Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of organizational culture, competence and motivation for the performance of PDAM Tirta Binangun's employees Kulonprogo Regency, (2) the influence of organizational culture on performance PDAM Tirta Binangun employees, Kulonprogo Regency, (3) influence competence in the performance of PDAM Tirta Binangun Regency employees Kulonrogo, (4) the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency. The sample in this study were employees of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonrogo Regency with a total of 60 employees with engineering leadership agency / institutional sample. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis was performed using regression analysis linear multiple. Testing the validity in this study uses correlation product moment. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. At a significance level of 5%, the results of the study show that: (1) culture organization, competence and motivation simultaneously have influence significant effect on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency is indicated by a sign count value of 0,000 <0.05. (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency is indicated by the calculated sign value of 0.012 < 0.05. (3) competence has a significant effect on the performance of PDAM employees Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency is indicated by the calculated sign value 0.022 <0.05. (4) motivation has a significant effect on employee performance PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulonprogo Regency is indicated by a sign value count 0.016 < 0.05.

Abstract

This  research  aims  to  understand  how  the  influence  of  motivation, compensation  and workplace on the performance of employees at department office social  man power  and  transmigration the city of Yogyakarta bot  a partial as well as simultaneous or together. The population on this research is Employees who worked at social department office of  manpower and transmigration city of Yogyakarta. The sample collection  technique  in  this  research  use  of  sampling  methods  purposive. The total sample taken in this research as many  81 respondents. The source of data from the study  used  data  primary  obtained  from  the  results  of  questionnaires  compiled  using likert scale. This study using data analysis techniques is the quantitative analysis (linear regression analysis double, t test and test f). Test results t show that the significance of the variables ( x1 ) 0,007 value <  α = 0.05, then motivation influential significantly to employee performance, then motivation influential significantly to employee performance, variable compensation ( x2 ) 0,038 < value  α  =  0.05  then compensation significant of the performance of  employees and variable workplace (x3) 0,048  <  value α = 0.05 and a significant effect on the employees in social department office of manpower and transmigration the city of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment andwork discipline on employee performance in the Public Works, Housing agency and ESDM DIY both partially and simultaneously (together). The population in this study amounted to 391 employees 198 samples were then taken using a sampling technique the sample is Simple Random Sampling with the Slovin formula. The type of data is data primary and data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been first tested with a test of validity and reliability. Analysis technique the data is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test. Based on the results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V 20 can be used it was concluded that the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables are good partially (singly) or simultaneously (together) influential significant impact on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works, Housing and ESDM DIY.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the balance of work and school life. The population in this study were Postgraduate students at Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. While the analytical tool used is a partial and simultaneous regression test with the help of SPSS. The results of this study conclude that work demands, working hours, overtime work, work demands, parental status, family size, supervisor support and work autonomy simultaneously have a significant effect on student work-life balance. Partially, job demands, working hours, parental status, family size and support from supervisors have no effect on work-life balance. Meanwhile, overtime work, family demands and work autonomy have a significant effect on the work-life balance of students. This research will be useful for candidates and students who integrate work and school for the success of their studies, for policy makers, namely managers of colleges and workplace institutions and also useful for future researchers who are expected to follow up on the results of this study

Abstract

Generasi Milenial dianggap berbeda dengan generasi-generasi sebelumnya. Mereka adalah generasi yang familiar dengan teknologi namun juga dikenal sebagai generasi yang selalu berusaha mencari peluang baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity, beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan milenial. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kontrak di kantor XX Yogyakarta. Jumlah karyawan seluruhnya adalah 65 orang sehingga digunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini telah melewati pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Kemudian pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa job insecurity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil pengujian secara serentak menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberi dampak pada berbagai sektor di hampir semua belahan dunia, tak terkecuali Indonesia. Hampir seluruh sektor terkena dampaknya termasuk sektor ekonomi. Kondisi lingkungan yang banyak berubah ini menyebabkan perubahan perilaku karyawan baik di rumah maupun di tempat kerja. Keharusan untuk bekerja di rumah pada area yang terbatas dalam jangka waktu yang tidak menentu, pasti akan mengganggu keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (Work-life balance). Saat ini hampir setiap orang mengalami dilema dalam menyeimbangkan antara kehidupan pribadi dan kehidupan kerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada industri tekstil di Yogyakarta. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 320 orang. Penentuan sampel dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, sehingga jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 175 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria pertimbangan tertentu. Adapun kriteria dalam penelitian ini adalah berstatus pegawai tetap dengan pendidikan terakhir SMA. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan temuan bahwa Work-life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada industri tekstil di Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The millennial generation, also known as generation Y, is a demographic group after generation X. Many researchers are still debating the exact year of their birth, but most estimate that this generation was born between 1980 and 2000. This generation is now an adult, and has even colored the world. especially in the business sector. Experts believe they have great potential to turn the wheels of the world economy in the near future. This generation has the most control over technology and has the most potential to take the momentum of change in the post-covid-19 era. It was this generation's high interest in pursuing the business world that prompted this research. So this study aims to analyze the role of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the interest in entrepreneurship for the millennial generation. The object of research is focused on students in the city of Yogyakarta who are still actively studying. The sample is determined at least 15% of the population. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire via googleform. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the millennial generation's entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan perilaku pegawai yang menyimpang dari ketentuan, namun menguntungkan bagi organisasi. Organisasi saat ini secara umum sudah diwarnai oleh generasi milenial sebagai penggeraknya. Mereka memiliki karakteristik yang sangat berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya, diantaranya dalam hal kreatifitas dan familiaritasnya dengan teknologi informasi. Guna mengoptimalkan organizational citizenship behavior ini, pemimpin dan pegawainya harus lebih fokus dalam meningkatkan adversity quotient, terutama dalam hal daya tahan (endurance). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan transformasional dan Adversity Quotient terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviorpegawai milenial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada salahsatu BUMN di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebagian dari pegawai yang ada di BUMN tersebut yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik sampling ditentukan dengan judgment sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan Pearson Product Moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan Adversity Quotientberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of training, motivation, and work environment on the labour productivity of the Jamu Industry Center. The sample consisted of all 85 workers in the herbal medicine industry operation, who were selected using census sampling. A quantitative approach was utilized, and data were collected using questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, and simultaneous tests were employed to analyze the data. The results showed that training negatively and significantly affected labour productivity, while motivation and work environment had positive and significant impacts. Furthermore, training, motivation, and work environment collectively influenced labour productivity. The studied variables accounted for 68.3% of the variance in productivity. These findings suggest that improving the work environment and motivation may enhance labour productivity in the herbal medicine industry, while caution should be exercised when implementing training programs.
