making pattern with digital way can increase competence student in meet the world of work in accordance with the 21st century era .

Abstract

Basically​ sale clothes used Already fulfil indicator sell buy namely that which is of a nature transparency or honesty, clear products offered and according to the price. This research conducted at 4 ( four ) stores sale clothes former which is located in the city of Banda Aceh. This research aiming For know what is the mix strategy marketing that the owner does so that product or his efforts can developing in society. As for the types study This use approach qualitative descriptive with use technique purposive sampling and techniques data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. Research results show that fourth shop thrifting in Banda Aceh City is implemented aspect mix marketing product in aspect variation product as well as still notice quality products sold​ will but consumer tend buy clothes used No based on with existence factor goods branded (branded), then in aspect mix marketing price in aspect pattern determination price fourth shop give same answer​ with price sell started from IDR. 10,000 – IDR. 30,000 and notice price competitive with product competitors and provide discount or piece price with technique specified by the owner​ effort , then in aspect mix marketing fourth promotion shop promote the goods through social media with dominant Instagram and Tiktok applications in form activity promotion is one of them offer COD (cash on delivery) feature where the result can increase sales. Then in aspect mix marketing fourth place shop own location and access strategic shop​ will but only One shop that is Opibeauty which provides land parking.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris tingkat sekolah dasar memiliki berbagai tantangan, terutama terkait pengucapan dan rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Khususnya di SD Muhammadiyah 25 Medan menunjukkan kondisi siswa kelas VI yang kurang berminat terhadap pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kebingungan akibat perbedaan antara penulisan dan pengucapan dalam Bahasa Inggris. Siswa juga menganggap pelajaran ini kurang bermanfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru pernah menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti proyektor, namun hasilnya belum menunjukkan perubahan signifikan. Strategi dan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa perlu diterapkan agar proses belajar lebih efektif. Penggunaan fun games berbasis PowerPoint, pendekatan Total Physical Response (TPR), serta metode Audio-Lingual Method (ALM) menjadi alternatif yang dapat diterapkan. Ketiga pendekatan ini melibatkan aktivitas fisik dan pengulangan, sehingga membantu siswa mengingat dan memahami kosakata serta struktur kalimat secara lebih baik. Penerapan strategi tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan pemahaman, motivasi, dan partisipasi siswa.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement human resource (HR) development for banana farmers in Blangsenong Village in order to increase production and sales results. Farmers in this village face various obstacles, both in aspects of cultivation techniques and marketing strategies, which have an impact on low productivity and income. Therefore, this program is designed to provide training to farmers in the field of agricultural management, more efficient cultivation techniques, and more effective product marketing. The methods used include direct training, group discussions, and field assistance. The results of this program are expected to be able to improve farmers' skills, optimize banana production results, and open access to wider markets, thereby having a positive impact on farmers' economic welfare. By improving the quality of human resources, farmers are expected to be more independent and competitive in facing the challenges of modern agriculture.
