Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out how the quality of entrepreneurship learning materials affects students’ entrepreneurial spirit and the obstacles faced in building the entrepreneurial spirit amongthe students of State Junior High School (SMPN) in Banda Aceh City. To obtain maximum results, this research used two approaches, namely quantitative and qualitative approaches. A quantitative approach was used to measure the material and the effect of learning on students' enthusiasm after attending the lesson. Meanwhile, a qualitative approach was used to find accurate data about the obstacles faced in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of students. Considering that the population was quite large, the data was taken from only 6 public junior high schools with a total population of 1400 people.The sample was taken using the purposive-sampling system.According to the specified sampling formula, the number of data sources was 149 students. The results of the study showed that the learning materials were not satisfactory so that they were unable to influence the students' spirit of entrepreneurship.There were some basic obstacles in learning entrepreneurship material which became one of the factors for the low entrepreneurial spirit of junior high school students in Banda Aceh City. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) on achievement in Economic subject. This study uses an unequal control group design, which has been carried out for 10 weeks involving as many as 80 fourth-grade students at SMAN 1 Unggul Baitussalam, Aceh Besar. The samples were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The students in the experimental group took lessons using the PBL module, while students in the control group followed lessons conventionally. The PBL module was built using analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation (ADDIE model) teaching design and was based on the five PBL phases. The descriptive statistics used were frequency, percent, mean, and standard deviation, while paired t-test, independent t-test, and MANOVA were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed student achievement in the experimental group experienced a significant increase, while students in the control group only experienced a slight increase. The results of the MANOVA showed there was no effect on the test scores of Basic Economics before and after the experiment. At the same time, the results of the study also found there was an interaction effect of achievement levels on test scores before and after the experiment. However, there was no significant interaction effect between groups and achievement level on the test scores before and after the experiment. Overall, the findings of this study indicate that the PBL has had a positive impact on student achievement.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan, serta mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis hubungan antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan kinerja karyawan. sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan, serta mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis dampak pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS Ver 22 dan menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana dengan hasil sebagai berikut Y = 0,909 + 0,608X + e. Uji determinasi dengan nilai nilai R2 sebesar 29,7%. Uji t dengan perbandingan thitung 4,056 > ttabel 1,68488 maka Ho diterima Hi ditolak Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Banda Aceh. Penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sebanyak 41 orang responden. Hasil regresi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia sebesar 0,608 yang berarti bahwa Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (X) meningkatkan kinerja karyawan (Y) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Banda Aceh sebesar 1%. meningkat sebesar 1%, kinerja karyawan (Y) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Banda Aceh. Koefisien determinasi diketahui dari nilai R2 = 0,297 (29,7%), yang berarti pengembangan sumber daya manusia (X) memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan (Y) kinerja pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Banda Aceh, sebesar 29,7% dan sisanya sebesar 70,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji-t, diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,056 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,68488. Dari hasil perbandingan tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa pengujian dengan perbandingan t-hitung 4,056 > t tabel 1,68488 maka Ho diterima Hi ditolak. Artinya pengembangan sumber daya manusia Pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Ali Hasjmy is a writer, cleric, and key figure in advancing education in Aceh. His educational philosophy covers the purpose of education, distinctions between teaching and education, critique of secularism, and the importance of religious instruction. This research, based on a literature review, shows that for Hasjmy, education nurtures faith, knowledge, and virtuous deeds, aiming to produce people devoted to God, knowledgeable, morally upright, and ready to defend the oppressed. Religious education, he argued, is vital, not just for knowledge, but for practical application in daily life. Hasjmy opposed educational secularism, insisting that education should strengthen faith while equipping students with practical skills for societal development, particularly in agriculture, industry, and mining. His ideas remain relevant, symbolized by the decree No. 90 of 1960, which established September 2 as Aceh's Education Day. He envisioned Aceh as a hub of Islamic knowledge and culture and spearheaded the Darussalam Educational Concept to improve education. His efforts laid the foundation for the continued growth of education in Aceh, creating a well-integrated system where the younger generation could advance, benefiting from the groundwork laid by previous generations.

Abstract

The utilization of values in the popular legend of Amat Rhang Manyang is considered as one of the biggest factors in attracting tourists. This is because folk legends can shape children's personalities because they contain life values. Strengthening these values is important to instill in order to influence their lives. The legend of Amat Rhang Manyang was chosen because it has values that are useful to be applied in everyday life. This study aims to describe the legendary values contained in the legend of Amat Rhang Manyang as a cultural tourism asset in Aceh Besar Regency. The source of research data is the legend of Amat Rhang Manyang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews with sources. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the values contained in the legend of Amat Rhang Manyang are religious values, moral values, cultural values and social values. After going to the field, it showed that the lack of tourism promotion activities for the legend of Amat Rhang Manyang resulted in low tourist visits. In fact, if managed properly, the legend area of Amat Rhang Manyang can contribute to increasing regional income or income, opening up new jobs and can help alleviate poverty in the area around the legend area

Abstract

This research article explores the methodologies utilized in Qur'anic research and the science of Tafseer (exegesis). The study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the various approaches and methods applied in the interpretation and analysis of the Qur'an. By examining both classical and contemporary Tafseer, the article seeks to highlight the evolution of interpretive techniques and their relevance in modern scholarly discourse. The findings underscore the importance of methodological rigor in Qur'anic studies and its implications for contemporary Islamic thought.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about social support for children's mental health in the perspective of Islamic education in publications indexed by the Scopus database. This study uses bibliometric analysis techniques to explore all publications indexed in the scopus database on social support for children's mental health in the perspective of Islamic education from 1976 to 2023. The data obtained by the analysis used excel and R/R studio. VOSviewer is used to perform a visual analysis of the appearance of keywords and document citations in a stimulating manner. The researchers found 569 publications that corresponded to the subject's function and the criteria set. The results of this study show an annual growth rate of 8.2% with the most publications in 2020. Iran is the country that contributes the most publications with the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education affiliated. The bibliometric analysis carried out was limited to scopus data. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in this research. This study presents a brief overview of the literature accessible to researchers working in the fields of education and psychology and provides recommendations for future research.
