Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green banking disclosures, profitability and firm size on firm value. The sample used was 11 samples with 55 observations using purposive sampling technique. The data used is secondary data, with the data collection method using content analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis prove (1) disclosure of green banking, profitability and firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (2) disclosure of green banking has a negative and significant effect on firm value, (3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and (4) company size has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value

Abstract

Cigarette smoke contains oxidants or free radicals and approximately 4,700 hazardous chemicals. Elevated levels of free radicals in the body can trigger the generation of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS), leading to oxidative stress. This condition arises when there is an imbalance between oxidants and antioxidants. During this process, oxygen (O2) leakage occurs, resulting in the formation of superoxide radicals (*O2), which can subsequently induce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of green apple juice supplementation on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and IL-6 levels in male Wistar rats exposed to cigarette smoke. The study employed a Post-Test Only Control Group Design. A total of 20 male rats that met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to four groups: K1, K2, K3, and K4. Group K3 received standard feed supplemented with green apple juice at a dose of 13.5 grams per day, while group K4 received standard feed supplemented with green apple juice at a dose of 27 grams per day. Both groups were exposed to cigarette smoke for 14 consecutive days. On the 15th day, blood samples were collected from the male Wistar rats to measure SOD and IL-6 levels using the ELISA method. Data were analyzed using a One-Way ANOVA test, followed by Tukey's Post Hoc test. The results showed that the highest average SOD level was observed in group K2 (1.76 ng/L), while the highest IL-6 level was recorded in group K1 (4.08 ng/L). The One-Way ANOVA test indicated significant differences in SOD and IL-6 levels among the groups, with a p-value of <0.05.

Abstract

This service was motivated by the decline in participants' learning outcomes in social studies lessons. Teachers only focus on one source of learning books and rarely use learning media. This research aims to determine the use of Prezi Media in improving student learning outcomes in social studies learning. The aim of this service activity is to improve teachers' abilities in using interactive learning media so that it will increase students' learning motivation. The results of this activity have a positive impact on interest in learning and increasing social skills for students. So that through learning activities with interactive and innovative media, teachers can provide skills in providing learning and can improve student learning outcomes. Through the media Prezzi can provide active learning in social studies.

Abstract

Panti asuhan sering menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan makanan bagi anak-anak yang mereka layani. Hidroponik dapat menjadi cara untuk menghasilkan sayuran dan buah-buahan segar secara lokal dengan biaya yang lebih rendah, yang dapat membantu meningkatkan ketersediaan makanan sehat di panti asuhan. Budidaya hidroponik dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman, menghemat air, dan memungkinkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang lebih cepat dan lebih sehat. Selain itu juga dapat dijual untuk mendukung keuangan panti asuhan. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan budidaya hidroponik pada lingkungan Panti Asuhan, Aisyiyah, Balongbendo, Sidoarjo. Tahapan pengabdian dimulai dari koordinasi internal tim, survey lapangan, pengambilan sampel, optimasi desain dan pembuatan hidroponik di lab, pelaksanaan KKN, dan monitoring berkala. Adapun pada tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi pelaksanaan outbound di lingkungan panti, sosialisasi program dan praktik pemasangan hidroponik. Hidroponik didesain sedemikian rupa sehingga proses pemanenan dapat dilakukan setiap hari dengan melakukan rotasi jenis tanaman. Menurut mitra, hasil pengabdian sangat membantu mereka dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar akan sayur mayur, baik untuk konsumsi sendiri maupun dijual sebagian.
