Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is one of the government’s social policies aimed at improving food security for low-income households. However, the beneficiary selection process in the field is often carried out manually and subjectively, which may lead to mistargeting. This study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) model based on the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) to assist village officials in objectively determining the eligibility of prospective BPNT recipients, particularly in areas not yet supported by digital technology. The assessment was conducted using five main criteria, namely income, employment status, number of dependents, housing condition, and asset ownership. Eligibility determination was carried out by setting an average threshold value (≥ 0.305), where candidates with a final score equal to or above the threshold were categorized as eligible, while those below it were deemed ineligible. The analysis results showed that out of 11 prospective recipients, four candidates with scores of A4 = 0.925, A9 = 0.900, A5 = 0.700, and A1 = 0.450 were declared eligible to receive BPNT, while the remaining seven were deemed ineligible. The application of the SMART method has proven effective in improving transparency, objectivity, and proportionality in the selection process, making it a practical guideline for village governments or social service agencies in distributing aid fairly and accurately. In the future, this manual model can be integrated into web-based or mobile applications to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data documentation, accompanied by regular evaluations to ensure that the criteria remain relevant to the socioeconomic dynamics of the community.

Abstract

Selecting appropriate extracurricular activities that align with students’ interests and talents is an important factor in developing their potential and improving non-academic achievements. However, the manual and subjective selection process often leads to inaccuracies in determining suitable activities for students. This study aims to implement the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) methods in a decision support system for extracurricular selection at SMA Plus Nurul Mubin NW, to ensure decisions are made more objectively and measurably. The research was conducted through several stages, including problem identification, data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to students and teachers. The criteria used include interest, talent, free time, and parental support. The results of the calculations using both methods show consistent outcomes, where Student 1 (S1) obtained the highest score of 0.73, making it the best alternative. The similarity of results between the SMART and MAUT methods indicates a high level of reliability and validity in supporting multi-criteria decision-making. Therefore, the application of these two methods is considered effective in helping schools determine the most suitable extracurricular activities for students, contributing to improving the quality of extracurricular management in educational environments.

Abstract

Aplikasi Buku Tamu Digital yang dikembangkan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Lombok Tengah bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran tamu dan pengelolaan data kunjungan. Proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan pendekatan Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) yang meliputi tahapan Requirement, Planning, Iteration Initialization, Design, Implementation, System Testing, dan Retrospective. Hasil pengembangan aplikasi ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memiliki fitur unggulan seperti manajemen data pegawai, kegiatan dinas, serta dashboard statistik kunjungan yang dapat disesuaikan. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 100%. Analisis komparatif dengan aplikasi Guest Management System (GMS) komersial, seperti Envoy dan SwipedOn, menunjukkan bahwa meskipun aplikasi GMS komersial lebih unggul dalam hal skalabilitas berbasis cloud, keamanan data yang lebih tinggi, dan dukungan teknis profesional, aplikasi Buku Tamu Digital menawarkan keunggulan dalam hal kustomisasi sesuai kebutuhan lokal, seperti dukungan bahasa daerah (misalnya Bahasa Sasak), integrasi dengan sistem administrasi pemerintahan, dan model distribusi yang lebih efisien biaya. Hasil pengujian kuantitatif menunjukkan performa yang responsif, dengan waktu respons pemindaian QR mencapai 312 ms dan tingkat akurasi verifikasi identitas tamu sebesar 98.7%. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif dan efisien untuk pengelolaan kunjungan di instansi pemerintah.     Abstract The Digital Guest Book application developed at the Central Lombok Regency Communication and Informatics Office aims to simplify the guest registration process and management of visit data. The development process was carried out using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) approach which includes the stages of Requirement, Planning, Iteration Initialization, Design, Implementation, System Testing, and Retrospective. The results of the development of this application show that the application has superior features such as employee data management, service activities, and a customizable visit statistics dashboard. System testing using the Black Box Testing method shows that all features function well with a success rate of 100%. Comparative analysis with commercial Guest Management System (GMS) applications, such as Envoy and SwipedOn, shows that although commercial GMS applications are superior in terms of cloud-based scalability, higher data security, and professional technical support, the Digital Guest Book application offers advantages in terms of customization according to local needs, such as support for regional languages ​​(eg Sasak), integration with government administration systems, and a more cost-efficient distribution model. Quantitative testing results show responsive performance, with a QR scan response time of 312 ms and a guest identity verification accuracy rate of 98.7%. This application is expected to provide an effective and efficient solution for managing visits in government agencies.

Abstract

SMK Plus Munirul Arifin NW Praya sebagai satuan pendidikan formal, dengan kompetensi keahlian Akomodasi Perhotelan betujuan untuk menciptakan tenaga kerja yang profesional di bidang perhotelan dituntut untuk mampu menjadi hotelier yang kompeten tidak hanya keterampilan atau skill dalam bidang akomodasi perhotelan saja tapi juga dalam bidang IT, masalah yang dihadapi saat ini adalah peserta didik kurang pengenalan terhadap pembelajaran IT karena tidak termasuk dalam kurikulum, kurangnya fasilitas untuk praktik . Peserta didik yang akan mengikuti pelatihan ini adalah peserta didik di SMK Plus Munirul Arifin NW Praya kelas X. pelaksanaan pelatihan bagi peserta didik ini akan lebih kami fokuskan untuk mempelajari dan mengenal lebih tentang Microsoft office, dan paling kita fokuskan lagi yaitu Microsoft word agar bisa menambah kemampuan dalam bidang ilmu komputer sebagai nilai lebih bagi peserta didik. Pada lembaga SMK Plus Munirul Arifin NW Praya ini ada masalah dan kendala yang mereka hadapi, yaitu tidak adanya fasilitas Laboratorium Komputer sendiri dan tutor atau tenaga pelatih yang akan melatih dan memberikan pengenalan tentang ilmu komputer kepada mereka. Kita bisa mengambil kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu persentase untuk hasil yang menyatakan pelaksanaan pelatihan ini sangat baik yaitu sebanyak 80%, kemudian persentase untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan yang kita lakukan hasilnya baik yaitu sebanyak 20%. Maka dari itu bisa di buktikan dengan kegiatan pelatihan yang kita lakukan ini memang berpengaruh positif dan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi peserta didik, pelatihan ini juga bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka dalam bidang ilmu teknologi dan komputer.

Abstract

Abstract:Central Lombok Diskominfo availability of very limited information about towers that have not paid or that have already paid fees causes Central Lombok Dikominfo tends not to have accurate and relevant information so it must check the tower. The research objective is to map 320 towers spread across the Lombok Regency in the form of a Google map. The system development method in this study uses XP (Extreme Programming) and the application testing technique uses the Black-Box Testing method. The results of this study are to make it easier for employees / staff in finding the location of the tower that has not paid and who have paid fees by clicking the tower icon in the application. Keywords:Geographic Information Systems, XP (Extreme Programming), Central Lombok  Abstrak:Diskominfo Lombok Tengah ketersediaan informasi yang sangat terbatas mengenai menara yang belum membayar atau yang sudah membayar retribusi menyebabkan Dikominfo Lombok Tengah cenderung tidak memiliki informasi yang akurat dan relevan sehingga harus mengecek menara tersebut.Tujuan penelitian untuk memetakan 320 menara yang tersebar di wilayah Lombok bentuk google map. Abstract

The NTB Province Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT-KUMKM) under the West Nusa Tenggara Province Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service, provides comprehensive assistance to KUMKM to increase production and competitiveness. With seven service areas, PLUT- KUMKM provides effective solutions for business actors. However, in issuing a Business Identification Number (NIB) via the OSS application. The thing is, like in the Business Licensing menu, there is a business development feature. Carrying out business development cannot be completed in one activity in one feature, users must return to the new application menu to continue the business development process and make updates. And user errors often occur such as entering information or not following the correct procedures when filling out forms. The licensing system seeks to be integrated electronically, aiming to cut bureaucracy and improve public services. This research measures the quality of the OSS system for issuing nibs based on the perceptions of 100 gardatransfumi assistants, using the McCall method . A comprehensive evaluation is carried out to identify weaknesses and necessary improvements. Measuring the quality of OSS systems using McCall's theory is important for understanding product quality attributes from the perspective of users and the software itself. The research results will provide in-depth insight into the condition of the website and recommendations for improvement. With the OSS system, the government is trying to make it easier to manage business legality. The NIB issued through OSS becomes the identity of business actors for import and export activities. Through quality measurements, systems, weaknesses and improvements to the NIB issuance process can be identified thereby ensuring better service for business actors.

Abstract

Digital transformation plays a crucial role in fostering innovation within community-based tourism services, particularly in rural areas of Indonesia. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Travel and Car Booking Application using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) as a systematic framework to support the digital transformation of tourism transportation services in Rembitan Village, Central Lombok Regency. A mixed-method approach was employed to integrate user needs analysis, user-centered design, system development, and functional evaluation. The black-box testing results indicated that all system modules operated according to specifications with a 100% success rate. A quantitative evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) was conducted on ten key participants, representing the entire population of active transport operators in the village. The results yielded an average score of 91.5 (Excellent category), indicating high usability and ease of use for non-technical users. Qualitative findings revealed improvements in operational efficiency, faster booking and payment confirmation, and greater transparency through the integration of the WhatsApp API and AI Chat Integration modules. The findings confirm that the ADDIE model effectively produces a digital system that is scientifically rigorous, technically reliable, and socially impactful. The developed application serves as a practical prototype for Smart Tourism Village implementation, promoting sustainable digital transformation and local economic empowerment within rural tourism sectors in Indonesia.
