Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving the quality of educators and education personnel at Pondok Pesantren Imam Muslim. The research seeks to understand how HRM practices contribute to the enhancement of educational quality through systematic management, training, and professional development. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with the head of the madrasah, educators, staff, and foundation representatives. The findings reveal that HRM at Pondok Pesantren Imam Muslim is implemented through six key aspects such as planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, performance evaluation, and integration. The study found that both educators and education personnel play significant roles not only as instructors and administrators but also as moral guides and role models in nurturing students’ religious and ethical values. Effective HRM practices at Pondok Pesantren Imam Muslim contribute substantially to improving the quality of human resources, enhancing institutional performance, and promoting the development of Islamic education within a modern educational framework.

Abstract

Abstract : The contribution of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) thoughts to the formation and development of sharia economic law regulations in Indonesia. As one of the main streams of Islamic thought in Indonesia, Aswaja has a significant influence in integrating the values of fiqh muamalah, social ethics, and principles of justice in sharia economic law regulations. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, analyzing primary and secondary sources related to Aswaja thought and sharia economic law regulations in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that Aswaja thought plays a role in providing normative, ethical, and practical foundations for the drafting of sharia economic law regulations, including in the aspects of sharia banking, financial institutions, and Islamic economic policies. Furthermore, Aswaja's moderate and contextual approach helps to align the principles of sharia with the needs of Indonesia's diverse society. Thus, Aswaja's thinking not only serves as a theological reference but also as a source of social and legal legitimacy in the development of sharia economic law regulations in Indonesia. Abstract

This regency, which has an icon of a city of Islamic boarding school students, was in the spotlight in early 2025 due to the murder and rape of a minor in Sebani Village, Sumobito District. Brudu Village, as a neighboring village, must be responsive to prevent similar incidents from occurring in its village. This response must be addressed by the Brudu Village Government in terms of increasing understanding of reproductive health for adolescents and creating a process for handling problems. The methods used in this community service were carried out through counseling and legal consultations, as well as legal assistance based on the consultation results. The results of this service found that so far the Brudu village community does not understand the law on reproductive health for adolescents, this is indicated by the average 56% of Brudu residents do not know reproductive health for adolescents, especially the process of handling (87%) and rights (56%) regulated in the regulations. The implications of this low understanding, so the community service team provided assistance to the village government and village midwives to establish a standard operating procedure containing a flow of promotive, preventive efforts, and handling of reproductive health problems.
