Abstract

Jaminan terhadap kehalalan sesuatu produk pangan dapat diciptakan dengan cara membentuk sertifikasi halal. Sertifikasi halal merupakan suatu bukti yang telah ditetapkan oleh MUI dimana produk yang dipasarkan oleh produsen telah memenuhi semua syarat kehalalannya, sehingga produk tersebut diperbolehkan untuk diperjualbelikan di lingkungan masyarakat. Pencantuman sertifikasi label halal pada makanan menjadikan sebagai sarana yang efektif bagi konsumen untuk memilah makanan halal dengan lebih mudah dan merupakan sebagai salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab produsen dalam berbisnis serta perlindungan bagi konsumen. Karena Masyarakat juga berhak untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang jelas dan rinci mengenai setiap komposisi atau bahan yang digunakan untuk produk yang disajikan didalam produk tersebut. Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah sertifikasi halal pada produk makanan sangat penting atau tidak bagi masyarakat. Kemudian metode penulisan yang digunakan oleh penulis ialah menggunakan metode kualitatif studi pustaka yang berasal dari berbagai karya ilmiah di internet dengan pembahasan yang sesuai dengan tema penulis.

Abstract

High population growth has an impact on the development of a region. Therefore, the need for the latest information regarding land cover obtained through data processing using remote sensing techniques. This land cover monitoring utilizes object-based SPOT 7 satellite imagery data (OBIA) in West Padang District, Padang City. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of accuracy of the OBIA method in land cover classification on SPOT 7 Imagery. The OBIA method consists of two stages, namely segmentation and classification with the Train Maximum Likelihood Classifier algorithm. In this study, there were 10 land cover classifications and resulted in an overall accuracy of 95% and a kappa accuracy of 94%.

Abstract

This report presents the results of an analysis of the MSME "Warung Mak Pesek." Warung Mak Pesek is a culinary business that offers various types of homemade food at the Dukuh Menanggal Culinary Tourism Center. The study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of the MSME, identify its opportunities and challenges, and provide recommendations to enhance its competitiveness and business sustainability. The research method used in this study is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation and interviews with the head of the Dukuh Menanggal Culinary Tourism Center, the owner, and employees of "Warung Mak Pesek." Primary data were collected through direct observation at the business location, while secondary data were obtained from previous reports. The results indicate that "Warung Mak Pesek" has products favored by customers at affordable prices but has weaknesses in product marketing and financial management. Many other stalls offer similar products, but Mrs. Sumirah, the owner of "Warung Mak Pesek," has loyal and regular customers. Based on the research results, several development strategies are proposed, including enhancing online marketing strategies, implementing a financial recording system, redesigning a more attractive banner, and providing recommendations for other raw material suppliers. The implementation of these strategies is expected to help "Warung Mak Pesek" achieve sustainable growth. Keyword: MSME, Culinary, Development, Analysis, Business Strategy

Abstract

RSUD Bandung Kiwari mulai menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sejak tahun 2022 pada pelayanan rawat jalan. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh penulis ditemukan hambatan dalam pelaksanaan RME yaitu terdapat jaringan kurang stabil, belum ada Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) mengenai pelaksanaan RME, dan belum semua formulir terakomodir di RME. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan dalam implementasi RME berdasarkan unsur man, machine, material, method, dan money. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu Kepala Rekam Medis, Petugas Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), Dokter Umum, Perawat, dan Petugas Teknologi Informasi. Objek penelitian yaitu Rekam Medis Elektronik di unit rawat jalan RSUD Bandung Kiwari. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan hasilnya disajikan menggunakan diagram fishbone. Hasil analisis hambatan RME di RSUD Bandung Kiwari menunjukan bahwa hambatan utama yaitu keterbatasan pengetahuan pengguna dalam pengoperasian komputer (unsur man), kurangnya sarana dan prasarana serta jaringan internet yang tidak stabil (unsur machine), tidak semua formulir terakomodir pada RME (unsur material), belum adanya SPO untuk pelaksanaan RME (unsur method), dan minimnya anggaran untuk implementasi RME (unsur money). Kesimpulannya hambatan paling utama yaitu terdapat pada faktor machine yaitu jaringan yang tidak stabil dan sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai. Sebaiknya RSUD Bandung Kiwari mengadakan SPO RME, menyediakan alat tanda tangan elektronik, dan melakukan penambahan bandwidth atau wifi.

Abstract

The growth of the internet in the current era shows a change from increasingly advanced technology to online media. Because there are so many good things about the internet, interaction marketing through internet media is growing very fast. Therefore, consumers are increasingly booking hotel rooms through online websites or online platforms. Many hotel bookers prefer and consider online hotel bookings through rating reviews and prices listed on the online application. Because of this, online reviews that have been generated by customers providing reviews about rooms and services, and thus their commentary information about hotel services in terms of quality, price, and level of service, are significantly more convincing to potential customers than advertisements for hotels. This research wants to know how online reviews, ratings, prices influence people's decision to book a hotel or not. We also look at how a hotel's brand image can strengthen the influence of people's decisions to book hotels. This research emphasizes the need for hotel managers to handle online customer reviews, ratings and prices, especially negative reviews, to take advantage of promotional opportunities. Considering that the hotel industry has become one of the industries that supports Indonesia to boost the country's economy and is one of the important industries in Indonesia, this study is expected to contribute and be able to encourage and drive other economic sectors.

Abstract

The harmful impact of medication misuse can cause side effects that may become increasingly severe over time. One of the drugs commonly used in self-medication practices is analgesic drugs. Analgesic drugs, if used in excessive doses, can produce several side effects. This study was conducted to analyze the knowledge of analgesic drug use among students of Poltekkes Kemenkes Pangkalpinang. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a cross-sectional approach, using direct interview methods and a total purposive sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The analysis results show that the majority of students use analgesics only when experiencing pain and do not finish the medication, indicating an understanding of use as needed. However, there are still gaps in knowledge related to usage rules, particularly regarding dosage and frequency, as well as a low understanding of side effects such as stomach and kidney problems. The main sources of information for students about analgesics come from healthcare professionals, although some also obtain information from friends, family, and social media. Students already have a good basic knowledge of the definition and function of analgesics, but they still need further education on the correct usage rules and potential side effects to ensure safer and more rational use of analgesics.
