Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan dan konteks kerentanan di masyarakat lokal, mengenali masalah sosial dan gambaran kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat lokal, serta mengidentifikasi pelaku dan kelompok kunci yang berpengaruh di Desa Tarai Bangun, Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Desain penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dan deskriptif dengan pendekatan Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) dengan sampel perwakilan, wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan pihak-pihak yang menjadi pelaku proses interaksi sosial pada peta aktor desa menjelaskan bahwa kepala desa memiliki peran sentral di masyarakat, dengan memiliki hubungan langsung terhadap RW, RT, LKMD, KESRA, Posyandu. Terdapat empat masalah utama sosial ekonomi yaitu kemiskinan, pengangguran, kenakalan remaja dan kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Pemetaan, sosial ekonomi, pengembangan masyarakat AbstactThis research aims to identify environmental factors and the context of vulnerability in local communities, identify social problems and illustrate the socio-economic conditions of local communities, and identify key actors and key groups in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The research design was carried out qualitatively and descriptively with the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) approach with representative samples, in-depth interviews and observations. The results of the study, it was concluded that the parties who were the actors of the social interaction process on the village actor map explained that the village head had a central role in the community, by having a direct relationship to RW, RT, LKMD, KESRA, Posyandu. There are four main socioeconomic problems, namely poverty, unemployment, juvenile delinquency and health. Keywords: Mapping, social economy,community development

Abstract

Taxes are mandatory levies which are one of the sources of state income which will be used for the development of the country and society based on applicable laws. A tax volunteer is someone who voluntarily contributes their time, energy, thoughts and expertise to play an active role in tax education activities. Tax volunteer assistance is one of the programs initiated by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in order to increase taxpayer compliance in carrying out their tax obligations. A tax center is an institution at a university that functions as a center for study, education, training and socialization of taxation to the campus environment, taxpayers and the community independently. This activity is a form of joint agreement program between the Directorate General of Taxes, Riau Regional Office and  the Persada Bunda College of Economics.

Abstract

The implementation of the Village SDGs program is expected to improve the welfare of village communities. However, the large number of SDGs indicators means that the implementation of this program is not focused and does not get optimal results. This research aims to find out what factors in the Village SDGs program are important issues for the people of the Kepulauan Meranti district and how the performance of the Village SDGs program compares with the expectations of the people of the Kepulauan Meranti District. The theory used is the Theory of Sustainable Development by Jeffrey Sachs in 2015. The method used is cross-sectional quantitative analysis with factor analysis and importance performance analysis techniques. The respondents in this research were the people of Meranti Islands Regency, Riau Province, totaling 382 participants from each sub-district. The research results show that all variables in the Village SDGs program are priority factors and important problems for the people of Meranti Islands Regency, especially the SDGs (X1) program, namely the problem of poverty alleviation. The results of the important performance analysis show that the variables in quadrant I are X1, X6, X9, X12 and the variables in quadrant II are X2, X4, X5, X16. The variables in quadrant III are X8, X10, X11, X13, X15 and the variables in quadrant IV are X3, X7, X14, X17, X18. The novelty in this research is the implementation of the village SDGs program from the local community's perspective.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the expected value of strategy (expected payoff) from the promotional strategies carried out by two Indonesian e-commerce companies, Tokopedia and Shopee. It is intended to generate maximum profit or minimal loss caused by the competition between the two companies through game theory simulation. The research design uses quantitative data with an applied research design. The analytical method used in this research is the Game Theory approach. The data was processed using the POM-QM application for Windows V5.2. The results show that completing the competitive payoff matrix in both e-commerce companies uses a pure strategy. The calculations and data processing results show that the maximum value is the same as the minimum value, which means that the saddle point has been reached and is the Optimal Strategy for the game value of -24.11. Because the game value from the payoff matrix is negative, the game is won by the column player, namely Shopee, using a promotional strategy in the form of free shipping. Meanwhile, to minimize the loss of row players, Tokopedia can use a promotional strategy in the form of cashback

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming features and promotional activities on purchase intention on the TikTok Shop platform. The background of this research stems from the rising trend of using social media as a means of online shopping, particularly among university students who are highly connected to digital technology. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who actively use TikTok Shop. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression to examine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that the live streaming feature significantly influences students’ purchase intentions. The direct interaction enabled by live streaming enhances trust, engagement, and perceived value of the products. The study concludes that live streaming and promotional strategies are effective in increasing purchase intention among university students. Therefore, businesses on TikTok Shop are encouraged to maximize the use of live streaming features and design attractive promotions tailored to the characteristics of young consumers.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the growth of online-based culinary businesses, including in the city of Pekanbaru. One of the players in this field is O Dimsum Pekanbaru, which utilizes social media to market its products without having a physical outlet. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction levels toward O Dimsum’s products and services, as well as identify the factors that influence them. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with customers who have made purchases more than twice. The results show that, in general, customers are satisfied with the taste of the products, consistency of quality, reasonable pricing, as well as the speed and friendliness of the admin service during the ordering process. The hygienic and attractive packaging, along with effective promotion through Instagram, also contributes to strengthening customer satisfaction. However, there are some notes regarding delivery delays during peak hours, which require attention for future service improvements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Berlin Salon Pekanbaru dilihat dari pelayanan jasa yaitu dari sisi harga, fasilitas dan pelayanan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan google formulir pada periode Februari 2023. Jumlah responden yang berpartisipasi sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Berlin Salon Pekanbaru memiliki segmentasi pasar secara demografi adalah perempuan yang berusia antara 20 tahun sampai dengan 30 tahun yang berprofesi sebagai karyawan swasta dengan tingkat pendidikan SMA. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Berlin Salon terhadap pelayanan jasa dari variabel harga dapat disimpulkan secara rata-rata, pelanggan menyatakan sangat puas. Sedangkan dari variabel fasilitas dan pelayanan secara rata-rata, pelanggan menyatakan cukup puas.

Abstract

Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam optimalisasi penerimaan negara. Namun, tingkat kepatuhan pajak masyarakat Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, salah satunya akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran terhadap kewajiban perpajakan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan wajib pajak melalui program edukasi dan asistensi pelaporan SPT Tahunan Pajak Penghasilan oleh Tax Center Universitas Persada Bunda Indonesia (UPBI) bekerja sama dengan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) Kanwil Riau. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai relawan pajak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu bulan (1–28 Maret 2025) di kampus UPBI. Hasil kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesadaran wajib pajak, dengan 82% memperoleh pemahaman baru tentang kewajiban pelaporan pajak dan 74% memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk melaporkan pajak secara mandiri melalui e-Filing. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga memperoleh pengalaman praktis dalam bidang perpajakan dan pelayanan publik.
