Abstract

[IN] Bangunan Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau merupakan sebuah tempat tinggal bagi mahasiswa, hampir 10 jamwaktu mereka dihabiskan di dalam bangunan tersebut. Dengan demikian maka di butuhkan optimalisasi penerapan bangunan hijau untukmeningkatkan efisiensi pada bangunan tersebut dan menghasilkan tempat hidup yang lebih baik, sehat dan nyaman. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep Green building pada bangunan Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riauberdasarkan EDGE. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisa software EDGEterhadap penerapan konsep green building pada Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau memperoleh hasil penilaian sebagaiberikut : efisiensi energi 63,80%, efisiensi air 30,09% dan aspek material 70,00%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut telah memenuhi standarminimum efisiensi software EDGE (20%), penerapan konsep green building Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau telahmemenuhi berdasarkan hasil penilaian software EDGE di setiap aspek terhadap Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau. [EN] The building of Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau is a residence for students, almost 10 hours of their time is spent in the building. Thus, it is necessary to optimize the application of green buildings to increase the efficiency of the building and produce a better,healthy and comfortable place to live. This study aims to analyze the application of the Green building concept in the building of Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau based on the EDGE approach. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the EDGE software analysis on the application of the green building concept in the building of Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau obtained the following assessment results were obtained: energy efficiency 63.80%, water efficiency 30.09% and material aspect 70.00%. Based on these results, it has met the minimum standard of EDGE software efficiency (20%), the application of the green building concept of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau Rusunawa Building has met based on the minimum standard of EDGE software assessment in every aspect of the building of Gedung Rusunawa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau.

Abstract

[ID] Proyek konstruksi pada pekerjaan pembesian kolom dan plat lantai merupakan elemen penting untuk menjaga kekuatan dan stabilitas bangunan. Sumber daya, khususnya tenaga kerja, material, mesin, uang, dan metode, sangat menentukan keberhasilan proyek. Studi ini betujuan menghitung nilai produktivitas pekerja dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai produktivitas yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan productivity rating dan Labor Utilization Rate (LUR). Untuk mendapatkan factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden (tenaga kerja proyek) dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan alat statistic SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas rata-rata pada pembesian kolom, pembesian plat lantai, dan bekisting masing-masing 77,89%, 75,61%, dan 70,86%, menandakan pekerjaan produktif karena nilai di atas 50%. Analisis statistik menunjukkan sembilan variabel tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap produktivitas pekerja (sig 0,828 > 0,05), dan secara parsial variabel tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan (sig < 0,05). Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah kesehatan pekerja dengan nilai t = 1,569 dan sig 0,148. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya aspek kesehatan dalam mendukung produktivitas tenaga kerja dan kesuksesan proyek konstruksi. [EN] Construction projects of rebars' columns and floor are important elements to maintain the strength and stability of the building. Resources, especially labour, materials, machinery, money, and methods, greatly determine the success of a project. This study aims to calculate the value of worker productivity and analyse the factors that affect the productivity of the workforce. The method used to obtain productivity values is by using the productivity rating and Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) approaches. To obtain factors that affect labor productivity, a questionnaire was distributed to respondents (project labor) and data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25 statistical tool. The results showed that the average productivity of column and floor rebar, as well as formwork, was 77.89%, 75.61%, and 70.86% respectively. It indicates productive work because the value was above 50%. Statistical analysis showed that nine variables had no simultaneous significant effect on worker productivity (sig 0.828 > 0.05), and partially had no significant effect (sig < 0.05). The most dominant factor affecting labor productivity was worker health with a value of t = 1.569 and sig 0.148. These findings confirm the importance of health aspects in supporting workforce productivity and the success of construction projects.

Abstract

[IN] Gedung Kuliah Terpadu (GKT) 1 Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis direncanakan 3 lantai dengan bentuk asimetris dan berfungsi sebagai gedung administrasi dan laboratorium, dengan kondisi wilayah Bengkalis yang berpotensi gempa sangat kecil. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pada GKT 1 dilakukan evaluasi pada struktur kolom dengan asumsi bahwa di daerah Bengkalis terjadi peningkatan percepatan tanah puncak atau (Peak Ground Acceleration, PGA) menurut SNI 1726-2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah keandalan struktur kolom yang direncanakan stabil dari pengaruh nilai tekuk dalam menahan beban aksial maksimum yang bekerja, akibat peningkatan percepatan tanah puncak atau (Peak Ground Acceleration, PGA). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode probabilitas distribusi normal (Gaussian), yang dapat menentukan keandalan struktur kolom dalam menahan beban kerja maksimum akibat peningkatan percepatan tanah puncak atau (Peak Ground Acceleration, PGA) yang dilakukan pada GKT 1. Dengan struktur kolom yang ditinjau yaitu C27, yang merupakan kolom kritis dengan beban aksial paling maksimum (Pmaks) yang diterima. Hasil evaluasi pada kolom kritis C27, beban aksial maksimum 109,044 ton menghasilkan nilai tekuk sebesar 95,0488 mˉ² dengan keandalan 99,8% berdasarkan kondisi eksisting dilapangan, sedangkan untuk beban aksial maksimum 155,040 ton setelah diasumsikan terjadinya percepatan tanah puncak (Peak Ground Acceleration, PGA) berdasarkan SNI 1726-2019 menghasilkan nilai tekuk 97,5715 mˉ² dengan keandalan sebesar 91,9 %. [EN] Gedung Kuliah Terpadu (GKT) 1 Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis is designed as a three-story building with an asymmetrical shape, functioning as an administrative and laboratory facility. Considering that Bengkalis is located in an area with very low earthquake potential, an evaluation was conducted on the column structure by assuming an increase in Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) based on SNI 1726-2019. This study aims to determine whether the reliability of the designed column structure remains stable in resisting maximum axial loads when subjected to increased soil acceleration. The method applied in this research is the normal distribution probability (Gaussian) method, which is used to assess the reliability of the column structure in withstanding maximum loads resulting from the assumed increase in PGA. The structural analysis focuses on column C27, identified as the critical column due to receiving the highest axial load (Pmax). The evaluation results show that for column C27, the maximum axial load of 109.044 tons produces a bending value of 95.0488 mˉ² with a reliability of 99.8% under existing field conditions. However, when the maximum axial load increases to 155.040 tons—based on the assumed peak ground acceleration according to SNI 1726-2019—the bending value rises to 97.5715 mˉ², and the reliability decreases to 91.9%. These findings indicate that an increase in PGA significantly affects the reliability of the column structure, although it remains within the safe category.

Abstract

[IN] Pembangunan proyek konstruksi di Kota Pekanbaru kerap dihadapkan pada permasalahan waste time (pemborosan waktu) yang berdampak pada keterlambatan pencapaian target waktu pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab waste yang mempengaruhi kinerja waktu proyek konstruksi serta menentukan urutan prioritas indikator penyebab tertinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara purposive sampling kepada responden dari kalangan penyedia jasa dan konsultan supervisi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Software SPSS versi 21 untuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 7 variabel dan 35 indikator yang valid dan reliabel. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen, Material dan Bahan, Pelaksanaan Konstruksi, Eksternal, Desain dan Dokumen, serta Waktu Menunggu. Dari analisis ranking, diperoleh 10 indikator utama penyebab waste time. Indikator dengan nilai tertinggi adalah minimnya koordinasi atau komunikasi (62,1%), diikuti oleh kualitas pengontrolan pekerjaan (57,9%), dan kesalahan dalam dokumen kontrak (56,8%). Sebaliknya, indikator dengan pengaruh terendah adalah waktu perencanaan dan jadwal pengiriman material (14,1%). Temuan ini merekomendasikan peningkatan koordinasi dan pengawasan sebagai langkah kritis untuk meminimalisir waste time dalam proyek konstruksi. [EN] Construction projects in Pekanbaru often encounter time-wasting issues, resulting in delays in achieving project completion targets. This study aims to identify the causal factors that affect waste in construction project time performance and to determine the priority ranking of the most significant indicators. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire instrument distributed via purposive sampling to respondents from contractors and supervision consultants. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Software version 21 for validity tests, reliability tests, and descriptive analysis. The results identified 7 valid and reliable variables encompassing 35 indicators. These factors include Human Resources, Management, Materials, Construction Execution, External Issues, Design and Documentation, and Waiting Time. The ranking analysis yielded the top 10 primary indicators causing time waste. The highest-ranked indicator was insufficient coordination or communication (62.1%), followed by poor quality of work control (57.9%), and errors in contract documents (56.8%). Conversely, the indicator with the lowest impact was planning time and material delivery scheduling (14.1%). These findings recommend enhancing coordination and oversight as critical steps to minimize time waste in construction projects.

Abstract

[IN] Pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek Perumahan Red Fox Residence mengalami penambahan elevasi tanah yang mengakibatkan penambahan biaya pada pekerjaan timbunan. Luas awal area tanah perumahan yang akan ditimbunan adalah 14.080m2, namun setelah dilakukan pengukuran ketinggian jalan penghubung perumahan, ternyata elevasi tanah harus ditambah 0,21 m untuk mengimbangi ketinggian jalan. Terkait hal tersebut, kontraktor menghitung ulang biaya pekerjaan penimbunan dilokasi perumahan Red Fox Residence. Komposisi alat berat pada eksisting rancana kontraktor sebanyak 1 unit excavator, 5 unit dump truck, dan 1 unit bulldozer. Dengan nilai proyek sebesar Rp.479.370.912,27 pekerjaan tersebut dijadwalkan pelaksanaannya selama 25 hari yaitu dari tanggal 25 April 2021 sampai dengan 30 Mei. Terkait dengan adanya penambahan volume pekerjaan, maka tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis kebutuhan alat berat yang optimal dan berapa estimasi biaya yang dibutuhkan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan perhitungan alat berat yang diatur melalui Permen PUPR NO.28/PRT/M/2016 Tentang Pedoman AHSP Bidang PU. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat berat yang direkomendasikan adalah sebanyak 1 unit excavator, 11 unit dump truck, dan 1 unit bulldozer. Pekerjaan penimbunan tersebut selama 14 hari, dengan biaya Rp.423.281.968,84. Selisih penyelesaian waktu lebih cepat 11 hari dari eksisting rencana dan selisih biaya sebanyak Rp56.088.943,43. Dengan demikian, pekerjaan yang direkomendasikan tersebut cocok dipakai dalam proyek timbunan pekerjaan penimbunan Perumahan Red Fox Residence. [EN] The construction of the Perumahan Red Fox Residence project has experienced an increase in soil elevation, which has resulted in additional costs for the heap work. The initial area of the residential land to be piled up is 14,080 m², but after measuring the height of the road connecting the housing, it was found that the elevation of the soil must be increased by 0.21 m to compensate for the road's height. In this regard, the contractor recalculated the cost of the stockpiling work at the Red Fox Residence housing location. The composition of heavy equipment in the existing contractor's plan is 1 unit of excavator, 5 units of dump trucks, and 1 unit of bulldozer. With a project value of Rp. 479,370,912.27, the work is scheduled to be carried out for 25 days, from April 25, 2021, to May 30. Related to the increase in work volume, the purpose of this study is to analyze the optimal need for heavy equipment and how much is the estimated cost. The method carried out is a descriptive approach with the calculation of heavy equipment regulated through the Minister of PUPR Regulation NO.28/PRT/M/2016 concerning AHSP Guidelines for Public Works Sector. The results of the study showed that the recommended use of heavy equipment was 1 unit of excavator, 11 units of dump truck, and 1 unit of bulldozer. The hoarding work lasted for 14 days, at a cost of Rp 423,281,968.84. The difference in completion time is 11 days faster than the existing plan, and the cost difference is IDR 56,088,943.43. Thus, the recommended work is suitable for use in filling work of the Perumahan Red Fox Residence project.

Abstract

Work safety is a crucial aspect in the mining industry due to the high risks of accidents that may occur. PT. Coalindo Adhi Perkasa, as a mining company, is committed to creating a safe working environment through various efforts, one of which is the regular implementation of safety talk. This study aims to describe the communication strategies applied in conducting safety talk at PT. Coalindo Adhi Perkasa and how these strategies are implemented. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data are collected through in-depth interviews with management and employees, direct observation during the sessions, and documentation review related to the materials and communication processes. The findings reveal that the communication strategy in safety talk at PT. Coalindo Adhi Perkasa emphasizes an interactive approach that encourages active employee participation, the use of simple language, and the utilization of visual media and real-life case examples relevant to daily work. Furthermore, full support from management and the consistency of safety talk implementation are important factors in executing the communication strategy. Adaptive and innovative communication strategies were also found to tailor the material according to the needs and conditions on site, thus helping to build a strong safety culture within the workplace.
