Abstract

Abstract – The purpose of this research is to identify: the development strategy of Pampang tourist villages, the implementation of the development strategies that have been implemented, and the impact of strategies that have been implemented in the tourist village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data is collected through document analysis, observation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is data reduction with a form of analysis that sharpens, classifies, directs, discards unnecessary and organizes in such a way that final conclusions can be drawn. The resultvof the analysis show an increase in the number of visits due to unspoiled objects, good accessibility and very affordable package prices. It is necessary to increase the skill of human resources, especially there are job opportunities for citizents and opportunities for increasing the number of tourist Keywords: Strategi, development, Tourism Village. Abstrak - Gunungkidul merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Yogykarta yang memiliki potensi desa wisata sangat bagus. Tujuan dari penelinian ini adalah mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan desa Ekowisata Pampang, mengidentifikasi implementasi strategi pengembangan yang telah diterapkan, mengidentifikasi dampak strategi yang sudah dijalankan di Desa Ekowisata Pampang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui: analisis dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data dengan bentuk analisis yang menajamkan, menggolongkan, mengarahkan, membuang yang tidak perlu dan mengorganisasikan data sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan potensi wisata harus terus ditingkatkan. Hal ini dikarenakan desa wisata di Gunungkidul memiliki potensi alam sehingga perawatan icon wisata harus benar-benar diperhatikan. Berikut adalah hasil dari analisis meunjukkan bahwa kelebihan desa wisata ini adalah peningkatan jumlah kunjungan dikarenakan objek yang masih alami, aksesibilitas yang baik dan harga paket yang sangat terjangkau. Kelemahan adalah perlunya peningkatan keterampilan SDM. Peluang adalah memberikan banyak pekerjaan untuk warganya sehingga sadar wisata dan peluang peningkatan jumlah wisatawan. Abstract

The use of MSPDM analysis in community-based tourism (CBT) areas quite helpful. CBT helps stakeholders in planning the development of tourist areas in rural destination. For CBT areas that have implemented disaster mitigation, what has been done is in line with the parameters in the MSPDM analysis. CBT Nglanggeran and Pentingsari in Yogyakarta and Penglipuran in Bali have implemented several things that support disaster mitigation in its areas. The purpose of disaster mitigation is primarily to reduce the risk of disasters that occur to local residents and visitors. Disaster mitigation measures are carried out and adjusted to the characteristics of the local environmental and cultural area.

Abstract

Abstract - Exhibition business grows rapidly in Yogyakarta. This is triggered by increasing business competition among companies, so they need space to market their products. Accessibility, amenity and attractions also trigger the growth of exhibition industry in Yogyakarta, which was awarded with “The Most Popular MICE Destination” by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This condition is captured by exhibition businesspeople. In its development, new event organizers emerge to join exhibition business in Yogyakarta, so competition grows among them. Marketing strategy is a tool for businesspeople to market their products to consumers. Marketing strategy has a marketing mix called 7P, which is promotion, product, process, price, place, physical evidence, people. There are only a few studies on marketing strategies of event organizers. This study was aimed to determine the marketing strategy performed by event organizers in Yogyakarta. The method used was qualitative with categorization of themes in 7P dimension in marketing mix. The data collection technique was in-depth interview with event organizers. Data analysis process was performed by collecting data (in-depth interview, observation and documentation). After the data was collection, data reduction and data selection were performed. Then, coding was performed to find keywords and group keywords with the same meanings into certain categories. The next step was combining categories on dimensions of marketing strategy performed by event organizers. This method determined that the marketing mix dimensions used by most event organizers were promotion, place, and product. Several event organizers also added price and people into the marketing mix. Physical evidence dimension wasn’t found in the marketing mix of event organizers. Marketing strategy outside of 7P marketing mix was also found, i.e. cooperation, maintenance customer, and evaluation.Keywords: marketing strategy, event organizer, MICE tourism Abstrak - Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh para pelaku bisnis MICE di Yogyakarta. Eksplorasi dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Dengan memahami strategi pemasaran yang selama ini diterapkan oleh para pelaku bisnis EO dalam memasarkan wisata MICE, maka dimungkinkan untuk dilakukannya evaluasi untuk meningkatkan pemasaran wisata MICE sehingga kualitas wisata MICE di Yogyakarta dapat terus meningkat.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, eknik pengumpulan data yang utama dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap 7 narasumber dari beberapa perusahaan EO yang berbeda.Penulis menggunakan bauran pemasaran 7p (promotion, place, people, product, price, proses dan physical evidence). Meskipun tidak semua aspek bauran pemasaran sesuai dengan hasil riset, meskipun demikian penelitian ini telah mengungkap berbagai strategi baru dalam pengembangan perusahaan.Kerjasama antar perusahaan dan customer harus dijaga dengan baik, disamping itu penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan seberapa besar kepuasan yang diberikan kepada pengunjung.Saat ini EO perlu melakukan berbagai inovsi dan memunculkan ide-ide kreatif, sehingga kerjasama perusahaan dengan para sponsor juga dianggap sebagai aspek terpenting.Keywords: marketing strategy, event organizer, MICE tourism

Abstract

Health tourism is a travel activity to get health services. Yogyakarta is one of the provinces that has the potential to develop health tourism. This is seen by Yogyakarta type A hospitals, having 11 5-star hotels that provide spa and fitness. However, currently health tourism has not been widely realized and has not been developed in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the components of health tourism development and to find out the strategy for developing health tourism. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and literature study. The data analysis method used is the SWOT method. The result of this research is that the components of health tourism development are adequate facilities, qualified human resources, professional medical personnel, affordable prices, marketing, and information technology. The strategy in developing health tourism is to increase promotion from both social and print media, provide training to human resources, provide discounts on certain products, make attractive products, health tourism is covered by BPJS, complete health tourism support facilities, build buildings / interesting facilities so that it becomes its main attraction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the attributes that are priority improvements and to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers in order to achieve customer satisfaction at Goebog Resto Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by collecting data using direct observation and distributing questionnaires to consumers who came and enjoyed the products of Goebog Resto. In this study there are six attributes on product quality which include, food taste, menu variety, dish portions, quality of food ingredients, food presentation, and price. These attributes are used to measure the level of importance and level of performance on product quality. The analysis was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach with statistical analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). From the GAP analysis between actual and expected performance, it can be seen that the performance of Goebog Resto Bantul, Yogyakarta has not been optimal beyond what consumers expect.

Abstract

Changes in tourism that are currently developing from mass tourism to form a special interest tourism encourage one of the villages in Paliyan District, Pampang to become an Ecotourism village by carrying out the concepts of conservation and education. In this study will discuss how the response and community involvement in the development of the village of Papang to become an ecotourism village, as well as social impacts for the community that emerged after tourism activities developed in the village of Pampang Ecotourism, both positive and negative impacts. To be able to produce findings and an adequate description of the social impacts that occur in Pampang Ecotourism Village, this research uses a descriptive method with the aim of being able to provide a description of the phenomena of social change obtained through interviews with community leaders and village activists and observations. From this research, it can be seen that the development of tourism in Pampang has more positive impacts on the community compared to the negative impacts including the growing spirit of togetherness, strengthening community organizations, increasing public awareness of preserving and protecting the environment through tourism and Ecotourism villages to become pilot villages in environmental innovation and management.Perubahan pariwisata yang saat ini berkembang dari pariwisata massal ke bentuk pariwisata minat khusus, mendorong salah satu desa di Kecamatan Paliyan yaitu Pampang untuk menjadi desa Ekowisata dengan  mengusung konsep konservasi dan edukasi. Dalam penelitian ini membahas bagaimana respon dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan Desa Papang untuk menjadi desa ekowisata, serta dampak sosial bagi masyarakat yang muncul pasca aktivitas pariwiata berkembang di Desa Ekowisata Pampang. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk dapat memberikan gambaran fenomena-fenomena perubahan sosial yang diperoleh melalui wawancara tokoh masyarakat dan penggerak desa Ekowisata maupun observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perkembangan pariwisata di Pampang lebih banyak berdampak positif bagi masyarakat dibandingkan dampak negative, diantaraya tumbuhnya semangat kebersamaan, penguatan organisasi masyarakat, peningkatan wawasan masyarakat, kesadaran melestarikan dan menjaga lingkungan melalui pariwisata dan desa Ekowisata menjadi desa pecontohan dalam inovasi dan pengelolaan lingkungan.

Abstract

Karang tourism village is a pioneer tourism village that was just inaugurated in 2022. The management of the Karang tourism village involves various stakeholders consisting of academics, entrepreneurs, communities, association, and government. The performance of the management and development of the Karang tourism village is measured using several indicators that have an influence on the achievement of the tourism village management target. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained through an instrument consisting of eight performances measured by their respective indicators. The data analysis technique used is scoring and data reduction. The results showed that the measurement results of the eight management performances of Karang tourism village showed the highest value of 2.17, namely institutional performance, while the lowest value was 0.33 namely marketing performance. The performance rating of the management of the Karang tourism village has not reached very good, but it has only reached good and sufficient, this is in accordance with the category as a pioneer tourism village. Management performance that has a good rating, namely institutions, tourist attractions, and amenities. Meanwhile, management that received sufficient ratings, namely partnership, accessibility, community participation, tourism marketing, and conservation

Abstract

ABSTRAKPadukuhan Pandanpuro merupakan salah satu wilayah dalam Kapanewon Pakem di daerah Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang akan menjadi rintisan desa wisata yang dikembangkan berdasarkan potensi desa yang dimiliki. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan yang dilakukan warga desa dalam merintis desa wisata dengan berbasis CBT yang dilakukan di desa Pandanpuro, Pakem Sleman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA). Data diperoleh dari hasil indepth interview dengan keyperson terkait dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan apa saja yang telah dilakukan dengan berbasis CBT dalam merintis desa wisata rintisan Dewi Pandang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Potensi yang dimiliki oleh Dusun Pandanpuro terbagi dalam kuliner UMKM, seni budaya, pertanian, perikanan dan rekreasi outdoor. Masyarakat mengembangkan potensi tersebut untuk menjadi daya tarik wisata dengan melakukan pelatihan yang didampingi akademisi seperti cara membuat paket wisata sesuai potensi yang ada di Dewi Pandang.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan1, Desa Wisata2, Deswita Rintisan3, Community Based Tourism4 ABSTRACT Padukuhan Pandanpuro is one of the areas in Kapanewon Pakem in the Sleman area, Special Region of Yogyakarta which will become a pilot tourism village that will be developed based on the village's potential. This article aims to find out the management carried out by villagers in starting a tourism village based on CBT which was carried out in Pandanpuro village, Pakem Sleman. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) approach. The data was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with keypersons related to the aim of knowing what management had been carried out based on CBT in starting the Dewi Pandang tourism pilot village. The results of this study are that the potential possessed by Dusun Pandanpuro is divided into UMKM culinary, cultural arts, agriculture, fisheries and outdoor recreation. Abstract

This article aims to discover the potential of Nglegi Village and the development that can be carried out regarding the facilities it has to become a tourist village. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by observing and interviewing stakeholders, community leaders and Pokdarwis managers to know the potential and facilities owned by Nglegi Village. The result of this research is to develop the possibilities that exist in Nglegi Village by exploring the potential and completing facilities that have not yet been owned to be able to develop Nglegi Village into a tourist village by strengthening human resources equipped with training to make superior human resources and competent who can support Nglegi Village to become a pilot Tourism Village.
